Lets start out with THEY WONT DO WHAT YOU ASK FOR! Went to Radis and was greeted by the blonde frantic lady that works there and asked for a simple oil change and break light fix. They quoted me a few hours and about $300.I get a call that there are other issues with the car and that they will have to hold my car for a day. I was confused because I didnt ASK them to check anything else. The next day I call, no answer. I call again, the frantic lady answers and starts rambling about my car how it has leaks and etc. but it did not have any leaks or nothing. She would not be explain what was wrong with the car and was rude and told me you wont understand. They ended up holding my car for 3 days WITHOUT telling me an updated estimate of what the problems that they found were going to cost until I got there to pick up my car. She was rude and wouldnt explain what was done to my car. She only explained that she gave me a 10% discount on my $2000 bill.At that point nothing I asked for in my initial $300 estimate was done. I went to another mechanic to verify if they actually did any of the work they said they did when I picked up the car, AND THE NEW MECHANIC SAID NO NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!N O T H I N G !These people are scammers charging for whatever they want and acting nice in the beginning and f***ing you over in the end.I should have trusted the previous bad reviews. Dont fall for her frantic kindness.Go to a mechanic that you can trust. Avoid the frantic blonde lady at all costs. Literally.
Does not accept customer provided auto parts.
Great service from the best mechanic in town!!! Hands down!
I called and asked if I needed an appointment to get my oil change. A man picked up the phone he said yes, then a rude woman picks up the phone with an attitude!
Always good work and awesome people that work there
Ive never said this about a car repair shop in my life, but this place rocks. Not only are the owners super cool, theyre helpful, honest, and upfront. My repair took less time than expected, so they shaved money off the labor charge. Ive never heard of that happening at any other shop. Im really happy I found this place. If you have a German car, you found the right mechanics.
Hes one of the very best when it comes to working on cars!! I know him for many many years.. I trust him with my life and my cars and my family does also!! So he is #1 in my book!!! He is one of the good guys!!! 😎
They were my mechanic for the last 3 years, I’ll no longer be going here anymore. My truck died due to the battery losing charge, got it towed in. They said it was my alternator (which was only 2 years old). Price to replace the alternator was fine, but when my GF picked up my truck it died 5 mins later. They were completely unapologetic and rude to her. My battery died again less a month then a month later. I had the time to look at it myself. $15 & an hr of work later the problem was fixed. The cable to the alternator was burnt out and working intermittently. So wasted $500 bucks most likely.I’d say they’re prices are fair, but they don’t have your back. Had another example where they replaced my rear main seal and then told me after that my transmission was leaking. It costs $1200 to drop the transmission and replace the seal. Would of been a great time to tell me about other issues happening in the same area.
They are the best, and I know its rare for car shops to say that. Theyre honest and really make a point to keep their customers happy. They have gone beyond expectations for me, multiple times. Now I get it, they want to keep me coming because it makes them money but Im okay with that because we both win from that relationship.I would strongly recommend to anyone in the area.
Spoke on phone for about 20 seconds. A women picked up the phone with the rudest attitude. I politely told her that I had ordered a set of spacers for my wheels along with lowering springs. She then paused and in an aggressive tone said, what car?. I replied, a Golf GTI, and then she was like A Golf GTI!? Yeah, we dont alter vehicles here, OKay. bye. hangs up phone. I just sat there so confused like did I just encounter a German Vehicle hater or something lol. I got my oil change from them about a year ago and the guy I met was super cool, I dont know who this lady was on the phone but she should not be put on phones.
I LOVE THESE GUYS. They’ve been our mechanics for over ten years. They’re HONEST, do good work & their prices are fair. I’d recommend them to EVERYONE.
Thank you so much, Radis. I live nearby and they helped my car pass California inspection. It involved lots of problem solving, multiple visits, and looming DMV deadlines. Radis handled it all - working on a budget and meeting all the deadlines. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend. Thanks so much, guys.
I was met by smiling faces, quick service, great prices, and overall fantastic experience I will definitely go back and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for taking quick care of me.
Whenever I bring my Jag in he is always on point. I had a problem that no one could fix... Came in and it was handled ...Excellent work done here.
