I should have took photos. Your bathrooms are atrocious. I had to come through there because Rainbow doesnt have a public bathroom. Both stalls were nasty and the trash was filled way past the point they should have been. When I went to the employee to tell them, they said I know. Ive been told already and then continued to say that theyve been there for a month and they havent seen one person go in there to clean the bathrooms since theyve worked there. An unsanitary restroom is enough to not make anyone want to come back.

My go to store for anything Job-related, Sermon writing, or education-related! The resoir es are unlimited.

I went to the Copy and Print area and water started dripping on my head while waiting in line from a massive roof leak. Then as I waited in line the printers messed up and nobody could get them going until one printer was completely reset numerous times.

This place is HORRIBLE! Worst Staples I’ve ever been to! The cashiers are okay but the management treats them like animals. I don’t know who they have running things at corporate but they’re probably stupid too. I am never going to another Staple again because of this one. This Staple has robbed me of my innocence.

I brought a set of posters in to be laminated. They said it would be done by end of day, maybe into the next day. I called 26 hours later for an update and they said that they were backed up and would have it done by end of day. When I received it one of the posters had been ruined, and it was not an item that could be replaced.

I went to Staples to get a copy made and customer service was really nice. And I only paid 12 cents for the copy, now thats cheap. Great visit! 😁

Ordered monitor online to be shipped to Dixie store. Went to pick up and found it had been shipped to outer loop store and if we wanted the monitor, we would have to call customer service at a 1-888 to get them to correct the invoice..the Dixie store couldnt help with trying to get paper work straightened out in order to acquire the monitor at their store..they had the monitor in stock, just didnt have invoice...called customer service and they had CANCELLED the order...?...left the store empty handed..ordered it from another retail store. Gave the store no points for customer satisfaction.

I took my computer in to have it checked for a virus. Mike C. a tech on the job immediately asked me if he could help. He scanned it found the problem and took it in for repair. Very knowledgeable, great guy, I would recommend Staples to anyone who needs help with a computer problem

All staff were friendly and accommodating with the exception of Alex who unfortunately is currently in charge, he was rude and not helpful. Not only did I not receive the prints I paid for but I was not offered nor did I receive a refund.

The staff was super helpful, especially Allyson! She answered all my questions, showed me where everything was, told me about the current deals going on, and was incredibly friendly. Also, I was in and out in no time, even though the store was busy with school supply shoppers.

In the Dixie Hwy area, this is THE one and only office supply store.Its somewhat hard not to go to this store for office supplies in this part of town since there really is no competition. I guess you could consider some other discount department stores as being competition, but with the limited selection, they dont really compare.Now, even if there was competition, Id probably still visit this Staples. The layout is very organized, the store is bright & clean, and the service is friendly. You cant go wrong here. Prices are very competitive.

Staples has been a DEAL-SAVER for me! As a real estate broker Im always running and sometimes write more contracts or list more homes than I anticipated for the day. Their copy and print service is exceptionally staffed and very helpful - always come through in a pinch!

Its not fair to call it dirty because the shopping center management won t fix the leaks in the ceiling.This is by far the friendliest Staples in the city... yes the isles are narrow... yes its packed to the rafters with stuff because they dont have much space... but they care about the customer. My only complaint is that often I have to special order stuff, but Im a Mac user so Im used to it.The store is also one of the older stores in the city. Ive noticed the east end stores get updates and remodels this one is long overdue one. They have always had what ever item I needed at a fair price often cheaper than the big W store.

Tristan was very helpful, he showed me a printer I am going to purchase, he explained how the printer could save me money by not wasting ink and refilling when low, I really like the Ebson printer, just need to bring mine in for a rebate, Ill he doing that in the next day or so, other people were helpful too but he was great. I usually can get tech matters resolved by just talking to someone about the problem. Got good advice, and several options, but didnt resolve the issue. So Im calling HP about it.

The people are always friendly and helpful and will stop w hat they a re doing to help you in any way that they can.

The store gets can get pretty messy sometimes but is usually tidy, and everything is eady to find. They dont always have enough staff but usually do. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Only office supply/electronics in the PRP/Shively area. Staff is usually pretty helpful when they have enough on shift.Shopping Center wont fix leaks in roof causing problems.Couple fast food places in parking lot.Decent place to work, too.

I needed a copy and then to fax info to insurance company the ladies at the counter were very helpful.

They have everything that you need, or want all in one place the people working there are very friendly and are willing to help you :-)

HORRIBLE! I ordered a notary stamp 2/19/19 at the store on Dixie Hwy. Gave them all my information to call me when it comes in. 3-4 week delivery. No call to me so I called the store. No one answers. So I faxed them to call me. They FINALLY CALLED ME 3/15/19. They had NOT placed my order. I was told my order was Stuck behind papers. OMG! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!!

3rd time ...Buisness card printer down again and you want to charge extra 20$ for reprint editing on top of how many i want and try to be sneeky about it and not inform me as the customer.

A wonderful day experience today

This is the worst place ever, please save yourself time and money and do not shop here. My account was wrongfully charged, contacted the store and corporate. I was offered several apology but no help with my bank who ended up over drafted. I will never shop here again, if it was possible to give zero stars I would.
