I’ve ordered plenty of furniture from this place never had any issues until now. I ordered a bedroom set three months ago my bedroom set arrived within 3 weeks but with scratches all over and dents not to mention I ordered the color in brown and received black furniture. I was not going to take it back due to me not having a bed or dresser I was told it would take longer to re-order. Then my mirror did not arrive and till this day I have not received it. I’ve been told by staff many different dates when it will arrive. Staff seems to not even care. And for me to be paying almost $3000 for something that it damaged and for me to not have product is a disaster. I will never order anything again from this place.

Nice furniture but make sure you keep all your receipts from the Rodd Field location because they may lie and cheat you out of your money. The staff and employees are super jolly and helpful when you’re shopping, but if any issues arise they won’t hesitate to lie with a smile on their face. I keep calling and receive empty promises as far as when I will receive my furniture. Even a call back seems to be too much for them to handle. Also, check your furniture when it’s delivered because it may be ripped. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

SUPER simple outside but very nice furniture at good prices and SUPER hospitable people! We happened to stumble across the place and happy we did. Huge thumbs up and bought bedroom set and mattress set there.

Robert was super friendly and helpful in having us choose furniture and beds for our new home! In my past experiences at other places, the people and owners are very pushy and make you feel uncomfortable or rushed. Robert is the complete opposite. He was super patient with my grandma and I and made sure we liked what we selected! Thank you! 10/10 recommend.

Update 12/3/2020So yes I went here again! Mainly because of the selection they always have what we like.. I do want to say the customer service response has been a complete 360.. Mr. Lopez has been very communicative! I certainly like to give credit where credit is due.This place has some nice furniture pieces and good prices however do not be fooled by this. Their customer service is severely lacking and honestly I would have paid twice the amount of the furniture we purchased else where. It’s almost approaching a month and we still have not received two of our pieces. Myself and my husband have contacted themOn numerous occasions to check on the status of delivery but they have not tried to contact us not once! I am nearing close to asking for a refund but I fear that may take a month as well. So buyer beware try chubbys or elsewhere because you won’t get customer service or your furniture from this place.

I recommend to go somewhere else to purchase what you are looking for. There are too many other stores that will have in stock or deliver when they say. Very disappointed over a product I purchased over a month ago and just keep getting the run around,go somewhere else.

Great merchandise and customer service on all my purchases.

We were really happy with our buying process initially. We ended up with a couch that was misrepresented. We were told the couch we were ordering had 4 recliners and 2 of the recliners were next to each other with cup holder in between. We paid 2370 for couch and delivery. Couch only had 3 recliners and the 2 recliners were not next to each other. When my husband went in to see if we can get the couch we actually ordered they said they had made a mistake on describing what we ordered. So now they wont wave the $99 dollars for delivery fee so we will have to pay this TWICE if we decide to go with a different couch. We only have 3 options...1st couch 4 recliners completely different fabric and color, downgrade from electric to manual $99 delivery we already paid for THEIR MISTAKE.....2nd couch similar color completely different fabric, 4 recliners downgrade to no electric, $99 delivery fee we already paid for THEIR MISTAKE....Last couch 3 recliners, 2 recliners next to each other(exactly like we were told we ordered ) couch looks almost identical to what we ordered. Color and fabric exactly the same. Heres the catch they want $797 extra plus $99 delivery fee we already paid for due to THEIR MISTAKE. so basically They want $797 extra so we can get the two recliners next to each other. And still be without the 4th recliner. I really feel like they misrepresented on purpose at this point. Very sad seeing as to how this was the first BRAND NEW couch my husband and I have ever bought. Getting a refund is also out the door because they keep 30% of cost of couch. So future customers be very vigilant on what you buy because its very easy to get screwed. We were extra careful and checked out over 8 furniture places and thought these guys were amazing. So either way we will not be able to get what we thought we ordered. We are screwed with all options. Think about that before you do business at this place.

I would not give this ridiculous place any star if I didn’t have to! The customer service is BAD! The expected delivery time is way off and I still have not received my items. I would never recommend this place ever! Buyer beware* this place is beyond ridiculous. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Everyone was super nice, it just didnt seem very organized. Waited 6+ weeks for my bed/mattress and it was supposed to be here in 3-4. It was a bit infuriating.

Did my sister a favor in picking up a peice of furniture. She called ahead of time that she was coming and when I got here 1hr later they couldnt find her stuff. Needless to say I spent more time than i wanted to here

They tell you are going to get your stuff and it ends up being much longer than they tell you. They say there going to call you and they dont i have called them several times still dont have my furniture and have already made payments on it dont go here!!!

Horrible!!! I was lied to about getting my charge removed after I had cancelled my order, before the order even came in. All they care about is their commission of their sale, they dont care about their customer concerns, at all! Never again will I purchase from this store. Watch out before you get lied to and ripped off as well!!
