Avoid this place like the plague!!! Parking is horrendous and very limited. Add to that, hundreds of inconsiderate patrons who will take your parking spot despite the fact that youve been circling and finally waiting for the spot. It takes all energy not to get out of the car and simply say What the heck? I was clearly waiting for that spot! Not worth the trouble but still frustrating nonetheless.Then, you finally get in and the rudeness gets worse!!! People leave their carts anywhere blocking foot traffic, cut you off at checkout lines and touch/push your cart out of their way of they feel like it, even if theres a purse or a kid in it!!! Oh! Be ready to get your Achilles heel crushed by carts behind you! Its super painful! Ouch...Staff: dont know whos worse. The rude patrons or the awful attitude of the staff.This is the most ridiculous market Ive ever dealt with in my entire life!!! It is such a bad example of inconsiderate people being selfish. If you absolutely need to go, take a Valium! Youll need it! 🤨

From today on I am never setting a foot in this store!!! Still remember shopping here as a teenager as I walked to Berendo Middle School over 20 years ago. Today I was there shopping with my daughters since they wanted to make black bean paste noodles from scratch so we stopped by to purchase the ingredients along with some cold brew coffee and this Korean lady just approaches me and askedAre you only taking one coffee? And I said yes and replied with a questionIs there a special or what? She said no and takes out a straw wrapper from her pocket and said. Well you stole one and drank it! You only left the wrapper.I was in shock I guess and only asked what?? Are you serious and she responded Yes! I have you on video so me still in disbelief asked if I could see the footage and she said Yes right now. So When I slipped out of stupidness I requested to speak with her immediate supervisor and I was denied to speak with him. I said I was going to call the police for wrongful accusations and then suddenly everything was a mistake. Nothing ever happened here but she refused to provide her name and I managed to speak to the supervisor after 3 hours of him being denied just to hear that he would have a talk with the employee. I dont know wether I should categorize this as racial profiling or nothing other that falsely trying to criminally accuse me with false/ nonexistent evidence. If someone knows how to proceed In this situation please let me know because I am more than sure I am not the first or only one that they have done this to.

This morning, I went to the grocery store and bought some food for my children. They had the best homemade sausage of any brand wed ever had. They also have the friendliest and most helpful employees. From your household to your personal needs, they have it all here. The best thing is, it was close downtown. INCREDIBLE!

The store closes at 10PM yet their seafood/meat department closes at 9:30PM. I got here at 9:15PM and all seafood and meat was already stored away. When I asked the gentleman at the seafood counter if I could get some shrimp he looked at me with a mad dog look and ignored my request for help.NOWHERE is there a sign saying this.Their employees feel so entitled and if you are not KOREAN they treat you like you are less than them and they brush you off to the side and refuse to help/answer any questions.I was very disappointed coming here today.This store needs to work on their customer service skills.

Theyve got everything you needed. This supermarket has a huge variety of bread, seafood, fruit, vegetables, and spices. They were more likely to be one-stop-shop. They had food stalls as well. It was such a fascinating experience. I will definitely visit here again.

The parking experience is always Congested, the regulars have no consideration for safety while they are coming in or leaving the parking space. Sometimes the store sout of those sushi rolls way too early and they wont make any more for the afternoon shoppers like me.

ONLY Two registers open when you have 30 customers in line? Worse customer service in Ktown.People seeing this should go to other markets in LA. Go to Zion Market or California Market.

I went there on Sunday, the smell of fish very strong, the vegetables are dry, maybe if you go on a different day the experience is different, a lot of parking, the store is very small.

This place is hustling and bustling with the older generation. You wonder why but when you look at the prices and what they have to offer, itll all make sense.

You can full on shop for groceries, get there wonderful deli items, drinks bakery items and deserts to go, or sit in in the store and enjoy. Beautiful fresh food.

I went here to buy super cheap fruit of the day. So, in that day I went for the fuji apple 3 lb a dollar and it is a big-fresh apple. I cant buy in any market to got that price. Shop around for a special price.

Located on Olympic just off Vermont, its got a huge ]arking lot, and the checkout lines are never long nor is the store ever crowded, not even during rush hours.

This grocery store feels like a Covid death trap. This was the store of my childhood, and Im now back in town to help out a sick family member.The security guard didnt seem to notice the older couple shoving everyone and breathing down our necks with masks pulled under their noses, to cut the line to get in. Those of us in line tried to self-regulate this situation but it couldve turned into a brawl.It was elbow to elbow inside the store at times. It didnt feel right for the pandemic.I loved this store for many years, but I dont think theyre taking enough precautions during Covid-19.

Great Korean market to buy fish and seafood. Lots of ramen noodle varieties. Vegetables are fresh but not a lot of variety like Jons market. Its convenient as its a only a few blocks away from home.

This is one of the best Korean markets in Koreatown and has been here for years, it has a wide range of products, they even have a few restaurants inside and some ready to eat food for sale.The market has some of the best variety of fresh fruits and vegetables at reasonable and sometimes ridiculously low prices, I am often surprised I can save so much cash. If you need condiments, special ingredients, fish, meat, drinks anything from Asia you would be hard pressed not to find it here.This is a must shop local for groceries, and if you like Costcos free samples then come visit, they always have something to sample here. If you have any questions the staff is always willing to help with any cooking questions or comments.

This market is right in the middle of Ktown. Always busy with a lot of people. Parking is a little bit hard since there are always so many people.

This place is legend.... I left the area after LA riot but every once in awhile I visit, it has that homie fragrance... I bet many can agree with me. Great fish and meat quality, side dishes, and all the korean ingredients you need. 1 minus star... yes they do need to upgrade the facility. Safety measures for covid19 was continously enforced however a bit too crowded to keep up. But anyway love this super market.

My family goes to this grocery store the most, as its close by. For the most part, everything seems good. The fruits for the most part are good quality and taste delicious, I guess it depends on the season. The produce section sometimes seems to lack freshness. I think its better to go early in the morning for fresher items. I notice that everytime I go, the onions are never in a good condition. Other than the onions, everything else is good.

I just go onto to this supermarket because they have everything I want and I get what I need. Sometimes I forget to buy the items that I requested. Its convenient and easy to use their staff and services because it is always available! This is the supermarket place to be!

They have a loyalty program (VIP BONUS CARD), but forget getting your “bonus points” if you forgot to bring your card! They don’t accept old receipts! That’s BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! And they still don’t accept RETURNS (Oct 2020) due to COVID. How convenient for them! Don’t shop here if you feel you might have to return items!

Very very bad service.. Came here on sun am because they had bulgogi sale. While Im here, I pickedup some regular market items. As I was going thru the check out the bagger just stood by as i was putting items into my own bag. As the cashier is done scanning the items, the bagger hurriedly cast the loose items from the counter into the basket as to force me out of there since the scanning was done. As I was going thru the check out my wife was picking up a box of cabbage we had purchased which was to be picked up at the door as you exit. The employeed did not help my wife with the box, standing idle as my wife struggled to pickup the heavy box. They treat customers like a herd of cattle. Do not go there.

This place looks to be worst place for keeping social distancing at this pandemic with Covid-19. They dont control population inside the market. Instead they let all the people come in and just do make public announcement of encouraging 6ft distance every 10minutes.Hey if you need us to make 6ft distance to each other, do population control inside the store!!Also get rid of boxes and unnecessary stuffs between shelves so people can make distance. It is not possible to make distance with them everywhere in the market!!

Well stocked (including eggs, bread and rice). The store is only letting a certain number of customers in at a time and people are respectful of space. All the employees were wearing masks and gloves. Will be conning back next time I need to go to the grocery store. Thank you for a great experience!

I really, really wish this place existed in my neighborhood. Being a salsa connoisseur, Ive never seen a larger selection of salsas in a neighborhood grocery store. Ive tried most of them, and theyve all been delicious. They also have great tacos at the restaurant in the back.

Awesome selection of many kitchen staples at fair prices including a good selection of tofu, mushrooms, soy sauce, oils, seaweed/sea vegetables, good kimchi/pickled veg selection as well as good priced produce (but picked through very fast-come earlier). All in all if your a vegan (or healthy+thrifty eater) in k-town this is a great place to get groceries cause they have a lot of options in the veg area for good prices. Weird though, some products are from North Korea and have a stamp on them saying that. Really enjoy browsing this store ☺️
