This place has been through some rough times these past few months. So happy to see they are back open and doing well. This location has the best $1.30 LARGE cup of coffee you can find in the city of Louisville. Place is always clean and the locals who work the register always seem to have a great time and engage their customers.

Great place overall except for when I try to go to the bathroom I was denied so instead I crashed on the floor.So then when they try to mop it up this lips all over the fecal matter in fil on the ground right what’s the fecal matter.

A friend made a mistake in identifying the correct pump number after paying $20 for gas. Went back inside to correct the situation and someone put in a credit card to purchase $15 on the same pump. They pumped there gas and left. The store attendant said they could only give my friend back $5 because the other lady only got $15. If she did it on her card, I guess the store pocketed my friends money. She said she will never go there again the customer service is horrible . Be careful when going to this Shell at 1st & Jefferson.

We had our long road trip, stop by here Nov 15, 2019 for gas. we are not allowed to use their bathroom even Im their customer. they are very rude. Dont go, if you have same situation.

Our Family prefer Shell gas out of All of the Gas Companies. We have tried different gas from other gas companies and Our cars does so much better with Shell Gas. We Try to make sure to get the plus selection. The customer service from this particular Shell station is so GREAT. I Definitely Recommend This Place Of Business. Thumbs Up 😊❤👍.

If youre in town and Louisville for a short time this place is perfect close to everything close to the airport you cant go

Very friendly employees. Prices are a little high. Great service. They keep the store nice and clean.

Do not come here. Bought a phone charger, it did not work. Returned it immediately, and they wouldn’t swap it out or give me a refund. Do not come here. Watch out for the homeless people around the gas station at night as well.

Please do some customer service training with the gentlemen with dreadlocks working feburary 16th at 2pm. Im sure he regularly yells and disrespectfully communicates with people. There are veterans with PTSD that come in your store. Im one of them. Grateful I was having a calm day. Please try to not scream at people. Thank you

No public restrooms. If you have to stop here, I recommend pissing on the employees entrance in the rear.

Good beer selection. Staff certainly friendly enough. high priced? Yeah, but its a convenience store downtown at the convention center, etc. Expecting it to be a bargain basement, then you are an idiot. Feel free to go as far out of your way, be as inconvenienced as possible to save a couple of pennies.

Everything is way overpriced. The same cigarettes are $2 less 2 blocks away. The same beer is $3 less anywhere else. Even the gas is more overpriced than anywhere else by at least 15 cents every day. There is literally no reason for this other than it is a convenient gas station and commuters get stuck because it is so close and Downtown lacks any other gas station/convenience store options other than Thorntons.Really though, go to Thorntons. Everything is less expensive.

Me and my friends are traveling a lot. We stopped at this gas station for gas, snacks and restrooms. Cashiers were very rude, they didn’t have a public restrooms. I don’t recommend this gas station for quick stop.

Not much to say about this place. We stopped for gas on the drive back to Chicago, and its was pretty uneventful. The place was well-stocked and clean.

Prices are a little higher than most convenient stores but not bad for being downtown.

The president Paula Bader is price gouging people. A pack of Kool cigarettes are $ 7.21. They charge more rax in INDIANA than Kentucky but someone how she marks them up even more. This is price gouging and taking advantage of people. This is the type of owner this country/city does not need. Ban this store. I plan too. Just add up the differences in your purchases over a years time if you go elsewhere. It will add up! I hope she fails this business and I have never said that about any place.
