I had a great day with Nick picking out my bedding, but since the sale he hasnt cared about my issues at all, so Im left to sue I guess If I want things fixed.Soent 4500 dollars and got a mattress where one side felt completely different than the other; defective, used? The mattress felt nothing like in the store, so be sure to ask how long theyve had the floor sample because usually it is so long it wont match what you get.Got an adjustable bed with a broken remote and have asked for a new remote.numerous times and Nick now doesnt even bother to answer.Its a shame really. Nick was super helpful before the buy, now not so much.

He was very patient with us as we tested out several different mattresses multiple times each. Nick showed us every mattress in the store and explained the differences between each one. Store associate, Seth, was extremely helpful in finding the perfect mattress for my two adult sons, Brennan and Dale. They now have so much room for activities and let me tell you, its wonderful. During a pandemic, having this extra room helps keep them occupied. It also allows me space out and put down two or three bottles of Arbor Mist before I pass out; without interruption start to finish might I add. I never knew parenting could be so easy! Recently, we purchased an Intellibed Midnite mattress from Mattress Firm and it is fabulous. Perfect for us as we are side and back sleepers. I have shoulder problems and this bed is great because the top of the mattress is soft yet below the top the bed is firm. Nick Smith helped us select the mattress we needed. Ive never bought a real mattress before. Only the bed in a box deals from Amazon. Wasnt planning on spending as much as I did, but Nick made a good point that theres things in life you dont go cheap on. Shoes, toilet paper, and mattresses. (It was a fluke for me to find the more expensive mattress so please dont think he talked me into something out of my price range). I dont have my actual bed yet so I didnt know what kind of box spring I would need and from pictures he was able to tell me exactly what I needed. Great experience.Edit to add!My bed turned out that it needed a different box spring. A simple phone call I was able to exchange what I have for the one I need. I also ordered one for my sons bed. Turns out my sons bed was not the size I thought and, yet again, had to call Nick to order the correct one. He easily helped me with what I know is a pain in the butt situation. Great service. I have purchased Several mattresses from mattress firm and I have never been disappointed. The service is second to none and the expertise and professionalism of their staff in the stores is really impressive. I have looked at department stores and other big box competitors but always go to mattress firm last and always end up buying from them. The sleep guarantee they offer is great as well. If I make a mistake and buy a mattress that doesn’t work for me they’re always willing to swap it out at no cost.

My second time shopping here and both experiences were 5-star! Michael was great! I was looking for a great deal on set for guest bed and he made it happen!!

We went to Mattress Firm to get a twin size mattress for a 2 year old. We didn’t want to spend a lot and I appreciated that the sales person showed me their least expensive option and didn’t try to up sell me. He had them at the warehouse so we paid for it and drove the 10 minutes to pick it up. It was an easy transaction that took a total of about 30 minutes. I’ll be back when I need another mattress.

This is the first time I have ever shopped for a mattress and it was an easy time at this store. The salesman was unsure about us at first and seemed like he was sales driven but after talking and getting to know what we wanted more he helped a lot. He was a great salesman and we purchased a good mattress and a frame that day. After we sleep on the mattress I will update this review.

What a store!We went during a nationwide sale and this franchise undersold their website by a couple of hundred dollars. I recommend going in person. There was an error in the delivery, no problem, they advised to just refuse it and the right product would come in a day or two. Then we were confused about their policy of picking up your old mattress and they solved that problem and arranged for a separate pick up. I don’t see how they made any money on us but they treated us as if we were their most valuable customer.

All I can say is WOW, Nathan Burrow is a top professional in this company by my opinion and experience. His product knowledge and skill to help identify the exact mattress that me and my wife needed was the best. He took his time and had an answer for every question and concern me and my wife had. It was by far one of the most relaxing purchases we have had.
