I went there just last weekend to buy gliders for my walker. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even helped me to put on the gliders.The store is also very nice and clean which I think its important for medical supply stores. Very satisfied!
These people are dishonest. They markup products 300% and order them from Amazon. They are not clear about refunds, all sales are final and if you try to get a refund they come up with a story of exagerated shipping cost.Paid $140 for a product that sells for $40 on Amazon.RIPOFF ARTIST, TERRIBLE SERVICE WILL NOT TAKE CUSTOMER CALLS SEND THEN TO VMAVOID THEN AT ALL COST.Many other professional suppliers available in Google.
