We were on check stand 8 and the cashier was stuck on her phone texting in the middle of our checkout. It was so annoying. After waiting for her to finish texting she finished checking us out. She even rolled her eyes at us when she noticed that we were looking at her. Her badge was on backwards but an employee called her name out. Her name is Brenda and she had a yellow tie on with black polkadots. It was extremely unprofessional and I hope its something that can be corrected.

This is my neighborhood market. The prices are kinda high here, but I pop in occasionally for the sale they usually have on water.

A little pricier than food for less but workers are helpful and has allot of Mexican food products.

Been living in the area for over a year, closest market to me but I rather drive somewhere else than go there, like the other ppl have complained about the same, the customer service is bad, cashiers, mostly the female cashiers are the ones that have the worst attitude, one incident my wife had was, she picked up an open pack of whinnies and brought it to the attention of an employee fixing the shelves and the employee responded by telling her to put it back where she got it from. I don’t know about you but that to me sounds unsanitary. Don’t recommend going there unless you have to

1st time I shop here, unable to enter the store to do shopping because they dont allow you to enter with your own cart... So if your a senior and you need assistance with a little cart to carry groceries home, leave it outside the store security said, but were not responsible if someone takes it.

I used to love this place. Specially because when Covid -19 started they were doing their best as to provide and follow protocol for social distancing and making sure customers wore mask and even provide gloves for the customer before entering their establishment. But I recently went and seems like they are more lax about it. They were letting all customers come in at once so you are barely able to keep your distance from other people. I think that while we are in this situation you cant lower your guard! We still need to be cautious ☝️

Worst and poor customer service. The cashiers are slow and talk and the security doesn’t pay attention and always pays attention to the lady’s working there . Not to mention the security can be a asswhole never coming nor recommend coming here.

Disappointing market, No good customer service, none of the staff there can answer some phone calls I get they might be busy but still just answer a phone call and overall their fruit and vegetables are sometimes gone bad not a good store

Their prices are good but they dont have that much variety and it can feel a bit crowded sometimes because the space is not that big. I recommend to avoid going during the weekend because thats when most people go. I really like their prepackaged meat section, is always full, they have good prices and the quality of the products is not bad.

Too crowded

The worst and nastiest staff to ever deal with. Everyone is always in a bad mood and get upset if you ask for help. The managers are probably as useless if not worst then their employees. There have been many incidents with employees being rude and managers just seem to brush it off. Maria Delgado is one. She lacks customer service skills and problem solving skills, she will literally belittle the customers to try to enable her employees behavior. Customer service isnt for everyone, maybe she just doesnt like her job.

I love this store but they definitely need to get rid of the bakery the bread is so nasty and hard.. I ask the baker why is it so hard? He said its heavy I said bread is not supposed to be heavy its supposed to be soft.. The bread is good for a rock throwing contest...

Cash back policy is truly unreasonable. Employees thought processes is unproductive and there is a huge lack of common sense. Manager, she, avoid talking to us when we express dissatisfaction with cashier.

Its close to home so its convenient. However it doesnt seem like they take manufacture coupons, or they dont know their coupons policy. Also sometimes the fruit and veggies are not all that nice... Could be because they are not in season.

Local store with limited groceries. God meat section and also has good variety of salsas. Often has very long and slow lines. It aslo has a taqueria with average food and kinda high prices

It uses to have good service but now it really bad service. They see you need help and instead of asking you they just pass you.

The maket is the wrost lines are always long, manger knowing never puts enough cashier and always the same ever time Ive went so i dont go there i rather go 5 miles from my house and be in and out as opposed to going down the street from my house and waiting an hour to get out of the market!!!!!

I would give 0 stars, if I could. Inadequate customer service. When I asked for help from an employee, he ignored me by not answering nothing, staying quiet, and then walking away. So then I stopped him and told him that I am asking him a simple question and I asked him again for what I needed help with. But he said that he doesnt know, and with a face expression that showed how he was annoyed. Therefore, I raised my voice and told him that he should know the answer to my question, because I know they should or find out for me. That is when he finally changed his mood all of sudden, and answered my question like he already knew and even gave me further explanation. Then he even helped me with my cart at the end of the parking lot, since they get stuck and they have to unlock it. You have to raise your voice or make a complain in order for the employees to listen and help you.

Bought a whole chicken from here. I thought it was good, but when I opened the package I found that it was expired. It smelled like rotten eggs and was purple.

Has an El Gayo Girro but Número Uno is (obviously) tailored to its client base. Not sure why their prices are so damn high though. The customer service is somewhat lacking, yet friendly faces are sprinkled in. The selection in every department except fresh veggies and meat is seriously ANEMIC... BUT... OMG; fruits, veggies and fresh meat... if you can dream it, they got it!!! It alone saved them from a 3 star rating.

This is a Hispanic business and just like just about everywhere has become affected with virus concerns and employee safety increasing the concerns of the consumer and community.
