Ive worked with Closets by Design on two projects now and both were excellent. I had odd shaped spaces that our designer (Rachel) turned into a master closet dream. The install was also right on time and finished a day and a half early! We are so impressed. It maximizes the space and creates an oasis feel.

I live in a very modest home and thought a custom closet was a pipe dream. My closet has to serve as a clothes, paper products and linen closet to accommodate towels, sheets and blankets.Tarrah came in and measured; I gave her my extensive requirements and she nailed the design. I couldnt be happier!You dont have to live in a Homearama home to have a wonderful, affordable and functional closet. The installers were fast, efficient, and demonstrated great care in installing the structures we asked for. When they were finished, they even wiped everything down with linseed oil. My walk-in closet and garage have never looked better. Dana did a fabulous job making my vision come to fruition. I finally have storage for everything! The install was easy and seamless. This is the best home improvement we did. So glad the designs were very unique. Special thanks to Dana in helping us choose the designs. Closets by Design is so nice and wonderful to work with. Beth yours the best. The staff was so nice friendly and helpful. I have before and after pictures. Our garage space was made into a storage with doors, ladder rack and wire baskets. Our laundry room was made into an office space, mud room with cabinets and shelves.

The installers were very professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I worked with the consultant Tarrah who was a huge help in designing the space and making suggestions. Over all it was a great experience.

I had my closet done a year ago. The workmanship is great. I love my closet. However, keep a close eye on anyone working in your home. We had just moved into our new home and I had my jewelry in a bag in the bedroom where the remodeled closet was being worked on. The bag was there in the morning when the two men arrived. When I went to put the jewelry away in my new closet a few days later, the bag was nowhere to be found. Its only myself and my husband in the house - and he never goes upstairs. Im still angry about this a year later as I think about a piece of jewelry that I would love to wear with an outfit. The owner was sorry when I reported it. One of his installers is a good guy. One isnt.

CBD did an awesome job from designing, scheduling, and to install. Our project had design changes because the reinstall and addition of sections were part of a gift. CBD adjusted to the changes and delivered exactly what we expected. Due to some repairs to our home, we were forced to push back our install twice, and the staff that rescheduled were incredibly gracious. Our installers were also very talented. Our older home has the typical quirks of having hardwood floors that have settled, and the installers accommodated for those challenges to deliver an awesome looking closet. This was a fairly large project with both reinstall and new pieces, and installers completed their work in less than half a day.

Stopped by Saturday afternoon and no one was there. I called the store and left a message and no one has called me back. I would go somewhere else since this store does not consider customer service worth striving for.
