We saw Matt Rademakers post on Facebook for the beautiful couch we purchased for our new home. I started out my Furniture journey at a different Winner location and was dissatisfied, I even almost went with another company but when I called the Valley station location my mind was changed. I worked with Matthew who was more than accommodating and worked really hard to get me taken care of. I was able to use my approval through Consumer Financial Services while getting a great deal on a whole house of furniture! My visit to Winner Furniture came by way of me waiting to get an oil change from Tire Discounters. Upon my arrival I was pleasantly greeted by Matthew Rademaker.I was in need of a dinette set but was kind of just looking. He showed me what they had, I found something that I really liked & he offered me a deal I just couldnt refuse!Unfortunately the item is not in stock, but Im impatiently waiting for the arrival of this beautiful set. Im always hesitant to spend money, but Im glad I went inside & thankful for Matthews wonderful customer service. If it wasnt for him, Id be still hanging on to this 21yr old set I currently have smh. My experience was very positive at Winner Furniture. I had visited several furniture stores before stopping here and Mr.Bates was the best person at finding a sofa that fit my needs. He gave. me several options and explained the pros and cons of each. I am very happy with the choice he helped me with and the friendly service given. I have been waiting three months to receive my furniture. I was told an ETA and even after the date passed, I was given a later date. No one ever contacted me to let me know that my furniture still wasnt in, I had to contact them every single time. I made this purchase in January it is now March almost April. They had no problem taking my money but they definitely are taking their precious time getting me my merchandise. They arent providing any type of compensation for my trouble either. I WILL NOT shop here ever again! I guess they have stayed in business so long because they are scamming people. I hope no one else gets caught in their web of deceit! BE VERY CAREFUL!

This is the worst furniture place that you can go and purchase any type of furniture. They are taking advantage of a young girl that has moved out on her own for the first time, paid almost $2000 for a couch back in November and still to this day giving her the runaround on it. When she politely asked for her money back to go elsewhere they told her that there’s no refunds. There is absolutely no excuse for a company being able to do this to a young girl just starting out on her own. This is inexcusable and somebody needs to shut the doors down to this place until they realize how they are treating customers. You cannot bully a young person like this. I don’t care what you say your policy is...right is right! They should’ve never sold a couch that they could not deliver and especially denying her her money back.!!!! Our family will be seeking legal counsel! We will never shop here again and we’ll tell everyone else this experience!

I have been looking for a couch for quite some time now. Other furniture stores nearby have told me inventory is completely sold out and that they could order it and have it delivered in 5-6 MONTHS! But here, I was able to find exactly what I wanted, have it price matched to knock off almost $100 AND have it delivered in a months time. I also recommend using their website to text a rep to have the order delivered, it was very convenient while I was at work.

I have definitely had an experience with this place! I am military and moved from out of town and originally placed an order for a new sectional over the phone with Jay Crawford. I had some issues with a delay is delivery dates (due to COVID, not an issue with the store). Because of my time constraint, I ended up choosing a different sectional that could be delivered sooner. Jay was my salesperson and has been amazing throughout the entire process! My sectional was delivered last week and I love it! Customer service is friendly and proficient. The delivery was exceptional and I highly recommend working with Jay if you can! When I’m ready for a bigger bedroom set I’ll definitely go back to Jay at Winner Furniture.

However Mr Crawford put me at ease with his kind words of encouragement that If I didnt like it I could just get another.

I used to sing high praises about this company, but I will not anymore. The lack of communication and way they handle their customers concerns is awful. I purchased my childs furniture all the way back in August. August came and went there was no communication between Winner and myself. I spent up until now trying to get my money back to no avail. In a nutshell they dropped the ball admitted multiple times they dropped the ball. I was patience because of everything that has been going on in our city and the word. Sales Rep had no authority to give me my money back and caught all my frustrations. Manager avoided me and would not return phone calls or text messages. All they kept saying is they wanted to make me happy and keep a loyal customer. Not true, my furniture had been in Louisville since 8/25. I was told so many things by different people and I had to track them down for my answers, no the other way around. Furniture went from being here in September to 8/25, to being delivered to no timeline at all, to being shipped to being delivered. For all my trouble and inconvenience I was offered a lamp and rug by the Sales Rep after being told that I wasnt getting my money back. I declined I wanted my money back and to talk to the manger. Then manager mysteriously calls when text messages comes out about my delivery. He tried to sweet talk me and make me happy by offering me a comforter and giving my delivery fee back. I had to get off the phone and havent been back on since. No calls or texts messages haven been answered. I received nothing my delivery fee back or anything from the store. Furniture arrives today bed is not fully put together because some hardware is missing and they showed up without the mattress. Mattress comes later on that day. Now, I have to wait on some to come back out to finish the bed. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company. Whole I just want to keep you as a customer or happy is straight bull. MUTLIPLE TIMES THEY ADMITTED THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT OR BALL WAS DROPPED ON THEIR PART. But they were still not wiling to be honest about the issue or give me my money back. Literally kept my money and my furniture hostage so they could cover their behinds.

Went in to check out their furniture, looking fora new couch. So happy to have found one. It has to be ordered, and Ill be waiting a bit but the price was perfect. Sofa, loveseat and recliner for $1000!! Cant wait to get it and the service was spot on!

This is locally owned business. They are awesome at finding exactly what you are looking for! They give good deals in store that are not on their website! The customer service was great! I got my couch at a wonderful price and it was ordered right away. The only negative was it took 3 weeks to have it delivered, but this was out of Winner’s control.

I was looking for a sofa that this store didnt have on the floor. My salesman, Rob, called his other stores and found one that I could go see. He also gave us a great price on some end tables that are being discontinued.I returned Robs store and actually ended up ordering a different sofa. Rob went over and beyond to accommodate us.
