This was my 1st visit to Big O Tires in Los Lunas. Great experience! I had a coupon for an oil change, they told me it would be 45 minutes and thats exactly how long it took. I didnt have to wait long at all. Everyone was very friendly and in a good mood which says alot to me. The lobby was clean and comfortable. I asked about normal oil change prices and they are definitely more affordable than Jiffy Lube. Will go back for sure.

I’m just really impressed with the service at Big-O tires in Los Lunas! I was in a time crunch and Gilbert, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful, professional, super nice and polite! He hustled to get my car out and was really very happy to help me even though it was poor planning on my part! Paully is also extremely helpful and her customer service skills are exceptional! Both Gilbert and Paully made my experience here really great and I absolutely recommend this location and the exceptional staff! Best customer service in town!

It was super busy on a Monday morning. I was greeted immediately! That’s really important because I also work with people and their time is valuable. Just a “Hi, I’ll be right with you” is a rarity anymore. But that’s what the guy at the desk said! I had slow leak in a tire. They took it immediately and went right to fixing it! It was amazing! Polly advised me to come in right away for a tire that was significantly low. She said I could be taken care of as soon as I got there. I didn’t time it but it was a brief visit (less than 30 minutes, maybe closer to 20 minutes). A nail was found and the tire was repaired at no charge. Julian explained what he had done to repair it. I appreciated the quick, attentive and friendly service. I will return and I will share this amazing experience w others. Ive serviced a few of my vehicles here and theyve been great! They went above and beyond for me yesterday and today with honesty, awesome customer service. Id like to mention that Pauly, Gilbert, Daniel, and Manny did all they could for me as if I was a family member. Daniel helped me out when they couldnt service my vehicle. He made it safe enough to drive home when I brought it in on a trailer with no charge. 👍🏾 Id definitely recommend Big O Tires in Los Lunas. *I normally dont do reviews, but these hard working guys and gals definitely serviced me well. Female employee was very helpful and new. Manager was just a straight up DI**!!. Had no control of his employees as of whos on duty. Took my business elsewhere. To the manager who shoved me to the side, you dont deserve the title or the position. To much pressure or problems at home can effect your performance. You personally didnt care due to whatever your issue was, but demotion is a good position. Learn to adjust your attitude in every tough situation and separate your personal life from work. Would of been a 1 star but the new employee helped as much as she was taught, which was not much. Hope they get better training and management.

Arturo was so kind and helped us out so much. I needed some work done to get us home safe and him and another guy got all the work done in enough time for me to get back home that same day. This was the best customer service and most efficient tire service Ive ever had. I caught a nail in my tire on the way to work and by the time I left, my tire was flat. I was able to get enough air in it to get it to Big O Tires. I was greeted right away by a technician. He took down my info, brought my car back and had my tire patched in under 20 minutes!I definitely recommend getting your car serviced here and will continue to take my vehicle here for any future needs. I went and got my purge valve leak fixed paid 580.00 as they returned the car my check engine was still on so I went and purchased a diagnostic machine it kept reading my air take... I than tell big o they wanted charge me another 375.00.. so I go get an oil change and the mechanic told me there was a wire they didnt connect as he connected it my check engine light went away.Than you can smell a strong gas smell as the car was running, turning on the air conditioner and heater.. called big o again and instead of trying to help me discover the problem again they wanted to charge me again I suggest go somewhere else

I had some long needed work done on all of my van brakes. I was able to get a same day appointment. Gilbert Rodriguez helped me and communicated with me about the problems they found through texts and videos. I was originally quoted a price to replace various parts, but when they got to work on an inner braking system they discovered it was in good shape and just needed cleaning. They honestly told me nothing on the inner brake system needed to be replaced and lowered the quote. I dont think I have EVER been to a car place that has told me I dont need to replace something, usually it is the reverse and everything under the sun suddenly needs to be replaced. I was very impressed with their honesty! They had my car finished and ready to go after a couple of hours and the brakes are great!

OMG Go for one thing and they will make more problems tell you you need to replace pets for no reason I went for 80 $ alignment service and they tried to run my bill up to 1,900 for no reason I have a Brand new Truck with nothing wrong with it! Don’t go to this Shop spend your money 💰 and Precious Time on a local shop that doesnt practice shady sales tactics, the whole time ur in there they size u up to see how much they can get from u! Don’t waist your time here! I would give them - stars if I could.

He personally went outside and inspected my tires. He them told me what he could do to fix my problem. They got on it right away and charged a hell of a good price!! Great place to get work done. Awesome service. Phillip the service advisor really helped me out, I got a flat at 5:30 pm and they close at 6. I pulled in and said I had a flat and he was like, dont worry we will get that flat repaired right away before we close. He even didnt charge me for the repair. Big O Los Lunas made my day and have always been the place to go for tires, oil, service locally for my family. Highly recommend this location for your needs. 5 stars!

I am an owner of a tow company in Albuquerque. One of my drivers was near Los Lunas and suffered a blowout. We limped the truck to Big O and they got the tire swapped out in no time even while servicing other customers. The staff was courteous, professional and fast. Ive been here two times now and had a great experience both times. Very customer friendly. They alway let me know if there are things that I need to address on my vehicle like Normal maintenance or those unexpected issues and I appreciate that.

So, I went there with a leaky tire (tires I had bought from them a few years earlier), and I knew it was covered under the road hazard warranty. I saw the piece of metal puncturing in between the thread towards the middle. The counter guy called me and told me the puncture was in the sidewall and couldnt be fixed (hind site, I should have said oh yeah, show me). He goes on to tell me that the tires are warn out and need to be replaced and goes into his sales pitch. I knew the tires had a little (but not much) life left in them. I tell him those are 85k mile tires and ask how many miles since they were put on, he tells me its been 70k miles, and Im like well that doesnt add up then does it?. He tells me that if i get new tires they will be discounted because of this, so I agree to the new tires since I was gonna need them soon anyways. I go ahead and pay, believing that I saved $10 per tire, but while Im waiting I check my phone and see he charged me the exact same price as they are advertised for online. When I ask him about it, he says hmm thats weird, my computer is showing $85 a tire and again I should have said show me. Regardless, I got the tires done and paid full price, but learned these people are not honest with their customers, so learn from my mistakes (being too trusting) and get proof for what they are telling you, ask to see the puncture in the side wall, or check the advertised price before paying, or whatever else they are telling you, dont just take their word for it.Also, while I was waiting, the service guy comes out and tells me my front brake pads are really thin and needed to be replace, again, I should have said show me. Today, I decided I would replace them, only to find out that there is plenty of pad left (oh yeah, I replaced them when I did the struts not long ago). This is what really prompted me to do this review, I was gonna let the tire thing slide. Can you imagine all those people who have paid for services they didnt need? Come on Big O, have some morals, dont pay your employees on commission! Ive been a long time Big O customer, but will be going with Discount Tires for now on.

Been going here since I moved here 2 1/2 yes now. Very friendly staff. Came in today for an oil change, and tire rotation, asked the young man to please check my air pressure and adjust accordingly as the pressure was off on all 4 tires. I truly do not think the tires were rotated at all as the pressure in the front tires was still higher then the back tires! Actually the same amount as before I took it in. My car will beep when the correct pressure is reached. Also the mechanic put paper on seat and floor, but managed to get grease on edge of seat back and door. This sight will not allow me to complete my narrative.

Counter guys are very helpful and so is rest of people that work there .Took my vehicle in for brakes and was done in about two hours very fast service. I would take my vehicle there again if needed.

Always fast friendly service.....but a little too fast. Went for an oil change told them I needed all fluids checked and filled which is what you would expect and what they say they offer, a courtesy check. Left there and my washer fluid was still empty...

I would have given this place a 5 star but let me tell you why I didnt.. My husband walked in to check us in, as we were early.. They told him, sure, no problem, bring in your keys and well get started.. I walk in to give them the keys, the guy said well be right with you another guy walks in from the back, says the same.. I stayed waiting for some time and finally a third guy walks in and as soon as he walked out asked ne immediately what he could do to help.. Thank you Gilbert Ridriguez for helping us from beginning to end of our visit!! We will be back because of his customer service!!

I cannot say enough good things about the Big O Tires in Los Lunas. After experiencing a blowout on I-25 by Belen, we attempted to go to another business on the other side of the interstate and were completely ignored by their staff. We found the Big O and were quickly greeted by Gilbert Rodriguez who helped us quickly find the right tire, so we purchased a whole set. Gilbert was amazing the entire time, kept us appraised of where our pickup was in the process and how much time was remaining. It was a nice drive home on those brand new Cooper tires and Gilbert’s awesome service made us want to be customers for life. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable and spacious enough to allow for social distancing. I cannot recommend this store more highly and will tell everyone I know to go there if they have the opportunity.

We had a screw get stuck in our tire after someone dumped detritus on the highway in Belen and even though we didnt purchase our tires here, the staff were kind enough to patch it free of charge. They were very kind and we are very grateful.

I walked in, they started working on my flat tire on the inner dully of my RV with in minutes. Took about 30 minutes for the repair and they sent me on my way, no charge! All the employees were friendly and informative about the problem.

I took my car in for a repair on a tire. Gilbert Rodriguez helped us when we brought it in. From start to finish he was extremely helpful. We dropped my car off to replace 2 of the tires. He communicatedby phone with us through the whole process. We were also allowed to pay over the phone. This was very nice during this pandemic and tough time. I appreciate his exprtise and going above and beyond for us.

My boyfriend came here just to fix his tire because of a nail puncture. Waited an hour and a half for them to tell him that there’s no fixing his tire because it’s worn out. They tried to charge him for a new tire and an alignment that he didn’t even ask for. He ended up asking them to just put his spare on because his tire was completely flat. Something he could of done himself. They even charged him to change his tire to the spare.

This place nd the people there are just out to get people for there money, constantly telling people about parts not needed nd when they work on your vehicle they forget to put nuts nd bolts back, I will never go back to them had to take my truck back 4 times for them to correct there mistakes

Went for a routine oil change...it was a Saturday and they were very busy. After the oil change, on my way home...check engine light came on and stayed on. I called Jason, the front desk service clerk and he said to bring it back in. I brought it back and because they were so busy, I was there hours. Needed spark plugs and new wires.However, all staff were professional and polite. All staff and customers were wearing masks due to the virus, too. I will continue to give them my business, as I have for a long time. Prices were comparable to others, as I checked. The front desk service clerk, Jason Castillo, is an asset to this business. Polite and patient with the customers.

Gilbert Rodriguez is a splendid service advisor. We called about getting our tires rotated and he said in a very pleasant voice, sure come right on in. We arrived 10 minutes later, they took our truck right in and didn’t even charge us. We insisted but they would take any money. The waiting room was spotless, the employees knowledgeable and we will send everyone who asks!

They always found the littlest thing wrong with my truck and never fixed anything and every time they quoted me it was super expensive.. just a bad place.

Made an appointment for 4:00 in store. They said the job would take 30 minutes. Came back at 4:00 was told there was going to be 2 hour wait. Really disappointing. At least at discount they told me from the get go that the wait would be long and I couldnt schedule an appointment until next week. Complete waste of my time. Go to discount tires. Save yourself the stress.

The best part about this service this time around was the customer service. Gilbert was great but when I showed up here I knew inside that it would be expensive but what I didnt understand is why was I told, what it was going to cost ended up being $200 more then what we agreed before the work was started. I was told $200 more after the work was done. Then when they took the car out for a test drive, you can hear that something was not right with the front driver side tier. IV been now waiting for almost 3 hours and honestly I dont trust what is going on but what can I do. I have no choice but to trust the same people that came up with different pricing then the original quote itself after the work is done and still didnt get the squeaking to go away after working on it. This is costing me 1300 and Im not comfortable with sending my friends or family to this location ever!!!! It was not Gilbert but everything else felt like a scam.

I will NEVER shop at any Big O tires after the way I was treated at the Los Lunas store. 2 years later it still angers me.
