Worst place on this earth. Making us hostages in our car all night long here. Came to get some groceries and went to grab food across the street. Can back at 9.56 and the parking lot was all shut down and both sides blocked by cars . Not ethical at all. Have to drive all the way to San Francisco and I am stuck here since 9.56 pm last night and it is 6.50 am. Still waiting for the garage to open. Paid parking fee but still it does not open. Here are some pictures as well. Never going to any H Mart or letting and of my friends go. Worst business practices ever. Not coming back to LA. This place is just terrible. They dont want to work hard to earn but play fishy scams on innocent people. I am missing the wedding for tomorrow because of these nasty people.

This grocery shop is undoubtedly one of the best in terms of fresh produce, cheese, dairy products, and many more. I was totally amazed by the service of their staffs because these guys are truly helpful and attentive to all of my concerns. I will definitely leave this place a five-star rate because of its amazing services and complete products. Well done, everyone! Youre the best!

Pricier than your average Korean market but comes with better selection and upper market items. Wish they had a better alcohol selection but no complaints there. The meat section is definitely ahead of other places and the location is fairly clean. Check out some of the smaller food court stalls towards the back, worth a visit after shopping around.

Making us stay in their parking lot even after making the payment and have recipient for purchase. It says they close at 10 but guess what its not true. They can close whenever they feel like it. Never ever coming in this place or area again.

Purchased today 7/24 and they are continuing to sell items past the best buy date...

My new favorite grocery store in the city! The selection of snacks and treats was stunning! Wasn’t there to buy produce this time but it looked really good. Can’t wait to go back and stock up on choco churro turtle chips and much more. Parking might be iffy. The lot is only complimentary if you spend over $30 and keep the receipt. It’s all worth it though.

This place is completely Unreasonable, I bought an expired drink today without even knowing.It tasted funny but I didn’t know why till I checked the expiration date and come to find out it’s been expired since December 20,2020. I was already half way done with the bottle . This is a complete joke how are you a grocery store that sells expired items.

Worst place in LA. AVOID at all cost. This place does not respect nor it cares about normal people. We are stuck at j our car in their parking lot. Even thought we paid for groceries over $70 and top of that paid 12$ for parking but it still wont open. Stuck here for 10 hours and we were back before 10 but they closed early . Nasty business.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Was at Hmart shopping for groceries for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Spent about $50 on groceries, and charged me $6 for parking. Only the first hour is free with validation, so i had to pay $6 for the next 10 minutes.1) Most people spend more than an hour doing grocery shopping. Hmart customers are there spending time to pick out groceries, which means SPENDING MONEY AT THE STORE. It is very tacky that the validation is only for 1 hour. I would not go back.2) All the Hmart locations in LA offer FREE PARKING. It is outrageous that they only offer 1 hour with validation. I would not go back.3) $6 for an additional hour of parking is OUTRAGEOUS. This is Ktown, not Downtown LA, where parking and the land are truly premium. And guess what, even in Downtown LA, $6 gets you ALL DAY PARKING. I would definitely not go back here.4) The machine at the parking lot is supposed to give a parking receipt. It charged me $6 for the parking, and at the time of printing out the receipt, it did not due to being out of paper. The security guard that was stationed there saw me look at him as I was looking to get a receipt and HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME. I will definitely not be going back.Save yourself the stress, pressure, rush and go somewhere else where they appreciate your business and treat you like a valued customer. This location is clearly nickel and diming their customers.

Never coming back to this Hmart. I accidently threw away my receipt for my parking ticket and I asked for New receipt and that two Mexican ladies were so rude and said “I can’t print it”. You should be atleast be respectful and not rolling your eyes at me. I was about to find the store manager.

This Hmart location discriminates korean vs non-koreans. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location. There are many other korean markets in the area.

K-Town Rocks! H-Mart is awesome. Visually exciting. Super stocked with a huge variety of noodles. Many freshly prepared items. Delicious seasoned seaweed condiments. Like a trip to Asian food Disneyland. Super EZ parking free with validation.

Delicious food but be mindful of smaller portions. Employees were nice but I wish they had warned us about the egg we were supposed to scramble 🤣

You have to spend $30 or more to get one hour free parking or pay $12. I spent $60 and asked the lady to validate my ticket she told me it’s fine I can just go, but it turns out it DOES need to be validated. So go to desk 1 to get it validated. She was also a lazy worker, didn’t scan my stuff right, but hey she doesn’t ID for alch.

Horrible and rude customer service! my partner & i were really excited to come to this location since we drove 20 minutes to get there just to be followed around the entire store by the security the whole time which made us very uncomfortable when we were just trying to buy our groceries yet he continued to follow us down every isle up until we paid & left?? it just seems to be some sort of discrimination since we are an lgbt couple just trying to shop like everyone else without the passive aggressive assumptions as if we’re doing something we’re not therefore we will not be coming back to this location again.

Very nice little market with Japanese and korean products. Reminded me of the market in little tokyo just a bit pricier.

Ive been shopping at Hmart for years, and its my go-to korean market chain. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. WORST LOCATION IVE BEEN TO. THEY CHARGE AN OUTRAGEOUS FEE FOR PARKING. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

This location usually are full of people. Since pandemic the food court closed, also the other stores.H mart of course still open as usual and always have a good quality products.

Shiny new H Mart that has all the things I need. Highly recommend their seafood and Pre-Marinated Korean BBQ meats!

I visited H Mart City Center for the first time on May 18,2021. I spent 3 hours in the store browsing every aisle and reminiscing about my days in Asia and all of the amazing food. This market not only has awesome selection and high quality, but their prices and specials with their saver card make shopping here a no-brainer. I did return to the store the following day, as my saver card savings werent reflected on my receipt, and a manager expediently fixed the issue and promptly refunded my money (which I immediately spent on more wonderful fresh sashimi, sesame oil, rice, soy sauce, veggies, wagyu beef and other delicious food! I am officially hooked and a customer for life!

I rate it a five but the only problem that l had was the entrance. The female that was giving out gloves was very rude. I wanted to get hand sanitizer and gloves but she wouldnt let me and rush me to go inside she kept saying Go Go Go like if she was in a hurry l wasnt but in all l did enjoy myself shopping.

Before the H-Mart City Center, I would go the Madang Plaza and this location has unique products that you cant find at other Asian supermarket chains. The staff even gave safety gloves (due to COVID-19) with the hand sanitizer. I wish I can give more than 5 stars and Ill be coming back to this location.

Brand new and exceptionally clean. So many options. Parking attendants are super nice. Meat section is fantastic. So many options and cuts you wouldnt find at regular grocer.

The best H Mart in the LA area. This place is strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines (never seen shopping carts so pristine), with hand sanitizers and gloves to dispense for all customers entering the store.Has a wide selection of meats, banchan, snacks, and other goodies.
