The servers here were rushing us and rude. There are better karaoke rooms in town where they don’t treat you this way.

This place used to be my jam. New ownership now and it costs $250 min to get a private room. Used to roll up, sing some dope jams, had so much fun for like $50. Guess I’ll never be back here. Sad.

I went for the first time last night and it was a nice karaoke bar. The $2 Valet Parking in the back was convenient. ...When I arrived I stopped right at the bar for a drink. Not because there arent servers, but because I found my friend at the bar who informed me that the service was not so good in the room. Seems like a reasonable critique except that there were maybe 5 servers just standing around the bar.. ?I ordered a red wine and the bartender had a generous pour which was awesome until he charged me $10. After I take a sip I realize that the wine is spoiled.. So I return to the bar and was happy to realize that he kindly poured me another glass.. Sadly the second glass was just as awful as the first. At this point I just chalk it up to a fail and try to enjoy my friends singing sober. Im glad I didnt drink too much because the bathrooms were disgusting at the beginning of the night so you can imagine what they looked like by 1am or later.Rosen gets 3 stars because the bartender tried. 2 of those stars are for effort.

This place has been around for what seems like forever. Nice place to sing. Could use some remodeling but you only really see this place at anyways so its not a big deal.

Simple, clean, great price, straight forward. I came here to try and get a reservation for my Birthday, and the people here were very nice, courteous and informative, also gave me a great personal experience. This is your karaoke spot!

This place is awful! I use to come here all the time but now they have new management who hiked up all the prices and is awful to customers. Worst experience ever! $200 per bottle and 2 bottles per room for 2 hours! $400 to sing a few songs! Way too overpriced! Food was also awful and they have a grade B for health! And when we complained to the manager he told us to go somewhere else! Dont waste your time! Take his advice and go somewhere else!

Dont STOP! Beleeeeeevin!! Hold on to that feeeeilllliiannnnngannnang!...GLEE, watch out--weve got some competition coming your way!Who wants to go to a karaoke bar to hear a room full of weird strangers belligerently sing off-key, when you can go to the Rosen Music Studio and listen to your friends butcher a song instead?!After a night out at a smokey Korean bbq place (Manna) just a couple blocks away last weekend, we decided to keep the night going by enjoying some off-key entertainment, and Rosen was the place that definitely made the night!Rosen Music Studio is a gem of a cultural experience (Koreatown Karaoke) that you have to try at least ONCE if you want to call yourself a Los Angelean (yup, i think i may have just made that word up): reasonably priced drinks ($7 for 20 oz beer, $14 for a Carafe of flavored Soju (Fruit-infused Korean liquor), and small private rooms that you can rent by the hour (No, not for THAT, dude....) to belt out your favorite hits! The private rooms here range somewhere between $30-40/hr for most rooms, and can fit anywhere between 8-40+ people (with dual flat screens on the higher-end).While the song selection may not have the newest of the new (some were disappointed there wasnt more Lady Gaga in the mix), it has a pretty decent selection of stuff youd hear on the radio...and a strangely enormously large selection of Korean pop songs (which i guess isnt so strange seeing as how we were in K-Town).When you first walk in, the hostess will assign you to a private room, complete with cheesy disco light, 2 mics, and 1-2 widescren LCDs (where you can read the lyrics superimposed on top of Korean B-roll music video footage thats usually comically out of context). The service here is EXCELLENT, while many of them dont speak English very well, they are all very friendly and go out of their way with any requests from the party.Definitely check it out!!!

They don’t know how to treat their customers properly, rude from the counter and when we had a problem for our karaoke they told us that we couldn’t refund and told us to go somewhere else.
