Some people may think charging double the retail cost is fair for a professional fitting (I think its a little excessive), but unfortunately, thats not even the service I received. Out of all the bras and swimsuits I was given to try on, almost none of them fit well, and many werent even my size. I understand that the pandemic is causing stock issues, but if I wanted to buy something thats two band sizes too large, I could go to any random store and pick it out myself. Its insulting to expect me to pay the ridiculous upcharge for that kind of fitting. Id rather keep playing the hit-or-miss game with online shopping.

Best bra buying experience I have ever had! As a bigger chested woman I’ve never been able to wear shirts and dresses with deeper necklines and v-necks but they did the impossible and gave me a v-necked bra in my size! It’s everything I’ve always wanted but could never find. I can finally wear shirts with lower necklines and not have the extra fabric of a tank top or camisole!! So incredibly excited and happy with my new bra!! Will definitely be back!

This place is incredible. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Never once did I, or my sister, feel uncomfortable, rushed, or like they were trying to up sell us. We are both extremely hard to fit, and we were able to try on dozens of options in our sizes. We both left happier than we ever thought possible. Thank you!

January 2019:Ask for Jessica! She is a Bra Hero. Go figure, I was sized wrong, which was giving me horrible shoulder pain and posture. Jessica quickly recognized which brands and cuts would be the best fit for me, and I left with four bras and a bathing suit. I havent owned a bathing suit in over five years because I can N E V E R find something that fits. Did I mention that so many bras Jessica selected fit me that I had the option of picking what I thought was cutest? That was a first, also. The quality of the bras is excellent, there are hundreds of styles and colors, the brands are predominately European (quality construction, excellent materials, build for bodacious bodies), the service is outstanding, the dressing rooms are completely concealed from the store front, the bag was discretely labeled. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know who starts at a D cup.

My review is way overdue. Dylan helped me and she was just great. I am wearing the best fitting bras I have in years (way, way too many years). I have recently relocated to Florida and I just called the store to have a couple more delivered here (which they do and did). Great experience.

Buying and trying bras is something i would rather have a root canal than do. I didnt have a panic attack and i actually can say i found some things that look nice. In a world that punishes a woman with real breasts that actually occur in nature at every opportunity, it has been a revelation to find this outpost of elegance and sanity. I am very grateful. Very. Grateful.

Ive stopped in here a couple times over the past couple years for specialty items and have always left incredibly pleased. My most recent trip was for a bridesmaids dress bustier with a low back.The woman helping me was not only very professional and friendly, but she suggested cheaper options than what I initially gravitated toward; an obvious sign of wanting me to be happy with my purchase and not just make the big sale. She sized me, helped me test out the garments with my dress on, and even showed me ways I could lower the back more (dont do up all the hooks, and just fold the remaining fabric under itself). I left the store confident, and was just as comfortable on the wedding day, in my get-up for 9 or 10 hours.If I had the money, I would stock my entire lingerie drawer from here!!

Jenette Bras has a terrific selection of bras, slips, and swimwear, all in sizes starting at a D cup. Service is friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Gorgeous larger cup lingerie that any woman would love to wear!Update August 2015: Jenette has a THIRD location on the Westside now (her other store is in Old Pasadena). Even more locations to shop for lingerie and swim!

Jessica was great. Not a very good selection on colors. I was disappointed and felt like I was taken an advantage of as I found the same bra on Amazon and HerRoom $40 cheaper and free shipping after I got home.
