I had a 5-7pm window 3 days after shopping in the store and they got here right at 5:20pm and called a few minutes before arrival. They helped load and move items knowing it would be hard for me. Very satisfied!I was honestly between here and Ashley on choosing a mattress but did not have the best experience with Ashley upholding pricing their associated stated at a different time. I’m SO thankful that I went with mattress firm!! Plus our associate Andrew didn’t try to push anything over my budget and only supplied those suggestions of more expensive mattress when I requested. I just can’t say enough about how easy this experience was. Will definitely be back for any of my 3 children’s mattress needs in the future or myself but I think this is going to be a perfect mattress for us!

The store was smaller which made me apprehensive about how much choice they would have, but they had many options. The Carlos was sweet as can be and worked so well with my budget. I had been to a few other stores that told me the earliest they could get me a king mattress was late October, but Carlos found a great one in my price range and it was delivered the next day. He helped me decide what delivery option fit me best and was not just trying to get the sale. Phenomenal service!

Terrible customer service and experience. Bought a mattress and was told there was a promotion for an adjustable bed. Manager included free brackets for the bed. Installers show up on delivery day an hour early without a call. I was in the process of taking down the old bed frame. They told me to leave the old bed frame or I couldnt have a headboard as the new bed frame and brackets would not work. While in the process of installing, the drivers told me that the specific mattress that I bought gets returned all the time and that they dont tell you that it comes in a box and inflates. Old bed frame stuck out several inches from the new. They told me to wrap a towel around it or duct tape it so I didnt hit my shins.Called the store several days later because the bed looked ridiculous... the old metal frame was sticking out. First person told me to call back another day because the person who sold me the bed was off that day.... The next time I called, the manager Andrew stated that the brackets would have worked. I specifically requested different installers this time since the other ones did not seem knowledgeable about the products and also unprofessional.Day 2 installation... Same driver (even though I requested different). Brackets are installed on the bed. Several small pieces (I hope they werent needed?) were left on the floor. I went to attach my headboard since installers cannot do it since it isnt bought there and it does not line up. My headboard is a standard queen so I am assuming the installers didnt measure when adjusting the brackets to fit. The manual is nowhere to be found or the box so I am unable to adjust myself. I call the store again. The manager again was rude and laughed several times at my frustration. He seems completely clueless of the products he is selling and cant answer the questions regarding the brackets. Doesnt know where to get a manual, etc.OVERALL, not worth it. It will take three different attempts for a basic headboard. Everyone was extremely unprofessional. For making a big purchase, I would rather give my money to a more deserving company with better customer service.

Shawn was really helpful and listened to what we wanted in a mattress. We have an expected delivery of 2 weeks, which is very impressive due to others stores giving us 3 to 6 months for delivery. My wife and I cannot wait to get a good night of sleep. Glad we stopped into this store.

Customer was terrible!!! Went into the store was never acknowledged left the store and see good bye to salesperson he didnt still didnt say anything. Went back to get the manager name to file a complaint the store manager was the one that was ignoring us. So sad how they put people in manager position and can do the job.

Had a great experience buying our mattress here. The guy (Shawn) was so patient and beyond kind. He went out of his way to make sure we got a mattress we would be happy with and a price we could afford! Brad was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Coming from a hand-me-down mattress, I had no idea what to look for. But that didnt matter with Brads help. He answered any questions I had and suggested what to look for based on my own needs. Never once did he try to up sell me or push me towards a higher priced bed. I was there for quite some time trying to decide but he was very patient and never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking to long even as it got closer to closing time. I came in just to compare mattresses and prices today but they had the perfect mattress for about $100 less than comparable models of their competitors so I bought it and made it my last stop of the day. Chris the salesman was very knowledgeable on all the products the store offered and directed me to the right mattress based on the information I gave him and feedback from trying out each mattress. He was helpful but wasnt overbearing which is a rarity in a salesman.
