I hired All Brite to do some electrical work in January, including moving a fuse panel from the exterior to the interior of my house and then reconnecting the panel. When the weather warmed up and I turned on my air conditioning, it didnt work. I called an HVAC technician, who found that the air conditioning had not been reconnected, so I had him reconnect it. At that point, I had paid two different people to do the same thing. I figured that since All-Brite had made a mistake, as long as they reimbursed me for the work they had not delivered on, it wasnt a big deal. That has not happened. Instead, Ive been trying to contact All-Brite by phone and email for almost a month, including calling the owner directly. Everyone has been ignoring me.Theyll probably post a response that tries to excuse their behavior, which would at least be some kind of communication. No one has even told me why they dont think they should be expected to reimburse me.I dont want to escalate to legal action, but if this unprofessional, immature behavior continues, I absolutely will take the matter to small claims court and involve the BBB.

I contacted All Brite to install 2 sconces in our dining room. The appointment was made and the team showed up on time. I was impressed with their knowledge, the professionalism. The finished the work in around 3 hours which included being in the attic. The team also left the work area spotless.

Absolutely fantastic service, was able to fit me in the same day I called. My electrician (Steve) was knowledgeable, personable, and worked quickly. Price was less than half of other estimate I had for the work performed. Already planning more electrical work I need, rest assured I will be using this company again.

Tried to charge me extra for their mistake. Then called me a jackass because I didnt agree to pay the overcharge. Horrible customer service experience, would never reccomend them for anything!
