Love my new acrylic sign for Bloomed Roots! Claire was very helpful in the design process and I was able to go in person to color match exactly what I wanted for my signage. Perks for having the sweetest shop dog to greet you! I ordered a 16 inch diameter acrylic sign with my business logo, and it turned out exactly as expected. They added a backing to my sign thats functional for multiple hanging options for events which has made a huge difference in utilizing my signage at a pop up or event! I went to Signarama Downtown about 1.5 years ago to have some outdoor/metal stake signs printed to advertise our English Language Learners program at church. Signarama did a great job for us. The first person who I spoke with came to my business measured my windows and discussed some options of my sign. I paid the designer fee which was explained for 3 proofs. Shortly after, he left for vacation. I called back on the date he was to return but no calls returned. The ball was dropped because nobody was taking care of me. Finally after contacting the owner, I received my 1st proof (not on point) from another designer. Prior to getting my 2nd proof, I was passed around between 4 different people,none of whom spent the time to talk with me as the 1st designer (who was on vacation). Tanya then relays to me that I would only get 2 proofs for the designer fee. I questioned why 2 of her employees had communicated 3 proofs/fee. She offered to make an exception and I would get 3 proofs. Prior to having the 2nd proof, I discussed with Emily and Tanya over a conference call, explained in an email AND sent a photo of what I wanted. Then they sent me the 2nd proof without the black background I requested. I dont feel like they valued getting my business. I also may add my existing sign is one my parents had placed 14 years ago. Ive taken over the business and really need a sign! It wasnt like I placed any limits on my budget either. I simply wanted them to show me what they could do on vinyl. If I liked it I then I wouldve paid the cost. I decided to stop at the two proofs. This was not a pleasant experience as a customer.
