I was traveling from out of town to attend a conference in Downtown LA. The concierge at the JW Marriott LA Live recommended this company for my rental needs. I was traveling with a broken foot and desperately needed an improved mode of transportation beyond my crutches since I was non-weight bearing. Kimberly was incredibly accommodating and understanding of my needs and promptly answered any questions I had about my order. I rented a knee scooter and an ice cooler machine and truly believe that both of these items made my trip not only a possibility, but enjoyable. Pico delivered these items to the hotel so they were available upon my arrival and also picked them up after I departed. I was able to travel around the area more comfortably and see more because of the knee scooter and the ice cooler machine helped at night after the long days of up and down and zooming around hallways and sidewalks.Highly recommend this company if youre in need of renting medical equipment in the LA area.
Great communication by the business owner herself, excellent and consistent service, and accommodation and problem-solving at its best! Highly recommended for your loved ones’ needs… These folks are great!
Went in to buy a medical boot because my mom had a sprained ankle and Meynard came to the rescue! He immediately offered to go to the car and examine my mother’s ankle to make sure I was buying her the right product to give her some relief. Can not recommend this place enough. He went above and beyond to help my mom, he was honest about what she needed and was so kind. The attention to customers here is top notch. THANK YOU, Meynard!
Very helpful and quite well priced but the best part is Jiro( High like really high and row like rowing a boat) who was the salesman that served me. He is a really helpful and caring person.
Highly recommended for your loved ones’ needs… These folks are great!
I have a very bad knee injury and after calling around different locations I decided to come here because it was a closer drive to my house. This location has a convenient parking lot in the back of the building where customers may enter. I came in today after I made a phone call asking about the type of wheelchairs they had available there. The gentleman over the phone was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to help me find an affordable option for me. When I came into the store, the nice lady had me sit and wait comfortably till she could get to me. She came out and showed me the used wheelchair and after inspecting it and using it inside, I decided on purchasing it. She was very kind and answered my questions. If I ever had to come back for anything, I would not hesitate to come here again! This store sells many things for disabled folks, to injured folks. Support items, compression, shoes, canes, walkers, wheelchairs and motor wheelchairs aswell. This location also RENTS equipment if you do not wish to buy.
Great service, I needed help getting an old receipt and they were very nice.
NIce!
We rented to own a wheelchair when we had need of it and were pleased with the service and availability of merchandise. The staff are honest knowledgeable and helpful. This is a reliable company to shop with for all medical equipment needs
I love this place. Jay and Dee provided fantastic customer service akin to what customer service was in the 60s. They outfitted me with two new walkers and a few accessories and were able to fit me with a very short cane. I wear out walkers and badly needed a new one. They selection of equipment is vast and quality top notch. Many thanks.
Came in for a good quality ankle boot. Meynard went out of his way to find what I needed along with suppling me with a safer set of crutches. Very much appreciated! I would recommend this business to anyone needing kind and efficient service.
Came here to find some shower equipment for my husband who had just had knee surgery. Kim was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She even offered to put the shower chair together for me. Service is great.
The staff here is VERY helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have purchased and rented a number of things here. They have a pretty good selection and the staff is always good about providing you helpful information about the products and advice but isnt pushy. Ive been to a few other medical supply stores and always felt the staff at those other places are really pushy and try to force you to decide right away. I find that really annoying because it seems like those places prey on older people. The staff at Pico rents is helpful but in my experience never uses those high pressure sales tactics.
Maynard and staff were very accommodating and reasonably priced.
GREAT, GREAT, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! went to purchase a walker for my dad ! The girl that helped had a wonderfull attitude she went out of her way to get me the right walker for my dad! White Nitro Walker . Thank You So Much!!
I got a cane for my mother in law from this place. I liked the selection and prices. It would be nice if the staff were more courteous. The parking was a easy to find as well.
Great products, genuine people. Kim went out of her way, deciding to stay afterhours to help me find the right product. Love the place and the people.
Great medical cpap store, they have everything we need! Cool service thanks guys
Maynard was very helpful and considerate of my injury and helped me pick the correct equipment!! Thank you
Profiteering. $9.00 for one simple N95. 4 blocks away at a Sinclair gas station, 3-pack, Same mask: $16.00
Really great staff. They answered all of my questions and were some of the most helpful folks Ive come across.
Terrible employees I was looking something for my grandma so I had a driver license and credit for her to purchase but this people refused to sell the item because they wanted my dying grandma to come and sign the paper for them to accept the credit. Terrible terrible terrible and I drove all the way from USC. Please consider some people please.
Maynard and the other associates are extremely sensitive to our needs while showing compassion and empathy.Best care and supplies in Los Angeles.
They had all of the supplies my dad needed. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. So glad I found this store.
Was ripped off and did not appreciate it. They sold me a special ordered sofa that I bought thinking i helped them out because someone else ordered it and never picked it up. After a week of having it my grandmother is having a hard time getting on it and they refused to switch it for a bed or a refund. Never returning nor telling anyone to go there.
Very professional, helpful and friendly. Walked me through the process of using a nebulizer unit for the first time. Well-stocked store for medical supply needs.
Very helpful with insurance and helpful on loading and unloading.
Pico medical has no customer loyalty. Scooter batteries only last two years. Pico medical will not even give you a $1 discount to purchase new batteries. New batteries installed are approx. $320; $350 for install and delivery. My scooter is a golden tech lite rider.
They have a coupon on the site and do not accept it in the store. Fake sales tactic stay away!
Attentive service and taking time to advise
Always friendly and helpful
