After recieving horrible service from Batteries Plus, I decided to take my broken LG V40 in to CPR and extremely glad I did. The customer service was top notch. Stayed on top of everything and made sure the phone was perfect and I was happy. I will never go anywhere else again. I recommend them to everyone.

End result was good. Communication during repair was not well nor the process of using a third party warranty. I was given a coupon to use in the future and very helpful information regarding phones. I dropped my Note-10-plus, flat on the asphalt, which shattered my screen and left my phone inoperable. CPR accepted me as a walk-in and had my phone ready, with a new screen, in about two hours. About a month later my phone started turning off randomly. I took it in, they looked at it and said it was the screen, they replaced no charge and I left happy and the phone works like new!

Overall I had a decent experience. The repair person talked really fast, but answered all of the questions asked. I called back after purchase to ask questions about the set up of my recently purchased laptop and got no answer. Either they were busy or annoyed that I was calling back. Like I said, overall it was a pleasant and efficient experience.

My Pixel 2 needed a battery replacement. I chose this store because they confidently stated the battery would be replaced within 3 hours. However, it was closer to 6 hours before they even attempted the repair, and then they bricked the phone.They wouldnt admit to me that they bricked it (and even today still havent). Instead they said it was a de-sync issue and that they were trying different resolutions. Each time asking me to wait one more day while they tried something else. All the while I was without a working phone, an incredible inconvenience.After a week of being strung along, I gave up and got a new device. Some data was on my Pixel that wasnt backed up, which is now lost, because I never considered that a 3 hour battery replacement would turn into a bricked phone.Im giving one star not just because the battery replacement resulted in a bricked phone. I understand that these things sometimes happen, especially with todays modern devices.Im giving one star because, while apologetic and responsive throughout that week, their techs were not honest about the state of the phone and strung me along insisting that a successful repair was just around the corner, causing me the incredible inconvenience of being without a phone when I could have started looking for a new device on Day 1. They still havent officially admitted the phone is gone, even now my ticket still stands as Repair in progress. Id avoid if I were you.

Positive experience; I recommend this shop. Problem: iPhone became nearly impossible to charge. Over the phone, sales person was very patient. Yes, charging port could be replaced - in about 2 hours, same day (!) - @ ~ $80+.Turns out, at the store, clerk saw lint clot. Cleaned this (I asked. Used air compressor, brush, anhydrous alcohol - ok, not doing this at home !). iPhone fixed, and did not charge me for this.

Well, Ive had 2 or 3 screens replaced all same day. Always have parts in stock. Never any waiting to speak of.Just had the battery and back glass replaced on my note 9. An extremely small hiccup was taken care of by the store manager on not only his day off but while the store was closed in general and also a holiday! I tell ya what, at a time when I needed reliability, especially on that specific day, CPR was there! They took care of me and had my phone back in my hands in something wicked wild like 10 min. Owned the mistake and was very very apologetic! Even gave me a coupon for my next repair should I need one. And it looks like Im probably going to need it pretty quickly. I’ve been going to this specific CPR for years. For good reason. Please note - not all CPR franchises are created equal. This one is worth the trip. Went there today after work to fix a screen on my iPhone X, which they did quickly and for free. They have a warranty on their replacement screens (not all do) and they fixed it AND replaced the nice screen protector I’d bought from them - all under warranty. And they fixed a broken speaker on the phone while I was there even though it was close to closing time.I pass a dozen other of their competitors on the way there. There is a lot of competition in this space, but this store...it’s worth the trip. So, I want to give credit where credit is due. These guys are professional, courteous, and always get the job done to perfection. I’ve had my screen replaced, as has my son’s iPad, battery replaced, hard drive swapped for an SSD in a Mac Mini... been here a lot (life happens). Fast, kind, professional, quick, customer-centered...what more could you ask for? There are others closer to home, but it’s worth the trip to come to this specific CPR. Many many thanks.So come! I have had two phone repaired here . The first was fine . The second was a regular x . First thing I noticed is they didn’t even put glue on my screen . then a minuscule fall after a week made my phone break without even cracking the screen . They did a good job on the screen replacement, but mucked up some of the insides of the phone in the process. Rather than fixing it, they gave it back to us with problems they created and said they had to order parts because the part they had ordered for the phone was the wrong one.

Hunter was the Salesman/Repair Tech that we have had the most encounters with; however I have talked to a few of the others at this location and EVERY ONE of them are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and polite!!!!!! This gentleman is exceptionally knowledgeable of almost any cellphone or Mac Book they carry or can get. I had a small problem that turned into a large problem. Brought a gaming console here to have a piece replaced and upon completion, I was given back the device with a non functioning sd card reader! I came back to have it looked at and from the beginning I got push back (without even looking at it) stating that, we did not have to touch your card reader which ultimately came back to be untrue. It was left disconnected but I was still charged for it. I took it elsewhere to have it looked at and it was connected back at no charge. When I called this company back about it, they started getting hostile at just being confronted, started providing unrealistic scenarios as to how my previously fully functioning SD card reader could have come disconnected, (shifting responsibility) no empathy and TERRIBLE customer service. I asked for partial refund for incomplete work they declined and offered NOTHING. Be VERY careful coming here especially with more valuable equipment!Response- That is a LIE. Vince never did call like he stated in this review number 1. Number 2, I was NEVER pushy. I came in asking questions about if there would be any damage to the device, I never attempted to fix anything myself. It was not broken, it only needed a replacement speaker grill housing. I set expectations that I would not like my device mishandled, if that is pushy then I was pushy. I recommended your store to a friend right away INITIALLY thinking that you would save me money. But your agent cheated him also and then you all lie about it. After they took his money they claimed they recommended him NOT having it repaired by lol. He spent 100 bucks for a battery and they came RIGHT out with the battery he needed. They were very excited to fix it. They never told him (I was right there) that it was not a good idea, The screen was damaged and the button was impaired but now it is completely UNUSABLE! Why continue to repair if you are so against it?? Youre the experts.MY issues is the sloppy work provided. He did not even BEGIN my repair until minutes before the place closed, after telling me earlier in the day it would be ready in an hour and a half.They are NOT professional and I was NEVER rude to those people in the store. Why would I come back with a friend to ALSO have work done? It went left and you all do not take accountability and do not care about your customers. Even through the inconvenience I never yelled, cussed, and I came back several times to just have it repaired. I even told your agent money was not a factor just dont leave marks on the railing. Follows all the COVID-19 restrictions, place can be busy so booking an appointment helps a lot. The staff gave an estimated time and keep to schedule with it. The price was a lot better than other cell phone repair shops. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

I’ve had two different digitizers (glass) replaced on iPads by CPR. One was a 7th gen about a year ago and the other a 6th gen last week. Both look factory and the 7th gen has held up to the abuse of a 5 year old that whole time with no issues. If you’re debating on getting your iPad fixed or replacing it, trust these guys before buying new. Well worth the money and quick turn around. Convenient night and weekend hours too so you don’t have to leave work early or anything. Store is clean and easy to get to. No complaints. Plus after shopping around their price was $10-$100 less than other places I contacted. They mentioned the glass has a lifetime warranty but haven’t had any issues to necessitate investigating that claim. I would trust them with any future smart device repairs I need.

Shattered my phone and dropped it off on Thursday around 5:30 p.m. He explained it couldnt be repaired that evening, which was perfectly fine. I encouraged my mother to go to CPR Cell Phone Repair instead of UBreakIFix or Cell Phone Doctor. The Hikes Point location fixed her screen but in the process removed her credit card pocket from the back of the phone. She asked him to mail it to her. He refused and told her to come back and get it. Josh was his name. I called and told him it was not worth the money for her to Uber back to get it and he removed it so he should get it back to her. I asked him again to mail it. He told me he did not have the personnel to put an address and stamp on an envelope and drop it in the mail. That was highly insulting to me. With the competitive environment with cell phone repairs, you would think Josh would understand the importance of customer service. He refused to let me speak with a manager or owner. I phoned the Middletown location in Louisville and that owner was not very accommodating either. He said he would e-mail the owner Vince and let him know my phone number, but I doubt it. To say the least, CPR in my book is in it for the short haul. If this type of behavior continues, CPR will go BROKE.

I highly recommend this place! Was having problems with my ps4 for 6 months and they immediately knew what was wrong with it. They were able to fix it up no problem, it took a little less than a week and I was able to get my storage upgraded which has been amazing! The price was alot lower than I was expecting and the customer service was just incredible. Will definitely be coming back if I have any other issues.

They were able to repair my phone the same day I came to their business. The cost of the repair was fair and reasonable. The employees were kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed. They are a very busy place!! So thankful that they actually had parts there!!! I had called several other cell phone repair shops in Louisville and surrounding areas but no one actually had the part, it had to be ordered, blah blah blah. I did have to drive 1.5hrs to get to their business, the only draw back was that no one let me know that my phone was repaired and ready.. so I sat in my vehicle much longer (hours) than necessary. (Yes they were aware I was waiting outisde).

We just received our son’s Nintendo Switch back on day 11 of an estimated “4-5 day” repair. We are disappointed not necessarily that the repair took double the estimate but more so that no one took the initiative to reach out to let us know the status once the estimate repair time had lapsed. My husband called on day 5 and everyday/ every other day after only to be told “by end of day today,” or “definitely by Sunday” and “tomorrow” twice. I felt bad because we went out of our way to go to this specific location because the reviews were great, and the guys were fine, just overall felt more unprofessional than we were expecting.

This is hands down the best customer service I have received in quiet some time. My husband broke his phone over the weekend and he was frantic as hes working from home due to covid. I called on Monday and spoke with Hunter who said they didnt have my screen in stock, common as we have pixels, but he could order it and it would be there the next day. I asked for a time frame of when FedEx normally drops off the shipment so we could have an idea of when the phone would be working, he told me normally between 2 and 3. Low and behold I get a phone call at 2:10 saying the shipment came, but my screen wasnt in it. This was of absolute no fault to Hunter and he could have just left it there. But he didnt! He drove almost 25 minutes away to a different store to get the screen they had in stock. I was blown away!! Next thing I know its 4:45 and Hunter is calling to let me know my phone is ready. He went above and beyond what he needed to do! Thank you Hunter for your outstanding customer service and I will send everyone I know to this company because of you!

Found them to be very professional, helpful and diligent. I had taken my old i-phone to be fixed after accidentally dropping it in the bath. Vincent was the associate who attended to it and spent a few hours trying to fix it. Since it was not repairable, he did not charge anything.Since I had to get a new phone and wanted a small sized phone they found i-phone 6 to order for me. Later on they told me that it was to be an upgraded i-phone SE. Due to postal delays the phone took two weeks to arrive at their store after which they were able to transfer all the data from my completely dead phone into the new one. For this too they did not charge anything even though I offered to pay. Hence I have only praise for their technical support, service and charming manners. I am pleased to recommend their services.

We trusted this place based upon google reviews. I took my daughters iPhone SE (2020) in for a screen repair. The home button worked upon arrival and we had not had an issue at all with it. Josh, who took our phone back, even verified this information. 1.5 hours later, the technician told us that 1. our phone was not a new phone (it is, purchased from AT&T June 2020), 2. the home button didnt work when we arrived (it did) and there was NOTHING he could do. He also would not let Josh speak up for the truth. Josh used the home button when we dropped the phone off and we even asked for them to pull the security camera and they could see for themselves. The technician also accused my daughter of lying about the home button, by continually asking why assisted touch was on the phone. She explained that alot of kids her age have it and she had it too and never used it. After several minutes of back and forth, the technician took the phone to the back to look over it again and MAGICALLY fixed the phone. We were almost bullied into leaving with a broken phone, but stayed persistent. I was floored by the lack of professionalism of the technician. Josh was nice, but his hands seemed to be tied. I would not recommend this location AT ALL. Go to the Apple store.

I inherited a phone from my son and inherited a few problems including a cracked screen and an inability to receive photos or documents. Even though Im not as tech savvy as I would like to be, the staff at CPR was kind and courteous allowing me time to understand and adapt. They were both fast and efficient and mindful of social distancing etc. during this time. I will use them again and highly recommend their services.

WOW! This place ROCKS! My older Samsung Galaxy S8 had a battery that had expanded to the point it popped out the screen. I was thinking it was toast. No… I was wrong. They replaced the battery and the screen and now my phone is like brand new. I couldn’t be more happy. Great, fast service… friendly, knowledgeable staff and very reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? Try it... youll like it. :)

Recently my iPhone 7 started to have an issue with the rear camera. It wouldn’t focus and made a loud clicking sound. After research, I found that my rear camera motor went bad. I took it to a few shops, and CPR Cell Phone Repair on Taylorsville Road was the only one who had the cameras in stock at the time of visit. Not only was their customer service amazing, but they also got it done the same day! Didn’t take long at all. Price was great, wasn’t nearly as expensive as I thought it would be, nor as expensive as I was quoted elsewhere. They were very professional throughout the whole deal. Plus lifetime warranty against defects! 10/10.

I took a tablet in there to get fixed. They examined it and were very honest with me that it would be cheaper to purchase a new one than to fix mine. There was no overbearing push to sell me anything at their store, either. Just an honest explanation of what would be best for me. Next time I need a repair, Im heading straight to CPR.

This place took me as a walk in to replace an iphone screen. $77 cheaper than the first place I went to that pretty much told me it was time to just get a new phone. I had them put on a new screen protector too. $35 but my screen looks much clearer than b4. 30 minutes & done. I recommend highly.

I was able to take an old iPhone to this store to get a replacement battery. They were able to help me with this phone that other big name stores would not even touch. Vincent, the worker helping me, told me it would take about twenty minutes, but I think it barely took five. My phone now works! Highly recommend.

Ive looked at a lot of places for phone repair and this place is by far the most professional. The guy I talked to was nice, courteous, professional. I had a problem with my phone and he said it was one of 2 things and would only charge me for one part if it turned out to not be the first thing he tried. The pricing is good and they honor their work, as well as a warranty. I had to go to the east end of Louisville (Im in Indiana) and it was well worth it. Ill be going here from now on for any phone repairs.

I need to retract my recent review from 6 days ago. Apparently my Galaxy Note 8 has expensive parts and I went off the quotes of other people who obviously dont have the Galaxy Note 8. I want to apologize for the review for CPR CELLPHONE REPAIR LOUISVILLE because once I called around his prices were inline with everyone else.

Showed up needing me phone camera fixed. They said they needed to order it, and that it would take 1-2 business days. A week later, after hearing nothing, I called them, no one answered, I left a voicemail. They didnt call me back; I called them again in a few days and they said the part was in back order and would arrive in, guess what, 1-2 business days. I finally get to go get the repair done, and they say itll take an hour. Im back in an hour. I spend a half hour waiting to talk to the tech, then he says itll be another 25 minutes, and Id get a $10 discount for my trouble. I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes, and its finally done. When I ask about the discount, the desk guy said the tech didnt have the authority to give that discount. Then came the worst part: the desk guy said that the repair was always going to take at least 2 hours, and this was pretty much record time. When I mentioned the tech said 1 hour, HE THREW HIS COLLEAGUE UNDER THE BUS, AGAIN, and said that obviously the tech didnt know how long the repair would take. This was the worst customer experience Ive ever had. Furthermore, the estimate tool on your website says that replacing the rear camera on a Google Pixel 2 can be done for as low as $89.95. Thats a lot less than $200...

The guys at CPR cell phone repair took great care of me today. They were professional and also showed compassion which one would rarely find in today’s service industry. I found them by accident today but they have definitely earned any of my future business.

The guys were super helpful! Came in to get an IPad Air screen repaired, iPhone 6a and IPhone 7 Plus. The prices were great and service was quick. I ended up purchases an iPhone 11 and the guys helped me get it up and running. While repairing the screen for the iPhone 6s they noticed the battery was bad and replaced it for a great price. I definitely recommend them. Super friendly, great customer service and did a great job overall!

They have repaired my daughters phone a couple times now and have done a great job!!!!! We would have had to buy 2 new phones without this place!!!! Cant recomend enough. Super fast and friendly service!!

I bought a I phone watch screen protector. It was more expensive but the guy said you only pay 10$ for a new one. Well he forgot to say you have to bring the old one back in. The screen is small and it literally peeled off because of all the hand sanitizer we have been using because of covid. Well I lost my money and no chance of getting any of it back. I have a business and if someone feels they were told something I take the hit the first time. Well that’s not what they practice. I won’t go back! I even have a screen protector on my phone but I can send that in myself and get the same discount. Seriously! I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about they way they do business.

Awesome, honest, quick service! Knowledgeable employee heard my explanation, read through my incorrect self-diagnosis, explained what was really going on, gave me a quick fix, and saved me lots of panic/$$. 10/10 will visit again when I need a larger fix.

I went to the one on Taylorsville after Verizon refused to help me unlocked my phone after 60 days. The guys were awesome and really nice! The process was really quick as well. I’ll recommend everybody I know to come here! Love it. Thank you so much for helping me :)

Took my phone here and got my screen replaced fast and at a fair price! They also installed another screen protector. Great service and very quick turnaround on my screen repair. Couldnt be more impressed! Highly recommend!

Today was the third time Ive had to use CPRs services (Im technologically challenged). Twice theyve replaced my iPad screen and today they had to unlock my frozen Chromebook (password no longer worked). I was helped by a young man named Josh and he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I will use them again, if needed, and recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

Outrageously priced, and still put a bad battery in my phone!Yes I did take my phone back to have the 2nd battery but it just so happened that at the time the phone had shut off because of the heater issue. Theres nothing to do with the fact that the first batteries of the put in was not holding a charge. They did rectify the issue they did tell me what was wrong and they did put a new back glass on it for all those things Im grateful.

Since the Apple store is closed I was looking for somewhere to take my iPhone 11 because I was having issues with the speaker. I took it in and they had it fixed in less than an hour at no charge! So professional and nice.

The staff was fast and friendly. My heart really goes out to the staff because from the 3 times I visited (1 to see how much and how long it took to fix my phone, 2 to drop off my phone and 3 to pick my phone up) there was ALWAYS a rude customer in the store. Ive worked in retail so i know how hard it is. The staff remained calm and professional and tried to help as much as they could. It just really sucks that they have to deal with so much unpleasantness. Overall they did a great job on fixing my phone

My phone screen was horribly cracked and the display was working but barely; there was no function. Also my frame was bent. I was offered a very reasonable price and timeline to fix (45 mins for the screen, a couple hours to move all the parts of my phone to a new frame). They looked up and found out that I had apple care plus and instead of still trying to convince me to use their service to fix my frame they were honest and offered a great temporary solution since the apple store is behind a few weeks. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their phone fixed.
