If I could give zero stars I would. Tonight my husband and I went to pick up a western union. We completed all the steps on the kiosk and it told us to go pick up our cash at the register. We get to the register at 8:50pm and the store closes at 10pm. I tell the cashier that we are here to pick up our western union and she tells me that she lock up all of their tills and that they couldn’t give us our money. (Keep in mind the store wasn’t closing for an hour. I asked her if there wasn’t anything that could be done. She refused to problem solve the situation and when I asked for the store manager and how I could get a hold of him or when she threaten to call the cops on me. This woman was obviously closing the store up early and could care less about our situation. When another employee if he should have disclosed that information before we entered our information in the WU sysrem, she told him no and smirked at him. I have never ever experienced such degrading, rude, and poor customer service like this in a Walgreens. I will definitely make my family and friends aware of the poor, rude, and incompetent customer service I received!
I will never have my meds sent here again. They alway miss up my sons prescription when needed. Alway send a text to my wife to pick up her meds, when she gets there they dont have them. I went in to pick up my prescription was waiting in line behind 10 people not one was helped. Then I got to the window and they didnt have mine ready and they where sent in early in the am. I wouldnt have got so mad but they always make excuses when there not done. I understand they have a worker shortage just like every one alse but they keep missing up evertime.
Gave it one star only for it’s existence. My husband tried to pick up my med this evening at 7p at the drive up. There was a sign in the window stating, “Due to staffing shortage drive up closed, pharmacy open”. He then went inside where the pharmacy was obviously closed up. This is unacceptable! This shows very poor management. I recently moved to LL from Albuquerque and can not imagine the same scenario.
This store must go out of its way to hire the rudest most unprofessional pharmacy staff. The pharmacist Charmaine is beyond shockingly rude and unprofessional, especially for someone in her position. It also seems she is influencing the male tech as he has picked up her bad behavior. Calling corporate tomorrow because if you cant handle something as easy as customer service, should you be allowed to count pills? So much harder

Walgreens is very convenient for me, from where I live.. Im usually in there early in the morning, about every other day, but today I was in there around 12:30pm. Today, The lady in the Liquor store part.. She is very rude.. May be she was having a bad day??.. has bad attitude., she acted like she wanted to argue, with me. There is more to say, but anyway the last thing is I was getting ready to cash out, when the credit card machine wasnt working yet. I told her it isnt working yet. Then she told me make it work. I Didnt want to say anything, to make a scene.. But she finally pushed the button to get it to work. Anyway she was very rude. I should have said something to managers. I not going back in there anymore I will go across town first... lost a very good customer......
This location has rude employees and your almost scared to even ask for anything because of the attitude that you get because they have to do their jobs. Also every time I have tried to print through their app their photo booth is always down and they don’t even bother to contact you to tell you.
Great place to get supplies
This store is great. The people are very nice and try very hard to help. The store is clean, the shelves are always stocked. Im in a lot because I can usually find exactly what Im looking for and then I get points which comes in handy during the holidays.
Some of the female employees are very rude and extremely condescending. I would highly recommend a customer service training.
The worst customer service from two of the female employees there. I jad to wait about 15 minutes to ask a question bit they where so busy one was fixing her nails and the other onae was talking about a party and What to wear.I was the only one on line and they offered help untill they finished their chat.And in another visit to Walgreens on Main st. West.Very rude never prescriptions ready on time they say 15 mins you hsve to wait 30 mins. Staff is very rude. There are two pharmacists Charmaine and I dont know the other guys name but he is very nice also I do think one of pharmacy texts are very nice I believe his name is Aaron.
Those employees in liquor store dont know what they are doing! He check my USA passport and told me : its expired already ! But he reed me issue day just two weeks ago...
Their prices are higher but good when you just want to go in and out

This store is an average Walgreens store but this review is more towards their liquor department. I understand we have ridiculous archaic alcohol laws but the people are rude and out of control. Ive been denied alcohol there so many times because my grandma was with me, I was taking my cousin home from practice and I didnt want to leave her in the car, my license was ABOUT to expire. Its awful.
I would give zero stars if possible. Please do not ever go to this store unless you enjoy being treated poorly by inconsiderate people who do not care about you one bit. Everyone in the store was completely unhelpful when I needed to have the restroom unlocked for my toddler son who needed to use to bathroom emergently. The cashier called someone who didnt answer, a worker took a break and ignored me completely, a security guard also did not help me, and the pharmacy staff also did not help me. It was not until my son started crying after he had an accident form waiting so long, and I became upset at this that the cashier (who knew the code to the restroom the whole time) finally opened the door by entering the code. Afterwards no one apologized. I do not understand why someone could not just tell me the code to unlock the restroom myself, and avoid my toddler son the stress. This is truly a horrible store and their entire staff needs to be trained in order to improve customer service. Do not take your business here.

I just got some very rude customer service from the pharmacy I didnt know the name of the medication I was taken and I just recently moved and lost a whole bunch of stuff including my medication bottles so I wasnt quiet sure what the name was so the pharmacist says u really need to know the name of the medication but I will do it this time real rude so what I would like to say to this young man is u never know what someone is dealing with so dont jump to thinking someone would know these things that well especially when I just started the medication I only take two types of medication so its in the computer
