Had my shoes taken to get new non slip material on soles. The material that they put on was not non slip as I soon found out at work. When I returned to the shop to address the situation, I was told they don’t sell that material. Not to mention the new sole began to peel after a couple wears. I did not receive a refund nor did they offer to fix their work.

Classic old shoe repair. Really nice owner. Stopped what he was doing when I walked in and fixed my watch in ten minutes. Very reasonable fee. Take your shoes & bags (leather goods) in for repair and reconditioning. Support an established local business, it will make you feel good.

This place was a life saver! I stripped a screw on the back of my brand new laptop. Tried every strategy recommended on the web for how to get it out but only made it worse every time. No one knew how to get it out. I took it to Brooks and within a few minutes he had worked a miracle and removed the impossible screw and even found a replacement. And charged a very, very reasonable amount for his service.

Owner replaced battery in my car key. He charged a lot. He showed me the key blinking and I left. My key wasnt opening car. Never occurred to me that he might have put in an old battery. After 3 months of thinking it was an issue with the key itself and manually opening my car I realized that he did put in an old battery. What a shady business! The battery itself is so cheap. Businesses like this should not exist.

I brought in some Cognac colored shoes that a lady spilled her drinks on. The guy behind the counter said he couldnt fix them unless he dyed them for 75 dollars. I bought some shoe cream from him for 4 dollars now they look like brand new. Ill never go back and you should get a second opinion

This guy replaced my watch battery in about 30 seconds. He was very professional and charged me a fair price.
