Convenient location, close to main road.

Under new management and the new management is sketchy. They will overcharge you for fountain drinks - they claim that only the 20 oz fountain drink is $0.94 but there are no other prices displayed for any other size drink, and the front of the fountain drink dispenser has a display saying $0.94 all day every day and does not specify a certain size.I politely informed them of this several times six months ago (when I was a regular), because it was new management and they were probably still getting everything squared away. I went in yesterday and this morning and both times they tried to overcharge me for a larger size fountain drink. There are still no other fountain drink sizes posted, and the same exact $0.94 all day every day display is there. How many people have they overcharged in those six months?To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge me for a breakfast platter this morning.This is a very scummy place and I will not return. I was a regular under the old management but this new management has ruined the place.

Always loved this store but twice Ive came in with at least 6-7 maskless standing close together and giving no space. Today I did and after a woman coughed over and over almost touching me super close to me, I dont feel safe going there anymore. Im immune compromised and even if Im safe, the only real way to eliminate the issue is for everyone to be. Im essential or Id stay home I wish Five Star took this virus seriously.Stay safe!

I got a double egg pepper jack on a biscuit it was very delightful. The fellow that rang me out is Richard very nice and pleasant. The other fella Mike always has a wonderful attitude. Some weird lady was staring at me Through a window I waved at her and she laughted at me but would not wave back. I’ll visit the store on the daily it is my neighborhood store.

Under new management..kinda skimpy on the breakfast fillings. Ordered A BLT and they put 3 slices and would not put extra and cut them In half so it would appear to be more

This place has gotten much better in just the past two months. Staff is much nicer. The deli food has improved also.

This Five Star absolutely deserves five stars, and I’ll tell you why. I’ve never liked stopping at ANY fuel stations in Louisville, but I stop here several times a week. There are many reasons I didn’t like stopping at convenience stores, with the biggest being that many of the workers at these places could care less about your experience, and seem to do anything to avoid even making eye contact with their customers (not just fuel stations, either...Kroger, Walmart, etc. are mostly the same way). Moving here years ago from a small town in Wisconsin, I was used to being treated like someone that mattered...and at the very least, I was always met with a smile, a greeting, and left feeling a bit happier than I was when I stepped in. This Five Star convenience store on Bluegrass Parkway has brought that back for me. Seeing as how it’s the only of its kind I’ve found here in 6 years, I’ll be stopping here for as long as I can. The food is always great, and the morning crew (Sharon, Roberta, April, Nichole, and sometimes Coral) have never been anything but outstanding customer service representatives. Brenda deserves a lot of credit for leading such a stupendous team of professionals. Keep rocking it, guys! If it were up to me, you’d all be promoted.
