I have put up with the occasional rude employee, incorrect prescriptions, disorganization and extremely long wait times at the CVS pharmacy for many years. Today sent me over the edge and I will no longer bring my business to the CVS on Blossom Hill. The pharmacist and assistant working 10/21/21 were extremely rude and disrespectful to not only myself but the customers ahead of me. I brought it to the Store Managers attention and it was clear to me that my business was not valued. Luckily, there are many other pharmacies in the area.
The nice lady fixed the pricing of the Kodak kiosk for me when she spotted the overcharge. Most people wouldnt care but she spent good minutes fixing the issues for me. Hard to find such quality of a person in this age.
No one answering the telephone in pharmacy today! I had an urgent prescription to fill and could not get through. Called another cvs pharmacy and they sat on the phone for an hour with this pharmacy and no answer as well. Not sure how they serve patients.
Always tried to avoid this store of the past experiences, especially when theres a cozy, friendly Rite Aid across the street. But today they outdid themselves! Overcharged, spilled bleach on me, offered no towels, no replacement for the defective product, no apologies, made the whole line of customers wait while they were restocking their shelves (how are restocking and checking out related?), and in the end refused to honor their store policy on overcharged items, which was posted under their noses. The lady who declared herself a supervisor was rude and disrespectful to me, her staff and manager. The gentleman who timidly acknowledged that he was a manager just stood there, mute and blind to her endless tirades and refused to take responsibility and move on to helping out the customers. What an incredibly dysfunctional team. The attitude towards their customers requires a serious correction.
The nicest and most helpful employee at this Los Gatos CVS is Shannon; she does not work in the pharmacy section but is always asking people if they need help and always happy to help me when I can’t find something I need to buy. She always very professional and polite.Three years ago, I gave up on the pharmacy at this Los Gatos location since they consistently had issues with my prescriptions and the a couple of the staff members were unprofessional. Today, I had a prescription filled at this Los Gatos CVS Pharmacy and noticed a major improvement! It looks like they have a new pharmacist and the employees working at the counter were very polite and professional. The pharmacist was very polite and professional; he is very knowledgeable. Thank you. Although, I can’t ever recall going to this CVS without someone trying to get me to donate money for a charity at the entrance. There seems to always be someone at the entrance of this store asking me for donations. I donate plenty and do not want to be bothered every time I go to this CVS.
The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the store itself was an absolute disaster. Couldnt find anything and because of the long lines no employees to help either.
Not sure how this location gets a high rating. Many pharmacy products are often in short supply. The location seems not that clean. But, the staff is usually nice and try to minimize the wait time.
Quite disappointing. Not very friendly and some clerks have an interesting attitude towards customers. I guess Yelp is more accurate than this site because the service at this location is poor.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy techs make sure everything is just right.
No problems when I go there.
Black haired lady manager was terribly unfriendly. The older cashier helped me with my return however!
Was originally a Longs. Nice pharmacists.
Staff is lazy and rude
It’s a CVS
