I almost got hoodwinked here a few years ago. The staff was nice (hence the second star) but I was going to buy a car here and found out it had a salvaged title and the low price they were asking for was completely overkill. I bought a nice almost new convertible and have been enjoying it all summer long. Here is why: VALUE: The vehicle was priced competitively making it hard to resit when compared to similar vehicles. THE VEHICLE: Even though it was prominently noted that the vehicle had a branded title, the dealer mentioned upfront once again to ensure that I am aware and fully understood what this meant. This made me feel that the owner had nothing to hide and actually wanted to ensure that I have all my concerns addressed. Nonetheless, I took the vehicle to the local authorized dealer to an independent inspection. The evaluation had no remarks nor anything new that Cobra Motors would not have told me already. THE DEALER: I plan on coming back for another vehicle as I was impressed by the buying experience I had the first time. For example, I was from out of town so the dealer worked around my schedule to accommodate me in test driving the vehicle without putting any pressure to buy it on the spot. I ended up buying the vehicle a few days later after convincing myself that I wouldnt find anything better of a value.That being said, Omer and his family is pleasure to work with. This man to time away from his family and other customers to make sure I was happy and went above and beyond that. Honest from the beginning even telling me things that most dealers would hide without me asking. My car was just as advertised, looked exactly the same, nothing hidden and amazing friendly professional A1 service.

I had the misfortune of having my car catch on file. I had little money to work with from insurance. Omer was very empathetic and worked with me so I could get a decent car to travel back and forth to school with that was within my budget, plus a 90 warranty! The car had a few minor issues and he fixed them with no problem! Its been almost 3 months and Im still a happy customer of a Chevy Malibu. Id definitely do business with him again.

The folks here at Cobra Motors for some reason actually want you to keep buying from them so they give you the type of service that youd get only if you were spending paying over $100k.Why are they so open? Why do they care so much? When you get to know Elvin and Omers background, youll understand that all they do is work hard and deal straight. I know thats not often mentioned about car salesmen, but theres still justice in the world people.I saw comments from unsatisfied people simply because they called the number and no one picked up the phone, I mean really? Not to worry, theyll be sure to fix that in the future by getting some assistant or something as theyre the only ones working the business because they want to continue guaranteeing excellent personal one-on-one service.I promise you, if you dont buy at least one car from these folks you will absolutely regret it. Youll get a great car, great service and friends you can rely on.

Very good small car lot

Im historically a pretty good judge of character. I believe Omer is an honest guy. I got a good deal on a solid vehicle. I never buy a used vehicle without an in depth inspection by an ase certified mechanic at a dealership for the make of the vehicle. The truck was exactly what he said it was. The negotiation process was not a nickel and dime back and forth tooth pull. Fantastic deals are to be had with rebuilt title vehicles if you know what youre doing and are dealing with someone who is upfront and honest with you like Omer. He keeps his word and stands behind his vehicles. I would not hesitate to do business with him again and have already referred a friend to him.

Best car dealer in Louisville!!! Kindness and professionality!I recently moved in Louisville from Europe. While looking for car, I visited many car dealer. Most of them looked like they were not interested in helping me out because I had only few dollars to spend. This did not happen at Cobra Motors. Mr Razic has been extremely helpful and polite since my first visit. I bought a Chevry Cobalt 2009 with the manual shift. The car runs perfectly! A minor problem showed up few days after buying the car, but Mr.Razic fixed it FOR FREE in few minutes. I think it is not that easy to find a dealer willing to help you after the deal is done. I would rate ten stars if I could. I strongly suggest anyone who is looking for a car to go visit Mr and Mrs Razic. Trust me

I found out about this small independent car dealership thru research for a second generation Honda Integra. The way they worked with me, an unknown out-of-state buyer, was first class and I highly recommend the Dealer and his wife as trustworthy business owners. On their website I found the exact car I was looking for, and at a very fair price. After a series of phone calls and emails, I put down a small deposit and traveled almost 600 miles to come pick up the car. The Dealer made special preparations and performed extra maintenance on the car for me, to ensure I would not be stranded several hundred miles from home. When I arrived, the car was exactly as described, and I was out of there in less than 2 hours with my great new 25 year old Integra! The best part of the visit was at the end: realizing that I had an 8 hour drive home, the Dealer walked over and handed me cash for gas money as I was driving away. Top notch, personalized service and a great experience.
