My jeep renegade would not shift into reverse, 1st, 3rd or 5th gear. They fixed my jeep in a couple of hours. Very honest place. I would use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

For me trust is the most important thing, I am not that knowledgeable about vehicles so I appreciate Anthony and his crew and their honesty. My brakes was making a sounds they inspected the brakes cleaned and adjusted it and now driving good. Some places would have over charged me for new brake pads, and more but they didn’t. Also explained everything well very clear.

Put brand new spark plugs and wires in my vehicle and still did not run right so took vehicle into professional transmission. Was told needed manufacturers spark plugs and wires. So asked to save my spark plugs and wires that were previously installed since they were brand new and they said ok. Turned out it wasnt that at all. It was a bad motor. They never saved my parts like i asked which were $150. I was not happy about loosing out on more money. Paid twice for spark plugs and wires

I would steer clear of this place unless you need something basic or feel like givig out your money for nothing. I took in my vehicle for some metallic grinding but left WEEKS later (even though I told them exactly what was wrong with it) with the wheels sounding like theyll pop right off any second. And when I tried to tell them it was making noise louder than it had been when I took it in, the mechanic said he didnt hear anything. At least the owner made him check his work, but it was more waste of time because the car is still more broken than ever. Wont be coming back.

Recently I took my car to Professional Transmissions because they were highly recommended to me by my father, sister, and brother in law, and their recommendation was very well placed. The staff goes above and beyond in expertise, quality of work, and personable care and service to their clients. I have taken my car to them twice now for two seperate repairs and I will definitely do so again for any future repairs.

Had my transmission rebuilt customer service was awesome and they knocked it out pretty quick would recommend them to family and friends.

Brought my trailblazer in because it would not shift out of first gear. Andrew and his staff took the time to diagnose the problem correctly, and saved me a ton of money. They could have easily said I needed my transmission rebuilt for about $2000, but all it needed was an electrical repair for $200. I feel I have found an honest and trustworthy auto shop. Ive been bringing my 1998 Mazda B4000 to Andrew and his team since 2013 and each time, theyve resolved whatever issue I had the FIRST time! Also, each time I needed repairs, the estimates were always fair and service is very courteous. He even gave me a ride home a few times after bringing it in. Ill never go anywhere else, as they have been able to handle everything Ive ever needed, from my catalytic converter, to my front seat, the shifter on the column, my radiator, and major tune ups. Ive done quite a few things with Andrew and his crew and theyve never been anything but professional, polite, and informative. Hes replaced transmissions for our company trucks. So first of all never buy a Mitsubishi I learned my lesson. Transmission blew at almost exactly 120k miles. Found out a new one would be over 8k. This place did it for less than 3 and did in less than a week. Great place great service very friendly.

These guys were on it. Had done bad U joints replaced them quickly and for a good price. Good hard working guys and a honest shop. Would recommend hands down best shop I have ever done business with.

These all are a great group of people, they do good work and charge a fair price. What stood out the most was that they got slammed with work, they told me and apologized many times that it took longer then unusual to fix my 91 Wrangler. When I paid for their services they didnt not charge me for some services due to it taking so long. Like I said, they are good people.

Since then I have had two major vehicle problems, one so obscure Im not sure anyone else would have found it, and nobody could have been more accommodating or more helpful than Andrew and his crew. Took my van for a power steering pump, took two times longer then they said and when I got the van back the power steering was grinding worse then when I left it. Plus the ABS light would not go off after the work they did. I told them it was not done right and they acted like cause I am a women I knew nothing, told me I could bring it back but no way was I letting them touch my van again. I chalked up the money spent as gone and I am going else where. Plus I told them my van did not lock and asked then to keep it inside the shop over the weekend and they didnt after they promised me twice they would, I can not stand nor will I ever trust people who lie to my face.

I have taken my auto to this shop on several occasions. The first time I had a noisy braking issue. I was sure I was looking at new brake pads and turning the rotors as a best case scenario. The fine people at this shop inspected my car, removed my wheels and inspected all applicable brake parts. They also took me back in the shop and showed and explained the current condition of my braking system. These gentlemen demonstrated the long lost art of customer service and appreciation. I was thoroughly impressed. A couple months later I had another issue. My car was stuck in 3rd gear. I was thinking this would be a major expense. But based on my past experience with Professional Transmission & Automotive I figured they would take care of the issue. I was very happy when the workers again came through and explained it was nothing at all with the transmission it was just a broken pin in the linkage with the gear shift. I have owned many cars and been to many repair shops over the years. Dealers included. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. I cant remember a better shop I have been too. Integrity, service and quality. Two five star reviews! Thanx a ton!

Its been 1 month since my transmission rebuild and its working beautifully you guys did a great job and at a lower price than originally quoted thanks a bunch for getting my 97 1ton Silverado back on the road

Would be higher but they didnt seem knowledgeable regarding my truck and kept saying they had to call the dealership to find how to do things and that diesel trucks arent their specialty. They got the truck running but Id worry about taking it back if it had a more difficult problem. Im sure theyre great with transmissions but they need to brush up on my Duramax before Id trust with advanced issues like injectors turbo or intake.

These guys are reliable, trustworthy, and honest. I had to have two transmission clutch shift solenoids replaced and my transmission serviced. For one the service is exemplary, they let me drop off my 2003 Honda Odyssey and gave me a ride home (even though I live in Belen, 12 miles away) they wouldve picked me up too but I had a ride. It only took a day and a half for my repairs to be done and ended up paying $300 less than I was quoted.

My transmission was acting up where I had to get an expert opinion as to what it might be. Andrew Martinez ran a diagnostic test and found that the transmission was damaged. He gave me a quote and promised to stick with the quote. Well he did better than that. He charged me less, ordered OEM (Honda) parts for my Honda Pilot and his guys did a super job on my transmission. It runs like new. I also got a great warranty additional to the discount. I highly recommend Andrew and his guys to work on any vehicle. I can only recommend 5 stars but if there were more stars available, to rate....it would be all of them. There are not too many honest mechanics around these days but Andrew Martinez and the guys care a lot for the customer and that goes a long way with me. A few months or so ago I went to this shop to get an Estimate. Prior to that I called on the phone and the guy was nice. I go to the shop they tell me I need a Rack and Pinon not just the Power steering hose. Fine I went and ordered the Parts. Due to Lawsuit pending with my home I just didnt have the money to take the van down. So I call Today 10/25/18 and first the phone number had a recording come on saying that the voice mail was not set up. Then I call back and this guy answers and I was Trying to get the Van Scheduled. I told him I had the parts and I just needed to get the fluid to flush out system and asked how many quarts. He told me 10 Quarts. I didnt argue with him I said ok, even though the other shops told me 2 or 3 quarts I wonder why 10 for a toyota sienna? It has the same system as the Avalon. Anyway I then asked would it be the same price as he quoted me before? Then he said he wouldnt get to do it until next week Monday or so and I said No Problem I do have another vehicle to use. I also told him I had another van to bring in later on with same issue. Then he said I would have to bring it in for him to see it. I told him I already did that and that is why I bought the Rack and Pinion. I do not want to drive it with all that fluid its tossing out very rapid. Then I asked would it be the same price as before. When I brought it to him before as well as spoke to him on the phone he was KINDER and PATIENT. Today he was an ANIMAL on the phone. (When I asked if it was going to be the same price and I didnt even tell him what the price was and He didnt even bother to ask me. It was $300.00 which was good and decent like 3 shops in abq). I wanted something closer. So when I asked him would it be the same price like maybe a 3rd time in conversation he said I dont know I would have to see it. I told him well I have to know the price so I can make sure I have enough money for it and in the account for not only that but for the 10 QUARTS or transmission fluid at $6.00 a quart plus tax. Then he tells me VERY RUDE and Mental like tells me YOU KNOW WHAT? Go Take it to Another Shop. So I Just Hung Up and now EVEN THOUGH I have to go way deep into ABQ I am going to go to this other shop with 5 stars that has a 5 star attitude. PLUS they do Alignment and I only have to purchase 3 Quarts to do the flush out. Not Stock Their Shelves with it for their own Personal Vehicles. All that PLUS the Alignment for $380.00. I take Seniors In My van and I have to have it Inspected after it gets fixed. We Dont Need the Aggravation, The Disrespect or Mental Outbursts because you are too overwhelmed. I walked in there and they have a weird shop with a Tacky bunch of Antiques on one side that have NOTHING to do with the Automotive Industry. I dont know what is there now nor do I care but it looks like a Disorganized Environment that could easily Push anyone Over the Edge that works there. Huge Puddles in the Driveway all the time and Muddy. I would rather buy 5 quarts of ATF and Risk it all the way to North ABQ from BELEN thank you. He can guess 10 quarts of Transmission oil for a Power Steering Rack and Pinon but cant Verify or give a price over the phone or EVEN SAY Can I get your name and number and I can call you back with all of that later on when its not busy. INSTEAD FIND ANOTHER MECHANIC. I have Family in Media and I work with City and County People all around the Courthouse. You DONT do this to people trying to do Business with you. I didnt even raise my voice I just kept agreeing with him even about the 10 quarts of oil. Go with your Vibes and Dont be Desperate about ANY Purchases for your Home and or Car. People are just Plain Hateful when they are either overwhelmed or had too much caffeine or who knows what else really goes on. Like I said that environment is not even good for people that would have to wait for their cars under an Hour. Maybe he is good for some but I never been there except for an estimate and I bought the Rack and Pinon as he suggested but no thanks.

2 Transmission Shops in Denver said the intermittent problem I was having was tranny going out need to replace. Referred to these guys by Ford Dealarship parts gentleman. Pull up start it up and immediately told its my Fan Clutch a $50-$75 part depending on quality. WOW! Thank You sooooo much Van is running awesome so appreciative of HONESTY!!!!

I’ve been going to Professinal threw out all my diesel trucks. Literally see those guys on all my new trucks just once and that’s it... Andrew the owner has always worked with me to get me on the road. About 2 years ago I made a huge mistake going to R&R because I heard the price was cheeper at the time I couldn’t affored what Andrew had quoted me so I then went a cheap route with R&R biggest mistake of my life. They got my truck on a Friday with a quote of 2600 I went to my truck a week later to check up and nothing had been done. I started worrying then I get a call 2 weeks later it’s ready I pick it up and on the way home trans went out long story short it went back 5 times after that same thing happened each time I picked it up. I ate the bullet. Finally got it. Back but shortly after it begin to fail little by little. Well it did. I go to Andrew at Professinal and they already have my trans out told me that trans should of never been rebuilt cause of how worrped the case is makes sense of how it failed so often anyways back to Professinal he had me quoted a brand new trans right off the bat and went out of his way to make sure I got a good warranty.. they arnt just a shop there those guys that all work there are like family and happy. Really good integrity. Highly recommended

This place is a horror story, took my truck to get a diagnostic, they told me to leave my truck overnight, in morning I showed up asked if my truck was ready, they hadnt done anything, then they dropped the pan on my transmission, then said well it could be this or that which is guessing and not a dianogstic, I was pissed n had to pay $100 for guessing!!! Went to my mechanic he knew the problem and it wasnt the tranny, he fixed it right away. Took truck for a 25 mile ride tranny stopped working, pulled it home checked the transmission fluid and it was way over the amout needed, my cousin pulled out almost 9 quarts to get the level of oil where it should be. Professional Transmission overflowed my tranny so it would fail then thinking I would take it back for a transmission rebuild at $1400 plus extras, I would not recommend this company and tell people to stay far away from these crooks!!!!!
