I have always had a great experience at this Starbucks. The atmosphere is great and theres always a place to sit. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is great! They have messed up on my order a few times but to be fair they are incredibly busy and they are super apologetic and always rush to redo my order.

I hate writing negative reviews especially if I work for Starbucks as well but this service definitely needs coaching at this location. I paid for two drinks that did not have what I asked for to begin with and politely asked if I could have them remade, the barista didn’t respond to me at all just took my drink with a blank face and attempted to fix it but filled my entire drink with ONLY whipped cream. I paid $5 for whipped cream. And they didn’t even want to remake it a second time. I had about 5% of actual beverage in my cup. Every time I come to this location thinking “this time they won’t mess up” but they always do. I hope store #6817 can see this and refund me or cooperate because this was unacceptable. If I wanted to buy whipped cream I would’ve purchased a can of it at any other store. This happened on 10/02/2021 @ 4:29 PM Drawer 2 Register 3.

The harvest festival is fantastic, grape stomp, Slavic dancers, music and dinner. This winery is in a beautiful hilltop location, and has picture perfect views at sunset.

The staff here is outstanding. The service was quick. I usually grad going to different Starbucks because of the long wait and my order not getting done correctly. However, this location goes above and beyond.

I love Starbucks.. there always so friendly and honestly I go in so much so lol how funny is this... I go in there so much that they even learned my name by heart.. so they can call me when my order is ready.....

Very friendly staff. Was very prompt and gracious in correcting an ordering mistake. A great variety of iced coffees. Had an iced decaf americano and it was simply excellent. Great choices of salads, snacks, and sandwiches. Strong, not acidic or bitter, and cold.

Lights are on but nobodys home! If your not ready for customers dont turn your drive through lights on. Waited for 5 min. Never served.

Waited 35 minutes for 3 drinks ordered thru mobile app. Was served a Caramel Frappuccino with all whipped cream melted and 2 hot Green Teas that were served Luke warm with a lid not correctly sealed on one cup. No listing on cups of what items were. Crew was only tending to Drive Thru service. Very disorganized. Poor customer service. Over 20 - 25 people in Mobile App line at store. No CSR tending.

Anytime we order ahead and ill admit sometimes it wouldnt be enough time for me to make the two drinks we order, but time and time again bam they are ready and just how we ordered them. No muss no fuss.

Every time I get a strawberry acai from here it’s like they empty the bag of strawberries with all the seeds Into my drink.

They were closing shop and allowed my family and I to make a purchase. Excellent customer service!

It was pretty cool. Took a bit to make the drinks for being the only person there but other than that the people were nice and respectable. When I go to places I usually rate them with stars depending on how long it takes and also how they treat you. Quality as well but the places I usually rate I have been going to for a while and I just check to see how consistent they are.

Just passing through town and I have to say this is the worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. Baristas struggling to get orders out and the manager just standing there asking them do you need help and still just stands there not helping.

Convenient location as you travel through Los Banos. Not the most friendly group and they tend to be slower than other SBs I frequent. Fortunately, the coffee is consistently good.

Keyana is the best! Wonderful communication skills and (if) for any reason you may have a drink thats not what you ordered she is quick to have it redone. Everyone has a great personality here.

Excellent employees. They are always customer service oriented, courteous, professional and personable.

Kids hot chocolate should not be hotter than my coffee. Was offered to keep the scalding hot cup and they made another. Sensed a bit of attitude from the other staff. Other than that everything was fine.

Did not make eye contact through out the placement of order or when I received my drinks. It took an extraordinary amount of time to create 3 generic and basic drinks. No one said goodbye or have an nice day or anything. Incredibly lacking in customer service. They were more focused with chit chatting with each other than making quick drinks and a great customer service experience.

Love how it opens up early and closes late. Would be nice if it was 24/7

This is my best favorite Starbucks. They have the slowest drive though I have ever been in the previous other times that I have gone here. Today I decided to go inside due to all of the cars in the drive through. The inside of the store did not look clean trash cans where filled all the way to the top. Not happy with this Starbucks store at all. Customer service is not bad

Decent service but sometimes they got a lot orders messed up! They are next to a Jack in the Box and its in a great convenient location. The place is actually really nice inside with decent amount of seating.

This is Saturdays review. ...Well they didn’t make my white mocha correct it’s always hit or miss sometimes it’s great and other times it hella sucks I would have went back to complain but just didn’t want to complain after complaining 2 times at Starbucks in Target I gave up just took my money ..... the employees should real get retrained how hard is it to follow the recipe like really..... ughEmployees are nice and smile :)I knew it wasn’t going to end well when they made us fraps instead of hot coffeesOh well ❤️On Friday my coffee was good ❣️I even took a picture 🙂

My order was cool as it was sitting there for a while before I went to check on it. The place was not very crowded. The person calling orders was quiet.

The customer in front of me was yelling at the cashier while the cashier handled herself very nicely. They kept yelling at that poor cashier. I was the next customer and I apologized to the poor girl. Her coffee order came up quickly and she was called 2 times neither time she moved and at this point we all knew she was Maria. We both ordered danishes that got down quickly. Her 2 coffee s were still there and she had been called another time about coffee. Once I picked mine up she had a cow over my coffee being done first. We all tell her she had been called 2 times. The employees of the morning shift today just for that womans rudeness and again while I was walking out. Ur employees were very helpful to this person who should had been denied service and made to leave. People should not act like she owns them. Not right thanks teresa

I was very shocked how fast the drive they line was going. the line was long but went very fast. the only thing I was very upset w was when they handed me my iced caramel macchiato it was so messy and spilling all over my hand and I wasnt offered a napkin I had to ask for it. The barista was just there looking.. He was very friendly and after i asked for the napkin he then apologized.

Service is generally great, but a couple of times they have someone in drive thru who hears my order incorrectly. It happened a second time and it was the same person who messed up my order the 1st time. Other than that generally great customer service and good quality control on the drinks.

This is a convenient location for passing by. Theres seating outside with umbrellas. The inside is a little small. I had to wait for my coffee in the front of the store since the area near the counter was crowded. The bathrooms are code-locked for customers only.

Didnt have much sandwich options. Had a drive thru and outdoor seating area. Staff are super friendly and nice. Restroom could be cleaner. Sometimes groups of tourists come and so the line gets long. More or less the typical Starbucks.

It is just a starbucks, but this place is very good to have coffee at all times... however, my favorite time to have coffee there is when sunrise and sunset. The crew is pretty friendly and the service is pretty good.

First I had to use bathroom, but didnt have code. So I walk around table waiting in line an employee budged in front of me, I was wondering what she was doing standing next to the display case not making eye contact and it came toy turn and she walks in front of me without looking at me and starts to order. I promptly walked out the exit. Terrible customer service and this wasnt the 1st time at this location with problems.
