Large selection of exotic granite, quartzite, marble and quartz hand picked by the owner. Christian was very kind, patient and informative; he went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable while making selections. I would highly recommend this clean, indoor warehouse for any residential and business purchase. To top it all off even our toddlers enjoyed the outing!

Christian provided the best customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about the stone options. We have looked at several other stores in Louisville, but finally found what we were looking for here and the process was extremely enjoyable.

We could not be happier with our experience at Global. We were greeted the moment we arrived and always felt like our needs, tastes, and budget were priority to Chad, the Warehouse Manager who assisted us. Chad walked through the entire warehouse with us and answered our questions thoroughly. Everything in the warehouse was immaculately clean and organized and it was awesome being able to choose exactly the slabs we would be seeing in our kitchen. Their inventory was huge and we had no trouble at all finding the perfect pieces of granite. Thank you, Global, for providing beautiful high-quality countertops at surprisingly affordable prices! We highly recommend you!!!

AWFUL customer service. I will gladly take my money elsewhere and pay higher to not have to deal with the rude lady sitting at the desk as you walk in. Twice we came in and twice she was so rude. Management doesn’t seem to care that they’re losing business due to her.

We had a great experience at Global Granite & Marble. Friendly treatment and we were given time to wander around and look at the selection. When we found the stone that we liked the best, it was somewhat out of our price range, but the sales staff worked with us so that we could purchase our favorite one. Cant wait to see it in our kitchen!!

I could start this off like every other review and list all the things I love about Global Granite and Marble but you already know that they have a fantastic selection of slabs, very knowledgeable staff who also happen to be super friendly and fair prices. What you dont know is that unlike most companies, Global doesnt treat you as a sale that must be closed. From the moment you walk through their doors, youre treated like family. There are no pushy sales pitches, just a willingness to help you select the best material for your vision and project. Christian and his staff have the patience of angels and they always go above and beyond for their customers. You walk through their doors as a stranger and walk out feeling like you just spent the hour hanging out with your favorite family members. Very few companies out there will assist and educate you about granite and other stones like Global will. This superior ability to connect with customers on a human level is why I always insist that our clients go to Global first as they embark on their remodel/new construction journey.

HORRID SERVICE...This establishment refused us service due to my 4 year old niece being with us. First off, my niece was masked up. Second, a policy was not posted anywhere. Lastly, the hateful female employee who spoke to us informed us (with a horrible and nasty attitude) that the policy was new due to COVID. Im beyond flabbergasted! Ill pay twice the price of granite somewhere else before I give them my money. Screw her and the company that employs people like her. I planned to redo my entire kitchen, downstairs kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.

My family and I were very disappointed with our experience at Global Granite & Marble. Our first trip led to placing a slab on hold. A couple weeks later, we went back to look at it to make sure this was the look we wanted; however, upon our arrival, we were met with a very hateful employee. I was taken aback by her demeanor, especially considering that we had not even spoken prior to her blatant disregard for typical decorum. Perhaps she was simply having a bad day, but she was so rude and demoralizing that we chose to leave. Before leaving, I asked for her name. She refused to give it to me. I called the office to make them aware of why we were leaving, but the manager appeared unfazed by the incident. We went to visit two other granite yards in the city and chose a stone at one of those.

I was recommended by my granite guy to go here and select granite for a whole house renovation we were doing and I’m so happy I did. The owner, Christian, was very helpful as were each of the staff members I met. The selection of granite was great and it was by far the cleanest and seemingly most organized of any other granite yard I’ve ever been to (it’s inside a huge warehouse, not outside in the elements). The prices were extremely reasonable too! Global does not fabricate or install any granite on their own so you’ll need to have a separate fabricator and installer, but they’ll work with them. I really can’t say enough great things about my experience at Global and would recommend them to anyone.

I walked in to this store earlier today. There were a couple employees sitting at a desk chatting as I entered the building. One was sitting there drinking from her large smart water bottle. She did not acknowledge me. The other one did ask if she could help. I told her I was there to pick out some granite. Our installer referred us to Global Granite along with another supplier. We were escorted to their warehouse and given a clipboard. We were told to write down numbers and locations of the various slabs we were interested in. The young lady left us on our own without assistance. We werent impressed with their selection nor their lack of customer service. We decided to leave and go to the other supplier we were referred to. We ended up purchasing from the granite supplier approximately a mile from Global. After entering their building, we were greeted by a lady who was very friendly and willing to assist us. Therefore, due to her knowledge and wonderful attitude we purchased our granite from her. Not at all impressed by Global. The employees acted like they didnt want to be there nor did they seem to care if they sold their product.

Global has exceptional customer service! Theresa and the staff will go out of their way to make you feel right at home. They provide you with the information you need, let you browse on your own with no pressure, and then will spend one one one time with you answering and assisting you with color and style that makes your dream Kitchen come to life. I will highly recommend them to others!

We were so pleased with the work done by Global! The designer who walked us through the showroom took her time with us and made us feel important! The selection was large and we were able to find the perfect granite for our budget! Thanks Global!!

VERY FRUSTRATED! Purchased 2 full slabs for kitchen. Slabs where stacked back to back on rack. When installer started cutting template noticed corner broken. Only option was to spend more money for a bigger slab. Would not discount to help with the remnant slab that is still needed. These slabs where enough to cover all counter tops. Large company and spent lots of $$$. Not how a business should be ran!!!!

Due to traffic and going to the old location first, we showed up a few minutes before close and then stayed 30mintues past close.... guy that helped us made sure I didn’t feel rushed and dug some slabs out for me.... On a Friday night no less.... appreciated the good service! Also good selection of slabs !

Love our countertop! Katrina and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a question about proper care of countertop and they came out to look and gave instructions! Will def use Global for future projects!

I’ve been customers with Global for years, Global’s customer service became very poor and unprofessional, quality of slabs are low and prices high. I use OHM international and LOVE LOVE the way OHM treat my family with outstanding customer service and HIGH quality product. Not doing business with Global any more. Don’t waist your time with this company, they don’t care about you and your project.
