I found what i needed, staff was great an out i went.

Never enough cashiers. Even when you see two people at the registers they only go through one customer at a time. You can go into any other gas station at their busiest and get through faster than this place when its not busy. Literally the worst speedway in the city.

No bodies there in the morning I think they need a revamp in staff its wierd going straight to the pump getting gas

Ok but inside needs an up grade the one down the road is newer and better gas prices on national turn pikeNot easy to get back on the road not easy for a big truck to pull in and out ofParking lot needs cleaning

Nothing special but at least I could find Gatorade which cant hardly be found elsewhere

Cant buy cartons cigarettes if the manager isnt there and they never stock packs. Manager is ALWAYS rude.

I use to like this Speedway store, but not anymore. Their lines always seem to be like in Walmart. Over 10 people are waiting in line and only one cashier open. Also be careful when buying a coffee ...make sure its a coffee inside, not a water. Thats what happened to me when I got to my car. Tried to get me morning coffee, but it was all water ..which I didnt realize until I got to my car. Some of the employees seem rude as well. They obviously dont care about customers, they just want to clear the line as soon as possible. I avoid this store many times. Shop there only if its emergency and its close by, other then that I always avoid it.

I have been shopping here over 9yrs. But tonight was something new that I have seen, I got off from work at 12:43 and decide to buy some stuff and the cashier did not even seen or heard me coming in due to her having her ear sets on on both ears took her about 3mins to see me thats so dangers for her self and business, 2. Her attitude was cruel and obvious not so curious or kind I guess its not the employees fault, but corporate, should have straighten on this issue I see how many customers are been violated so the best thing to do is to report to Business Bureau.

This lady Olivia just tell my stepfather to get out of the store because she was bussy and can’t assist him when went back to get a refound she yells us that we can’t come back to that store. Just because we ask for a refound. Nothing professional that lady

I love getting my morning coffee at speedway on NewCut. I can tell that the associates work very hard to keep the store stocked, clean, and coffee pots full. There is alot of volume and it gets quite busy but the store team does due diligence to get customers on their way. The customer service is great, at least when Im there.

Very very bad service by the cashiers. Ill never go there again, and i recommend you dont go to speedway at southside dr. You will recieve ugly service at 2 girls at night shift.

Ive had 3 bad experiences in 4 days w/ this store. Had a worker screw up setting my prepaid gas earlier in week - no acknowledge of mistake, no apology, and plenty of attitude. During shift change, so I got over it. Next day - different worker, different shift - didnt give advertised $1 off on 2/pack/Marlboro special. She stated due to one being 100s and one pack shorts. Lol. Tried having her rescan card - worker stated old ad in Window. This morning on way to work, stopped for coffee and cigs. Asked for bathroom key - first told not available until 7am. Wth. Who only uses bathroom during daylight? Then worker stated public bathroom not available for public any longer. What the heck is wrong with that place? No bathroom for paying, coffee swilling customers? Im tired of giving them my money for rude, inconvenient service.

Well where can i start .. i was just going for gas after i got alert on my phone letting me no the gas has dropped and it said gas was 2.21 and when i got there it said gas was 2.68 and i walked in and i just asked is the gas 2.21 and the older white man said NO REAL LOUD it is what it is out side and i said ok well i have got a message stating that gas was $2.21 and he looked at me and said no gas is $2.68 so I pulled out my phone and showed him the message and showed him the website and show them off Gas Buddies I pulled up everything and everything online stated that the gas was $2.21 so I guess he got mad and told the next customer behind me as I walked away that he dont have time to argue with stupid people I think thats really rude I just really wanted to know if the gas really was $2.21 I tried to call corporate and office hours arm from Monday to Friday from 8 to 5 p.m. and you cant leave a message so what I did is two pictures and I got on my proof and they will hear from me Monday morning at 8 oclock and like I said all I was just going there for was some gas but end up going to Thorntons getting a VIP discounted price which meaning have Falls save a lot more money I always loved Thorntons but Speedway sent me alert on my phone let me know gas has dropped thats why I went Im a very simple person all I was needing wasnt answer not an argument I will give this story 0 star just because of his performance today and I hope corporate read this because I was trying to reach out to corporate but corporate is nowhere to be found on a Friday night at 8 oclock SMH

Always long lines, rarley 2 cashiers working, and always Nazis to ID for tobacco no matter how many times youve shopped there.

Store was filthy. It was not for a lack of available people to clean... they are not understaffed, as there were three or four employees standing around talking in the aisles while two employees ran cash registers at an abismally slow rate. They do not permit paying customers to use the restrooms, despite the restrooms located in a public area of the store.

Do not check ID when using a credit card. My card was use there 3 time and I have not se it in over 6months.

Called to let them know somebody used an unauthorized card in our name. They could have cared less.

Love my Speedway points!

Workers want to start a arguement when ever they mess up to get gas.
