Really excellent shop and customer service. It doesn’t look like much online but they have the biggest range of suitcases I’ve ever seen! It was easy to compare big brands and lesser known brands - I ended up walking away with two excellent suitcases. The man who works there was so helpful and made sure I got the best deal and the best quality. Would highly recommend !!

I read reviews for everything I do but I rarely take the time to write them. I feel compelled here because competent service— let alone good service— is hard to come by, and ABC Luggage went above and beyond! Wish I could give 10 stars! Finally brought in my beat-up Samsonite carry-on that no longer wheeled, but only after doing too much research about warranty and seeing if I could fix myself for cheaper and reading too many reviews deciding on which place to go get fixed. Wish I could get that time back, because David at ABC luggage fixed it the next day for just $35! I can’t say enough about David’s customer service : He patiently answered all my questions when I called before deciding to go, gave me a quote, thoroughly explained the process when I dropped off, and would call me if they had to order parts. I told him if it took longer than expected I wouldn’t have a car then, and he offered to deliver the bag to me for free since I live close! Unreal! He called the very next morning, the bag was ready already! Said he didn’t need to replace the wheels after all, just the axel, and my total was even less than he quoted. I again asked questions and again he patiently explained why he didn’t need to replace the wheels, what may have caused the axel to break, etc. I picked it up and he showed me the broken parts, answered MORE of my questions (I like to understand things), had me test out my renewed luggage to make sure I was happy, and he was pleasant from start to finish. I cannot thank you enough David!! I will only go there for luggage needs / repairs in the future. If you’re debating, stop reading reviews and go with ABC luggage!

I will always go there for my luggage from now on. It’s not a fancy looking store, but the guy at the shop is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of luggage choice, and if you tell him your budget and thought, he will give very good suggestion.

My whole experience with ABC luggage has been nothing but outstanding. My baggage had been damaged en route to LA and I needed it to be fixed as soon as possible. David was very efficient and let me know the procedure in fixing my luggage. I had my luggage fixed by the same day! David was very courteous and offered wonderful customer service. I definitely, would not hesitate to recommend their services to others! :)

Absolutely wonderful experience! I needed a new suitcase last minute. Called the number on the door because they were closed. David came by within fifteen minutes to help me get a suitcase. Very reasonable prices. Above and beyond customer service. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely come back for future luggage needs.

The best customer experiences with great suitcase variety.ABC suitcase shop has all the top brand. The price was the best and cheaper than most of online stores. The owner said he will beat any prices selling online and he did. I got my new baggage here and it was 100 dollars cheaper than Amazon.The shop is also a repair center with 40 years of experiences. plenty of parking spots. I had a very positive experiences here. highly recommend this suitcase shops because he knows what he is doing.

Great luggage store! They have luggage for all pockets (cheapest to the more expensive ones). We have bought a cheap luggage (50 dollar) and the seller gave us a pair of luggage identifier - 2 amazing doughnuts!!! 10 stars!!!

Although it is a very small place they specialize in luggage very well. The staff are extremely helpful and it was worth it for me drive across the entire city 45 minutes just to get here. I would highly recommend it! I got my Briggs and Riley suitcase repaired and because of the help of the staff, I got it back in time for my trip and I was very happy about this.

I brought in my luggage to get the wheels replaced, when I picked it up I honestly couldnt tell how they did it. There were no scratches or scuffs, they do really good quality work. Very impressed, I will use them for all luggage repair in the future.

My sons baritone horn case was broken. I called different music centers and luggage repair stores and they all turned me down 😂 David was the only one who spoke positively. It took a few days for him to find the part and fix it. He was kind enough to call me 2 times to keep me updated. Very professional, very satisfying. I love ABC Luggage. Their selection is second to none and they even provide emergency after hours services! Whenever I have a suitcase that needs repaired or if I just need a new set in general I think of ABC Luggage first.

Dropped in for an emergency bag to substitute a broken one and found immediately a good replacement at a very good price. Theres plenty to choose from and reasonable prices. No brands luggage though.

I bought a bag right before my trip to Boston and within an hour of being at the airport a faulty hook on the shoulder strap malfunctioned. I was initially upset but after I got back, I took the bag back in and the store owner generously took care of me and added in a free gift. I understand that merchandise can be faulty at times, and thats unfortunate, but what made my experience shopping at ABC so great was the store owners attentiveness and friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Cheapest luggage ever

I bought two boxes here today. The boss is super nice and has a lot of things. He always chooses obstacles. The boss also shares a lot of ideas for picking boxes.

No left-luggage office at the airport, but ABC Luggage can pick them up and bring them back to you. Very useful for spending a few hours in town without suitcases. We can also drop them off.

Many choices of luggage and bags at reasonable prices! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Great!
