I visited this location on 10-1-2021 to try the new cinnamon roll donuts. I ordered the regular but received the one with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top. OMG, it was horrible. The cereal was soggy. I scraped the cereal and additional icing off, I thought it would taste like any other cinnamon roll with glaze icing sadly it did not. This donut is definitely a fail. My advice would be to pass on this one.

Great place for your sweet tooth. As a former employee i can say the quality and product is top notch. They care about what they put out to the consumer. And you can always count on Holiday based doughnuts for me thats always a winner to take to school partys and work meetings

Its alright, I truly no longer do business with them after an altercation inwhich they lied about not having something that was supposed to be free for me yet I had another individual call and request the same thing and they said it was available. I was cleaning my wallet out and realized I still had 2 free coupons. I gave them away to someone at speedway

Long line and when you finally get to the intercom youre greeted with attitude. Tried to say my order several times and was asked huh a lot (knowing she could hear me), also tried to say she couldnt do a custom dozen. Ended up pulling off and going somewhere else. Second time trying here, will not try again.

I never leave bad reviews but I must. I didnt get certain donuts I paid for, they just threw in donuts I hate (chocolate) without even asking! If theyre out, fine, but at least ask about replacements. Workers had attitude and acted like they didnt care about customers, especially online order. Employee rolled her eyes when my friend told her his name. Drinks were so sweet I had to throw it out. The worker stopped and said is it too sweet??? And then rolled her eyes. For coming to krispy kreme for the first time, this ruined it, but especially dont come here!

They never have donuts. I know it sounds insane, but everytime Ive gone, they are out of nearly everything. They also have always had problems taking orders. First time I went through the drive thru, they had to take my order at the window for some reason even though the speaker worked. The next time, they took my order but had forgotten it by the time I made it to the window. Just dont bother. This Krispy Kreme is garbage.

Always amazing, today we used a bogo dozen coupon and got 1 assorted dozen, 1 glazed dozen, and a box of coffee for a family gathering. Total with the coupon was less than $25. Cups, lids, cardboard insulators, creamer, sugar, and stirs were all provided. Great option for a quick bite for about 10-12people! Quick friendly service.

Wrong person to ask I am borderline diabetes so I must have been using the parking lot to turn around I give them five stars because big donate donut to feed the hungry that to me is worth five stars cuz all right I ate and the soup kitchen line

The donuts arent the only thing going to be glazed...your eyeballs will be too!As you feast your sight on this glorious sweet feast and indulge in your sweet side of things for once.Each donut was perfectly made and FRESH off the belt.Each donut was designed with detail that youll feel like your eating edible art.The only issue i had at this location was it felt like the stuff was rushing about to much and they did mess up my drink because of it.But lets be honest here,  your not here for the drinks, but here for the sweet donut treats.

We bought 2 dozen and when we got home, they weren’t the usual quality. The next day, so stale we had to throw them out. Could have gotten fresher ones at the grocery. Very poor selection. Last time for this store for us.

We had an incredible experience. We were definitely those customers that come in acting like we dont know thry serve donunuts lol. The young lady was so sweet and patient. Will def frequent.

Never had a bad experience here the donuts are always fresh out the oven melt in your mouth good the best strawberry/lemonade slushies.

This is 3rd time in 3 months when i order 1 dozen chocolate glaze white cream filled they either forget to put the cream in the donuts or soneone is eating the glaze as fast as they make it. For 11.79 a dozen you want what you pay for an if you run across 1 that looks like it might be better this is what you get very upsetting.

Their donuts are good, but when I went, there was only 1 or 2 people working. The drive thru was so backed up.

Long line. Theyre probably short staffed. At the time they were out of the Strawberry and chocolate glazed so I went with 3 dozen original donuts. I chose to wait so I knew what I was in for. I think the best thing you can do is order ahead so they have it ready for you when you get there.

Disappointed in the product for the 3rd straight time. I bought a dozen lemon filled donuts and less than half are filled with the lemon custard.

No trash cans available to customers. Apparently this is a cost this Krispy Kremr does not see as needed. Terrible addition to neighborhood. We dont deserve this. Krispy Kreme can afford to take care of thier property. This effects all who live or have businesses in this area. This lack is not accepted at other locations.

Never have any of the special holiday doughnuts and never hot but other than that its a convenient place with Louisville only having 4-5 spots

Went one morning with my gf. Asked for about 3 types of donuts and an apple fritter and they said they didn’t have any of them. We got a half dozen original glazed instead. Then, I was going to make a second order, and tried to get blueberry cake and cinnamon sugar donuts and they did not have either of those. I asked what they did have and all they had was raspberry and some apple filling donut. I don’t get how a donut place has no donuts besides original and a couple of random filled donuts while having a menu full of them. 2 stars because at least the 6(not fresh may I add) glazed we got were good.

Decided to come here because I need doughnuts for my bread pudding recipe . The young lady with light blue hair was rude and cursed while the drive through window was open. The red light was on but my doughnuts were cold and tasted old. I will not return.

The coffee was not fresh. It tasted like it was made three days ago. The chocolate filled donuts were also old. I waited over an half hour to get my food while other people with bigger orders then me were being helped before me

This place is the biggest joke in the city.I pull up at 9:48 to place a order (they hardly EVER open anymore but figured Id take another chance) and the girl finally comes to the window and says that theyre closed. So I ask what time do they close now? And she says 10 oclock. So I make her aware of what time it is and she just says sorry and closes the window and walks away....... Im sure I know now why theyre the worst doughnut place in the city no question

This place used to be good but it looks like they have high turnover. Employees are not properly trained and this place is going down. Also, I did not see a letter grade posted in drive thru window. Donuts look like they were all made at different times or days.

I was disappointed. The doughnuts were not as fresh as before. It was however almost 10pm when I got them. Still coming stright out the store drive up window they should not have had to be heated up. I should have checked my ticket before pulling away. I had asked for Custard doughnuts and the girl rang me up for jelly. Custard sounds nothing like Jelly. What made it even worse was that there was very little Jelly in the doughnuts. This was on Saturday night 03/13.

Service and employees were great. Cost is getting too high for product.

Terrible customer service! The workers are extremely rude. It’s clearly posted that all workers are required to wear masks and not a single worker was wearing one. The ones that were, had them under their chins. So.. again, not wearing one. Also, no glazed donuts? Barely had a selection at all. Just terrible!

Walked into Krispy Kreme and the first thing Im told is that I need to put a mask on, which would be fine except not a single employee was wearing one and if they were it was not on their face. You are a food established and SHOULD be wearing mask. Dont expect to enforce a rule for customers only, this is something everyone should be wearing and if not keep your mouth shut.

I would literally give them a zero! My family and I went last Saturday 7/18. Watch them not serve the car in front of us. They refused to serve us, but were happy to serve the car behind us.Contacted the district manager who looked into the situation. All he would say was the found people not doing their job from watching the camera. Didn’t offer an apology or anything.I work customer service and I would be apologizing and disgusted with any of my employees if they acted that way.

Young lady didnt change her gloves after taking my money and made my order so i asked her to change her gloves and make a new order the young lady wasnt to pleased!!!! Gave me alot of attitude....this location was really good in customer service but has went down hill as of late.

Got a free donut and a show, white lady was mad about donuts. Staff had nothing to do with her problem, they where respectful and where trying to fix the ladies problem. As I drove off she was still on the phone with corporate lol... Get a life.

Unless youre there when they open they are always out of most flavors. Tonight I got told they were out of strawberry glazed, chocolate glazed, and the pumpkin flavors. Id get it if they closed but this one is 24 hours.
