RIPOFF! Do not buy here. Overpaid $120 for regular sized suitcase. Specifically said I WANT ONE THAT WILL LAST AND NOT BREAK. 1 flight and literally 13 days later there is a huge crack in the luggage. I take it back to exchange it and the guy refuses. Horrible. Then he tries to take the broken suitcase and sell me a different one. Awful. Never again.. Avoid this ripoff faulty luggage that cant last 1 flight.

Jack was so amazing. I’ve had to come back here 3 times now because of my luggage obstacles, and he was always so kind in assisting my needs. I will always come here when I need new luggage, or I know a friend who needs one! Very good prices for quality luggage.

Jack is a business man but he is also someone that has great customer service skills. My first visit Jack was attentive, knowledgeable and he helped me purchase luggage I needed. My second visit was because I needed to switch the luggage out the very next day. Jack was on top of it and even though he drives a hard bargain. He let me do a even exchange for something else that better suited my situation. Thank you Jack you rock. 🤗

This place is still here and doubled in size however dont expect great quality. Sure its great when you purchase it but after one or two uses you will notice how cheaply made it was. I recommend staying clear from here. Nice people and good service but not worth throwing away your money.

Never - NEVER buy anything from them. I purchased a suitcase and took it back to my hotel. The next day I packed it and pulled the pull handle out and left the hotel. When I got to the cab the handle would not go down. Both the Bellman and I couldnt get it closed. I re-routed my trip to the airport to go back to this store and when I got there they said that they WOULD NOT replace it but I had to mail the suitcase to the vendor as it was under warranty at my expense. They do NOT stand behind what they are selling.
