Is cool only for freshly made tortillas and masa for tortillas. Other than that I dont buy anything else here.

Food always awesome, i grew up with the tradition of every weekend it was delicious carnitas with my moms handmade tortillas....also the getting in line at night to wait for the nixtamal for the pozole and the masa for the tamales during the holidays. My mom knows the owners great people. Also the staff great as well. So if you want some good mexican grub this is definitely the place to go...100% recommend....

Always packed due to evrything beeing fresh and good. Too high demands on food and not enough supply or service people to help out. Not organized at all when ordering.

I love this place. Homemade tortilla and warm sweet bread are some of the delicious items is sell in this market .

Parking is very limited to street parking. Way to many vendors. Little to no social distancing. We waited in line for about 5 minutes. Before entering an employee at the door sprits hand sanitizer on your hands. Once inside there is no distancing whatsoever. Definitely will wait for the Amapola to open in West Covina hope that experience is better.

This place is famous (and infamous for this one bad incident which they long make up for) for their masa to make tamales.It is also the main reason why so many people are willing to make the journey to get at the store and form a line before the store opens at 6 am.Come Christmas time, heed my warning. Get there early for their masa. The lines form very quickly and early. They also dont mess around so know before hand how much you need as they only have bags in 5, 10, 15, 20 lbs.They also sell meat and other necessary products as well so might as well get it too. Prices are pretty good for most things as well.

No longer the store it use to be years back. They dont have the same quality like they use to.

My favorite spot for home cook meal without going home for lunch. This is a busy place. Customer service did their best. They are fast, efficient and wonderful people. Good food, good drink and good overall service. Just be patience or call before come to pick up your item. Great place and great people. Give yourself sometimes because this place is crowed at lunch time. CROWED! - meant it is the favorite spot for all kind of people.

They have the best quality on bakery and Mexican Deli at reasonable prices. Everything is delicious and flavorfull. I recommend fresh steamy Crunchy and Meaty pork rinds.

Love their chicharon panza, but sometimes they charge me so much. Always buys 4 pieces most of the time I only pays 11 to 13$, sometimes 4 pieces charge me for 18 to 20$

Love the tortillas and the meat quality but they make it very hard to shop here. They dont allow strollers inside, an issue when you have a new born.

A full service Mexican market, the only place I go to buy our masa for tamales. This location is where it all started yeah its in the hood, but where else u going to find the siznit to make the bomb tamales . I would also suggest the market in Paramount off the 105.

Love this place for their fresh products. The pan dulce is always coming out hot early in the mornings. By far the best price for great quality pan dulce. Their chicharones, tortillas and taquitos are always delicious.
