Go next door to Murdock as the Biscuit Bar is there now. Latte was lukewarm but the server brought me a hot one. Service was good. Bathrooms are newly redone and very nice I enjoyed my breakfast very much.

Went there with a friend and neighbor the last couple months and both times we just had the egg/cheese and bacon biscuits but both times they were great and the service as well.I plan on going back today and trying some new things.I also like that they serve breakfast till 12pm!

Terrible. Literally terrible. Im from Tennessee. I know my damn biscuits. These are all wrong. Entirely. Completely. If you dont already enjoy real biscuits you might like these. I got a chicken biscuit. The chicken wasnt even good. Too much butter all over the place. What a disappoinment. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant itself, however.

Nice place for a meal and a beer. They have sports on the TV.Recently remodeled, so it feels more like a chain resaurant where before it was warmer. But still a nice place.

We have bought biscuit sandwiches 5 times here and they are always delicious. Ours have not been greasy, they have been fluffy and fresh and incredible. The bacon, chicken with apricot jalapeno jelly is over the top! I dont think enough people realize how great this place is!

The place is well-hidden, so I didn’t know about to for some time. My first visit was a delicious experience. You can eat in at the bar or tables, but I took it to go. The cold brew was yummy and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. The service was great. I will be visiting again!

Great little breakfast stop with that old school feeling. Bartender was great to talk to and full of charisma. Ordered the biscuits and gravy. Wasnt out of this world but it was exactly what I was looking for. Stop in and give them a try.

Quaint, cozy, and affordable; Biscuit Bar is truly a Louisville gem. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we came in with two cranky kids for brunch and they were patient and kind.The biscuits are large! I though I could have two but ended up barely getting through one!You can fully enjoy the wonderful Bloody Mary bar at Murdock’s as well!Oh and their cold brew is the best I’ve ever had, it’s so smooth and on nitro it’s creamy and full of rich flavors.It’s pretty much self service; you clean your table when you eat on the biscuit bar side of the restaurant.It’s a tad hidden you cannot see it from the street so look for the lucky’s market and Walgreens and it’s in the far northwestern corner next to the dry cleaners and the tattoo parlor.Enjoy!!!

Plus cold-brewed coffee and a variety of beers on tap if you need a stiff one in the morning. Also has a full breakfast menu with meal plates. Ground level, free wifi, wheelchair accessible, lots of parking. Limited hours (only breakfast and brunch), but its connected to Mudrocks Tavern for all your afternoon and evening needs. Sit-down, takeout, curbside. Fast, friendly service. Laid-back atmosphere. And the cinnamon rolls are ohmygodgood. Highly recommended.

The Biscuit Bar is nestled right next to Mudrocks Tap and Tavern in Louisville Colorado. This place just opened up last Thursday and I have to say that this place is great. The waiting staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The cold brewed hot coffee that the waiter suggested was some of the best coffee that Ive ever had. The coffee was smooth and had none of the bite that coffee typically has. The biscuits are made from scratch every morning and taste great. I went for the Chicken Biscuit with a slice of cheddar cheese which was delicious. I would highly recommend anyone to try this place. You can sit down and order or if you are in a rush they have some that are pre-made and ready to go.

This was our first time sitting down to eat in a restaurant after lockdown. We walked in and the whole place smelled amazing, like fresh baked biscuits. The food came out fast and was delicious. The employees were all in a good mood and super nice to us. We have never eaten here before, but we will be back! 😎

This place is so cute for a random Sunday brunch. It is definitely boulder. Meaning a lot of places have a certain vibe to them. The biscuits with the honey butter are to die for. It is very home cooked as opposed to the standard diner food. Which makes it extra special. If youre looking for somewhere new to eat. Eat here!

One of our favorite comfort breakfast spots. Eat here if you like the dense, crumbier southern style of biscuits with a heavy sausage gravy. Very casual place and its not entirely clear that you order at the bar and seat yourself. Go with the flow and enjoy some of the best biscuits youll find outside of the South. Try the nitro cold brew coffee while youre here and have a cinnamon roll. Theres no point in trying to spare calories.

We are not from around here, but when traveling we always check Yelp. This place had great reviews so we were excited to give it a shot. The food was good, just a little different. The biscuits were like cake biscuits. Not fluffy, but very dense. Almost like gluten free? When you walk in, you order at the bar, then go to a table. Its not your typical service. You get your own water, and they asked me what size coffee. Lol. I guess Im just not used to it. The staff was very friendly, and the service was great. Oh, and the cinnamon rolls are delicious! Best thing about the place!

Best nitro cold brew in the area. Very friendly service And the place is always clean. You order at the bar and food arrives very quickly. Not the best biscuits you’ve ever had (you need to go to Charleston or Savannah for that) but really solid and consistently good food. The pork and apple butter is my favorite. The pork is as tender as pork belly.

Not the best. Not the worst. It wasn’t very busy for mid morning on a weekend. Biscuits and gravy tasted and cooked more like Sysco food rather than made from scratch like a namesake would suggest. My girlfriend said the burrito and Bloody Mary weren’t great. This place is a part of the Murdock bar next door where we have enjoyed the food and self serve bloody bar substantially more. Server/bartender was very nice and attentive.

Great Food quick service

Google says its open but we couldnt find the entrance easily and when we got there, it was closed. The signs said pick up on li y. Should have called ahead I guess, or update your google. I was super excited to sit down and have some biscuits!

The place had a super chill atmosphere and the biscuits were so filling! Definitely one of my top biscuits, I opted for the chorizo, egg, and cheese. They came out quickly and the guy at the counter was attentive and friendly. Their nitro cold brew was smooth and had great flavor. Definitely beats Starbucks. I loved all the options on the menu and would definitely go back to try more things.

This little gem is just the ticket. Had no idea they were here but Im glad I do now. Had the Frued Chick Biscuits and Gravy, and a side biscuit with raspberry jam. Totally amazing!!At first glance, i was a bit worried. One server, not very crowded, and connected to the bar (Mudrocks) next door...I thought, what is this place? Come to find out, looks can be deceiving. The menu is full of a mix of things from southern comfort food to text mex favorites, and everything in between that can be put in on or around a biscuit. The biscuits were definitely the star. Rich, buttery, and light as air. Everything you hope for in a good biscuit. It really was outstanding!Cant wait to go back!

Looking at the previous reviews, I’m confused about the experience I had. Perhaps it was just because it was so close to closing, but regardless, I was hoping for a 5-star meal. However, the sandwich I got tasted like it had just been re-heated from earlier. The biscuit was incredibly dry, as was the fried chicken. The cheese on top was very waxy and lackingin taste. I will probably come back, just because the folks walking around were so nice, but I wouldn’t recommend coming in close to noon. Hopefully this was just a fluke day, because the place was so cute/a great concept!

My kids and I enjoy going on sundays. We sit at the bar nextdoor and order from biscuit bar. Sunday the bar has a bloody Mary bar. Best if both worlds

Great biscuits! If the sausage was at least half the size of the biscuit I would give them 5 stars. Its actually kinda funny they would sell you such a small piece of sausage on a big biscuit.

Walked in to restaurant, not to many people. Waitress was running around clearing tables. No greeting or direction. Finally we sat ourselves. Waited 10 minutes watching her clear several tables. Finally 2 other customers walked in, waitress immediately went to register and took their order. We got up and left. I am not sure what the issue was but sometimes you dont get a second chance to make an impression.

Biscuit bar for your breakfast, Mudrocks for the rest. Good food and service. I recommend the biscuits and gravy combo. Its also worth noting that when the place is packed, you can still order the full menu from the bar side.

They have the best hot toddy you could ever imagine as well as the cinnamon rolls.

This gets 5 stars because I’m not rude like the server working this morning. I went in and a man with hard curly hair did not want to serve me. I asked to sit on the patio and he told me that because they were closing soon (30 minutes) that I can’t get served. Hannalee served me well closer to Noon on the patio.

We were the only people there at 7:50am, after 2 people came and went with their orders after us, the staff told us the kitchen lost our ticket. They were very nice. They offered us a cinnamon roll (we declined). All in all it took 35mins for our food to arrive - which is difficult with a toddler in tow. And then the order was slightly incorrect - the side of eggs for the toddler were mixed in with my husbands meal.The food was fine. The service was nice. They were vocally complaining about the kitchen who also messed up another order that morning, so maybe it just wasnt the a-game kitchen staff that morning.

This place has fantastic nitro cold brew and really good brunch type food. Mudrocks took a side bar and turned it into a fun little breakfast joint. Great friendly service, definitely recommend.

I like the idea of the bar next door creating a breakfast experience in theory. I dislike the self service silverware, water and dish removal particularly as I didnt know (First time there) the staff seemed a little annoyed that they had to explain. Biscuits were good.

Biscuit was burned, texture felt microwaved, and they use lousy plastic American cheese. Severely disappointed.

You guessed it a biscuit. Sounds like something you could make at home and you could. But you wont, so try it!And their number 1 secret weapon...Cold brew and nitro coffee on tap. But thats not all. Unlike so many other places on earth chasing this latest craze, they dont water it down and/or charge a fortune for something so simple yet satisfying. If this were located in a resort town, fancy outdoor walking mall or big city youd pay double or triple for less. Whats even more amazing is the Biscuit Bar is located in Boulder County where a $10 bill costs $11!

Terrible staff. Mediocre biscuits. Over cooked eggs. Not worth the unnecessarily long wait (15 mins before they seated me and my 9-months pregnant wife, and there was literally no one else there). We weren’t given utensils or salt and pepper. It was like the Twilight Zone of restaurants.

Food is fantastic. Biscuits are fresh and they usually have a different weekly special, although for the past two months it has not changed. My favorite biscuit sandwich they did was fried chicken and their Boulder Gold sauce with an egg. Wish theyd bring that back but they can custom order it for you!Favorite thing on the menu currently is The Kenny: chorizo, pepper jack, avocado and chipotle mao (with an egg, of course). I could eat that all day. They also have skillets and whatnot, like biscuits and gravy and breakfast burrito.Their Cold nitro brew is the only coffee Ill drink, so whatever theyve done with it, its impressive.One thing I would like to see, is that their menu is updated on Apps like DoorDash since it appears to be using the outdated one. Other than that well done!
