Called yesterday for a quote and to ask questions about the process of obtaining a vehicle. I spoke with Donovan who was super helpful in answering all of my questions. Applied online today and was approved really quickly despite not having the best credit. I arrived a few hours later, test drove the car, and was off the lot within an hour maybe a few minutes longer. I absolutely love my car! The payments are super reasonable when I thought they would be much higher and they report to my credit report every payment! Very excited and very happy. Will definitely recommend!

I was attempting to buy a vehicle from here in February 2020. I put 4000 down and was making my monthly payments on time and in advance. Covid hit and people lost jobs. I was late on my payment and sent the wife in to make the payment since I had started a new job. VA Quality refused to accept payment. Said they didnt take partial payments and that there was a late fee. The late fee added an extra 1000 to my payment. I made several attempts to make payment. Only to get cussed out by the owner. Needless to say the vehicle broke down while the wife was driving it and then got impounded. I highly recommend you steer clear of this dealership. They are very shady and add on extra fees. A vehicle that they wanted $9,999 came out to $24,000 after their on the lot financing. Then after I did thw car fax I learned that the vehicle was involved in a rollover accident. They are very unprofessional and unfriendly. I wouldnt recommend this lot to any consumer for any reason.

I was 30 days late on my payments. They didnt attempt to work with me at all. Just came and repod. Not only that, but either the dealership or the tow company took $1200 worth of clothing that was in the vehicle that belonged to me. Im sure both parties wont be in business for much longer. Karma is real. Read the bad reviews people. Everyone is basically saying the same thing. They are disrespectful, untrustworthy, and will lie to you in order to make a sale. The vehicles they offer are P.O.S. high milage. Bottom line, dont deal with these individuals.

So far it’s been about a year and my Jeep is running great! Took a $500 deposit to hold a vehicle from Saturday evening until Monday... I was already pre-approved through Capital One, which was the first thing I told him when he walked up to me... On Monday morning, I learned that this car lot was not an approved vendor vendor for Capital One due to some problems theyd had in previous years... I immediately called on Tuesday morning and the car lot denied telling me they accepted my bank... Fortunately for me, I had a witness... I spoke with the owner, called V., today and he refuses to return my money... I will now have to file in Small Claims Court.... He arrogantly invited me to try....

Bought my 4runner here 2 years ago with a terrible low 500 credit score. I needed a vehicle bad so they helped me get into one. It was high interest but that was expected with such a low score. Now Im close to getting it paid off and Ive had ZERO issues with the vehicle. Oil changes, brakes and tires is all Ive had to do to it and Ive put over 100k miles on it. Checked my credit score last month and it was around the mid 600s. Happy with the purchase

Worst Customer Service ever. You cant get noone to call you back. Or talk to the finance person, I need a car but I cant get any one to talk to me. When I did talk to someone what Im looking at they want to push off a car your NOT wanting. They DONT want to work with you or listen to want your looking at. They NEED people who care.

The sales person was really good at her job and I didnt feel pressured at all like I was at the other car lot early last week. I did end up buying used truck and I have no issue with it so far. I was grateful for the van I had from day one, till it started to fall apart, they offer no help with any repairs, and they were rude and unhelpful when I wanted to trade it in for a new one, they tried to railroad me on the prices of something newer... I called the day I was trading my car at another lot, and told the lady on the phone that, she failed to mention I needed to get the GPS device off of it first, or have to pay an extra $300, which is ridiculous... Now, on top of that, apparently if they dont like the reviews, they like to call trying to intimidate you... Im baffled at their unprofessional behavior...

This business and everyone working in the office is the reason there’s no reason to trust anyone. There is not one trustworthy person in the facility. Horrible customer service. No reliable vehicles. The owner and everyone working there is a liar. The owner makes false promises. The owner threatened me. Their words do not hold any weight. Rosie and Donovan are liars as well. They sold me a car that had a transmission issue, totaling the same price paid out to door. I would not recommend them to my enemy. Let alone someone looking for a reliable vehicle.

When we test drove our car they had us go their specific route. Didnt think much about it till half way home the check engine light came on! They erased it and knew exactly how long and far before it came back on. Pretty shady if you ask me.
