Booked a brow appointment and loved the extra care and information given. I brows were overgrown so I decided to have them tint, mapped and waxed. I loved the results and appreciated the extra time they spent with me explaining shape and maintenance

I walked in on a Saturday at 3:30 and wanted to get my brows waxed without having an appointment. One of the associates said she could get me in 30min later, which was great. I didnt even think about needing an appointment. When I went back it was great, they have you sign a waiver for COVID protocols and than they clearly have things cleaned and sterilized. Salma did my brows and she did a great job. I will return when I need them done again.

They were AMAZING!!! Walked out a new person with full, tinted, and shaped brows I never would have dreamed of. Jahaira did my brows and I owe it to her for doing such a good job!

I always come here for my lash tint and brow maintenance (thread or wax), and Id like to applaud Benefit for the great work they are doing during the pandemic. They are limiting the amount of customers in the store, they run through COVID questions to make sure you have not been exposed, they ask if it is okay if they move closer to your face, and it is SO clean. This time I had Lydia, who is super nice and we had a great conversation. Not to mention the fact that she made my eyebrows symmetrical which Ive never been able to accomplish! She nailed it and I was so happy with her service. I have also frequently had Justine, who is always so happy, kind, and welcoming. She was the first person to tint my lashes, and I had a great experience. She is so easy to chat with and she is great at what she does. I love Benefit in LG!!

The staff there is very knowledgeable and I love to have by eye brows done there.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and my eyelashes tinted. Salma did an amazing job! She was very kind and explained everything she was doing as I hadnt had my eyelashes done before. She was obviously well qualified and very fun to talk to! The results are amazing!

My daughter has had her brows tinted and threaded with Lydia who is amazing. The work is quick and professional but with a sweet and kind touch. Lydia listens to what her customers want and is careful to keep to their wishes and make sure brows turn out natural but improved and beautifully styled.

Saw Justine on Sunday for a brow wax & tint. I came in with 2 different-shaped eyebrows that needed some TLC and she did an AMAZING job!! Will absolutely be coming back to her for my future brow appointments. Also wanted to note that the Covid protocols here were great-- she sanitized between each step & I felt comfortable being there!

I had a fantastic experience at the Los Gatos Benefit! Benefit always does a great job, but I moved and I didnt have one close by any longer. I tried local places without success and I didnt have my brows done during the pandemic. I was in Los Gatos and I stopped in the Los Gatos Benefit without an appointment. Sylvie was booked, but kindly squeezed me in for a brow arch and tint. She did an AMAZING job and is such a warm and fun person! Ill now be driving 50 minutes to get my brows done at Los Gatos Benefit! Worth the trip!!

I am extremely picky when it comes to my brows after a few horrible experiences. My brows are not even and a real brow artist can whip them.in thw right shape without overdoing some cannot and leave me horrified. I have had one artist for over 10 years but on a birthday whim decided to try out Benefit Brow given my artist is out of town.JUSTINE was absolutely GREAT! She comforted me by making sure my brows were exactly what I wanted, checking in before making any major wax moves throughout the whole service.She was fast, friendly, attentive & delicate. I highly recommend her brow services.

I ran in to pick up a couple of things and found the sales woman to be so pleasant and helpful. She showed me some of the new products and a couple of her personal favorites. She knew what she was talking about and never came across pushy. I had a great ecperience in the store and am looking forward to coming back when I have a bit more time. I usually go to sephora for my Benefit stuff but will make the extra stop to actually learn some things from an expert when I shop again. Thank you!

I came in because my mom booked an appointment for me, I’m 15 years old. I just wanted to get my eyebrows tweezed. I didn’t want any waxing, threading, etc. A staff member said that I needed a parent there, just in case I was “allergic” to anything. I tried to tell her that I was just getting them TWEEZED. She didn’t care to realize that there were no products used for tweezing. When I finally got my mom there, about 40 minutes later (she came on her lunch break from work), we waited some more. Then when I got my eyebrows “tweezed”, the woman doing them was in a rush and didn’t complete the job, the rushed me over to pay. I’m not coming back.

Beware - the manager of this brow bar is very pushy with the products. Ended up having a really miserable time and will not return.

I take my daughter here to Sylvie. She does an excellent job.
