This place is brand new but is quite dirty as you can see on the pictures. Employees are friendly but they are not keeping the place clean. I know it’s related with the socio-educational background of the area. It’s on you clean and keep it cleaned. It’s on you the responsibility Thorntons; it’s also on the city, that needs officers to apply tickets to places and people that don’t keep their places clean

I was in the Thorntons last night a little after 9pm. The girl working the counter was the only employee that I saw but I assumed that her help was stocking or on break. She was doing fine not too busy and she just kept the line moving right along. I was fourth in line and I didnt have to wait long. She was one of the most friendly employee that I have encountered there. I didnt get her name and she was wearing a mask but she had her hair pulled back and she had some red in it. Not red hair color but red like the Cardinals. She was very pleasant and extremely polite. Thank you!

This store just opened recently. I was in the area today and decided to check it out. The prices are a little high. The store is nice and clean and the employees are very friendly. They have a nice selection of hot food in the deli area. This is definitely a business needed in the area.

Its kind of weird to be excited about a gas station, but it was definitely a nice addition to the neighborhood. At first, it was immaculate, but like so many others have said, it is already running down and getting pretty dirty. Its not as bad as some people are making it out to be, but it is a shame that it has gotten out of hand. If that changes, Ill change my review. For now, two stars.Edit: It seems like Thornton’s has worked out some kinks, and there are noticeable improvements here.

Place is pretty clean, but I won’t be back because of the staff. I had an issue with the card reader, and the checkout woman was rude and condescending about it. Very unpleasant experience.

As someone else said, it is a nice, new building that isnt being kept clean. Ive had to frequent it every day this weekend, and the bathrooms have not been cleaned from at least Friday to Sunday. The sinks also have not worked during that period, so Im not sure how anyone is washing their hands. Hopefully, management will fix their issues.

Love the idea to have Thortons near where I live. The employees here are respectful.

Kudos to Veronica!! You form one line in here and then go to self check out or the next cashier!! Rude, inconsiderate people kept by-passing the long line and going to her to be checked out...she did not check them out like most places would have, she politely told them where the line started!!

Supposed to be open 24 hours but I and several other customers just left because the door was locked..a random employee came to the door and said were closed until.....couldnt understand him.... yes its 230am, but according to Google theyre open 24 hours.

Great place, great customer service, it’s hard to keep everything in tac with that area so they keep it clean as they can. Even have a self check out.

This place is horrible. Its never clean and the employees are lazy. The General Manager is usually sitting in the back of the store and the Store Manager looks overwhelmed with doing the job for two people. The morning shift employees cant do simple math or restock any cigarettes. The roller grill is hardly ever done and they usually stop doing the Tornadoes after lunch. They only mop the floors twice a day and they never clean and stock their bathrooms. In the evening, they seem just as lazy and sit in the back, leaving one person at the reg most of the time. At night, the employees are usually late, leaving the last shift to close down registers until the next shift gets there. Overall, this place is horrible compared to others around the city.

Annoying that they close every night during third shift lunch hours. If Im hungry Im SOL because this 24 hour gas station isnt actually open 24 hours. Except for police. They get to go in there during closing hours.

For some reason this particular Thorntons has higher prices than other ones. Like fountain drinks, at all Thorntons Ive been to its 69 or 79 cents for a fountain drink. At this one its a dollar and 5 cents. Staff smells like something, are slow to respond to questions and when you try to approach the counter they wave you off and suggest you use the self- scan.
