We love working with Instant Imprints. A couple of years ago we had an idea for a Halloween costume involving printed t-shirts but with very little time to pull it off and Instant Imprints was there for us! Since then we have also had a couple of signs printed there. Not only did they print the sign for us quickly and make it look great, when I arrived to pay for it they were so friendly and helpful. They asked what the sign was for (we attend a fundraising walk called Doggie Dash but while others bring their dogs, we do not. So we carry a sign with our dogs picture on it and on the back, it explains why he doesnt join us at the event but why we also love coming to raise funds and awareness for Humane Society Boulder Valley.) and I had a nice talk with them. They complimented our cute dog and then told us I had some extra material on another order so I printed these magnets with your dogs picture on them because hes so cute.Totally the definition of above and beyond customer service, friendly business, and made us soooo happy to shop local!

I went there for printing T shirts for the price is right. They dont have any color shirts so I had to go buy some from target. I had 3 t-shirts to make with different designs which was fine and we discussed at length about leaving plenty of space for the name tags as you see on the show. She measured while I tried the T-shirt on and showed where the name tag should go and so the designs all had to start below that. She measured it she wrote it down and then she didnt do that on any of the 3 shirts so that was a bummer because my name tag was up on my shoulder and still covering one of the words on the design. Then they over charged me by $7 and the good news is they contacted me to return the money but why did they overcharge me in the 1st place so over all disappointed in it. Apologies or refunds for mistakes but I got neither. The designs did turn out really well but I dont think I would ever go back if they dont do what was discussed and written down.
