Thank God!!! I didnt purchase none of those lemons. I knew when I got out the car to look at cars, this was not it, the outside was dirty and nasty. Presentation is everything, so I immediately was turned off. Somebody was talking about killing somebody at the shop, should have left then. NOOO, we wasted 2 more hours. This aint even my cup of tea at ALL, but my husband wanted to give it a chance, I wasnt feeling it the whole time, they knew it. We wasted 2.5 hours, but thats all they will get from us. If you can help it, dont even waste your time, and believe these bad reviews, in those 2.5 hours I observed everything and the customer service is the worst, they dont even take time to detail the cars. Listen, they cares nothing about YOU! Throw the WHOLE DEALERSHIP AWAY!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to stay as far away as possible from this place. They’re able to get you into a car pretty quickly if you need it. However, before too long you will be paying more in repairs than your car is worth. I got two cars through them, easily my biggest mistake. They had my first car in the repair shop, due to my dash lights not working, and a tail light was out. They will argue with you saying what you need done isn’t a “safety concern”, even though it was still under warranty. Once I won the argument, they informed me it would be two days before I can pick up my car. No biggie. Two days later I call, they said it will be a week because they FORGOT. Which I could not do, and it’s way past the agreed time. They said I could come the following day, and it would be fixed. Okay. Cool. I go to get my car, not only did they lose my keys and have to hunt for them for over 45 minutes, the dash lights STILL didn’t work, and then my powered windows wouldn’t roll up, and it was raining. They had my car parked outside as well… in the rain.And if/when you trade your car in to a different dealership, the customer service is nothing but rude when trying to get the required info for the new dealership.Learn from my mistakes… no matter how bad your situation is, do NOT go to auto smart.

Its really important that you listen to me when it comes to this company. The main purpose of this company is to prey on those that need immediate transportation and limited funds to do so. Lets face it if you dont have a vehicle in this society your going to be severely limited in your abilities to make money.Even when while I was signing the papers to purchase this jeep I knew it was a bad idea. The day that I got the car I went to Walmart afterwards, the car died in the parking lot. I had to buy a battery from Walmart in order to leave Walmart. Im not here to cry about the decision I made.Im here to warn others from making the choice that I did.I have put $4000.00 worth of parts on this car since I have had it. That is more than what the car is worth and what I owe on it. The attached pics are of when I had to rebuild the entire front end of the Jeep after just 4 months of owning it. Smart Auto is not Smart for the customer, it is only smart for the owners of this car lot. Because their taking your money and given you cars that are completely not fit for the road. I have filed a complain with the BBB Louisville and I also made a complaint to the state commission.

Sold me a lemon, fuel leak plus lots of other problems. My 45 day warranty is up, I have had this car 60 days the all wheel drive is not working, all fluids where tapped up under the car not visible unless you craw under, all I wanted was a different car. I have been a customer for 4 years and paid my other car off. Im now stuck with a car that is not safe

My experience with this place was absolutely horrible when it comes to the daily activities with Administration. I would not recommend this car lot based off the lack of with updating and interacting with customers from their end, they act clueless as to what’s going on. People are needed that can listen and comprehend daily transactions. All the salesman responsibilities are, are to ensure that they make a sale. Registration and payments and etc. should be handled more professionally than it is and be knowledgeable on what the next steps are when handling unforeseen transactions.

Went there today with my mother because she didn’t understand some of the paperwork and the fact that she tried to get her tags the day before and the car was registered in a different state unknown to her. The supervisor Dustin was not only rude he was unprofessional and use the term I’m not helping you people and which I asked black or a woman?? That we were on the same page how can you sell somebody a car in one state but it’s registered in another refuse to help them get their tags and registration together and only give temp tags for 30 days during a pandemic and then turn around and tell them that the police aren’t pulling you over for having bad tags so I called the police up to the location ask the police in which day intern said yes we are pulling people over for having bad tags do not ever go to this location do not ever deal with this person named Dustin he is rude he is crude he is unprofessional.

Today I leased a vehicle for the second time here.... Tim is awesome and works hard alongside the financing team to get you a great deal on a used car. Tim has always been very kind and upfront about things and makes coming here a great experience everytime.

Don’t go here and don’t buy a car from Autosmart I bought a car and the transmission went out a week autosmart sends my car to get fixed after buying $1800 later I get a used junky transmission and they didn’t even put the motor mount bolts in I thought my cv axle was bad $400 later the new shop said there was only 2 bolts and they were loose he tightens and adds new bolts and good to go lazy piss poor crooks

Michael was really grate that didn’t have the cars I wanted but he got me in something with no problemSoo 5 month ago I had nothing but good things to say about auto smart but these 5 months no Communication up until a weeks ago to let me know my car insurance had lapsed and they have been adding insurance fees since the day I got it which is strange because you have to have insurance for you to pull off and now they have repossessed my car even tho I am caught up on my car loan so it looks like I don’t pay my loan and I’m with out a car lets not remember I never got none of the cars I wanted and had to bring them a car back less then 72 hours and I have no problem paying the insurance fee if I even knew that I had them but they do not call or keep In contacts with there customers for nothing till it’s time to repo the car and when you try to reach out to them it’s nothing lines always busy like do y’all need me at the front desk or something but hopefully everything goes well tomorrow morning and I can give them 4 starts and delete this because other than the HORRIBLE Communication of never hearing from them or getting a hold of them they okay plus I think they got the wrong car honestly because it’s a car over here Ik they looking for

The day after I bought my car a engine light came on . I stopped at autozone to run the engine light . It was a simple fix a mass air flow center was bad . I called up to Autosmart they told be to bring it to them . They told me I was going to have to pay them to hook computer to them and for part and labor . I fixed it because I didn’t won’t to pay them when I just got it from them . A year later a got hurt at work and wasn’t able to make payment . They told didn’t make payment that week they where going to come get it. So I took the car back to them . I didn’t return to work for two month . I was only two week behind when I turned car in . I little more then year after they sent me court paper . I have to pay them nearly the same amount the I paid for the car from the up front cost . I had the car for nearly two year . They sold the car and I still have to give them all that money back

Charge ridiculous interest rates while binding you to a SCAM. Disgusting establishment with trash staff and illegal operations. They should be shut down if not sued for their methods.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Bought a car from here and the car had problems with it when I test drove it and was told it would be fixed. Time came around for it to be fixed and I was told by Stephanie that it wasn’t in my contract for it to be fixed even though I had text messages from Tim who sold me the car saying it would get fix. I had to pay the $200 deductible and they’re still trying to charge me for the fix. These people are scam artists and I highly suggest you going somewhere else to get a good car cause this place is not it

I came here today to make a payment for my car and I wanted to know why they didnt take my money out of auto debit. They did do it 2 times already from my auto debit but they said they didnt. I have paperwork signed saying that I did. One of the financing guys that came out Dustin, was very rude to me and unprofessional. People here are supposed to help their customers and be patient, not be rude and disrespectful. I want the owner to look at this review and tell him to not act this way again. I feel like he was very discriminatory towards me and didnt want to listen.
