Excellent ServiceI went to Value City, and Fitzpatricks Furniture, to find a Reasonable prices Mattress set. That was not going.cost me $200 down,.and $300 mth.Payment. l found a great set. At have price. I got a great guy to deliver it. The next day, I LOVE ITand its not Memory Foam..Sometimes you dont have.spend all that money. If its just YOU. I LOVE IT, and I got low monthly payments .The Staff went out their way help me. I want thank them. On Shelbyville Rd.

I bought my first sofa with assistance from this store. I had to go to another one to pick it up but customer service was fantastic. They called the Bardstown road store and were able to put it on hold. As for how this sofa will hold up... well see. But thats on me.

The guy who rang me out was absolutely amazing. He took the time to sign me up for a rewards program to save me money with people who arent always the friendliest while being made to wait...stared him down...kudos to you for caring about each and every customer..And me saving money that in the end you may not even realize how much it helped someone. So thank u Big Lots for hiring quality people. I can not remember his name..it was like 6 pm..and he was mid height..blonde brown hair..and very friendly..whoever u r...u rock...

Shelves are very lightly stocked, understaffed, maybe half of the people were wearing masks and maybe half of them were doing social distancing. We found almost everything that we needed and a whole bunch of things that we wanted but we didnt buy those thank goodness. Highly recommend a Big lots as a place to go once a week to check in and see whats on the shelves. Youll always be surprised. We did notice that the Bissell vacuum cleaner was $40 more there than it is on Amazon its so perhaps that might not be a great place to shop for Bissell vacuum cleaners.

Just a normal big lots however the line was super duper long with only one check out lane open..while other employees just milled around. I dont think it was worth the visit only because its cheap stuff and waiting 20 mins to pay for a 2dollar item was way to long. I recommend some u check its if help here is that hard to get and keep

I Like Big Lots. But I dont know if its this location in particular but they always seem low on stock. And for the store it is theyre kind of pricey in my opinion.

I purchased a sofa from Big Lots a few weeks ago, had it delivered, and the entire experience was painless. I wanted to leave a great review because we are so pleased.We walked in and found the sofa we wanted. Went to the furniture counter and requested it be delivered. $55 delivery fee was cheaper than the other furniture stores we were considering. Checkout, payment, and delivery scheduling took about 5 minutes total. We purchased on a Sunday and it was delivered that following Wednesday morning which is what we scheduled.I kept waiting for something to go wrong but nothing did. We couldnt be happier we chose Big Lots. For $365 our sofa looks great and is very comfortable. Well likely start here next time.

Not a bad place to shop, decent deals. We found something in clearance that someone put there on accident but the honored a lower price, which was cool. There were sections of the store where shelves were in disarray, but its big lots, idk who would expect this to be a perfect store. I think the couches and beds here are a great bang for the buck though

Always go to this store but for some reason tonight it was not stocked well. Maybe because it was Sunday evening??? They did have some super cute seasonal items.

I had a great experience. I needed help with checking prices on some lawn furniture, and a super nice lady helped me and also helped me carry my purchase to checkout and outside!!! The cashier was also really nice. The store was also very clean and organized and thats hard to maintain!! Great!

The most racist and humiliating experience Ive ever had in my life happened today as me, my fiance and my infant child were racially profiled and chased as we left the store and accused of stealing. The level of disrespect Leanne at this location showed was unreal. We attempted to speak to the store manager very little genuine concern was shown I beg you if you are a person of color who values kindness and a good retail experience do not support this business. Oh and mind you she made the statement well I confused you with someone I spoke to earlier. We had never spoken to her and were just saying to each other how much we liked a few things. Sad they lost thousands of dollars of business over such a closeminded encounter

Did the prices go up or am I just cheap! Either way I will always go back! It had been awhile since I had been there and Ill have to say I was very impressed with the selection of home goods and furniture! Theyve really stepped up their game! Maybe thats why prices seem a bit higher!?

The store was well-kept, a challenge right after Christmas! The staff were all friendly and helpful. They clearly had been rearranging after the hustle of the year, but things were not cluttered. I overhead the manager giving assistance and instruction to a person stocking aisles. I was impressed enough to tell him he demonstated good qualities of a great boss, very supportive and helpful. Good job, Chris!

The store and employees are fine...however it was brought to my attention that the store owner allows people to bring dogs in...as long as you carry them. It clearly states on the door that service animals are the only ones allowed. This woman had her dog down and walking. Not acceptable.

Big Lots has an eclectic stock of food, kitchen stuff, household goods, and much more. Mostly everything is budget priced. I did notice some brand items that were not marked down much.

Basic Big Lots store. Lots of international foods which are fun to browse and try. This time of year holiday decorations and baking supplies are abundant.

Good enough to get all the stars! And so happy I finally found a place that sells Zote! And it was the PINK soap not that nasty white stuff. All of my Zote needs are now met.

If I could give this business no stars, I would. The leasing credit line Big Lots offer is a scam. I was approved for $1800 and spent $1400. When it came down to my overall balance it was over $2700. I did not realize this until I already paid over $900 into my lease and had still had a payout of $1200. I reread my leasing agreement and when I saw the amount I owed I called Progressive Leasing who advised that the balance was a result of taxes and fee of the cost of doing business with the Leasing office. Thats $1300 in taxes and fees that nearly double the cost of the piece of cheaply made furniture I purchased. The most infuriating part was this was not communicated to me at the time of purchase. Had I been told that I was going to pay $1000 in taxes and fees on top of my purchase I would have declined and went to an actual furniture dealer. In conclusion, dont fall for their credit line scam. Youll be paying back double for cheap funiture.

The manager Chirag refused to give a customer a shopping cart he was taking into the store. He told the customer he had to get one inside. I have been to other stores in Ohio and Indiana...... If the manager is bringing in the carts...they will ask the customer if they need a cart. Which is more important? The customers or the cart?

The long time mgr of the furniture dept is very knowledgeable and is very good at helping you find the right products to fit your needs for a good price. A great person to trust when it comes to furnishings!

Useful items and basics at lower than average prices.

I love the deals you can find at any biglots. This store is smaller and not very well organized but it is kept clean. Cashiers arent the fastest or most knowledgeable about products they carry and the rewards card.

Nice big lots. Had a lot of good selection and excellent prices. Just wish for furniture they provided the delivery of furniture. So just know you have to hire someone else if you buy furniture from there

SOFA PURCHASED SAT DID NOT HEAR FROM DELIVERY COMPANY AT ALL THAT DAY I CALLED THEM TUESDAY SOME GUY ANSWERED AND SAID HES OUT DRIVING HE WILL CALL ME BACK.... 3 HOURS LATER GOT A CALL FROM A WOMAN WHO SAID SHE WAS OUT AND NOT NEAR A PLANNER SO COULD NOT SCHEDULE A DELIVERY TIME... MONDAY WAS A HOLIDAY SO I GIVE THEM SOME LEE WAY IN NOT CONTACTING ME BUT IT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO INITIAL THE CONTACT AND GIVE ME A TIME... NO POINT OF RETURNING MY CALL IF I CANT SCHEDULE A TIME... SO BASICALLY IT WILL BE ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE DELIVERY BUT IM GOING TO CANCEL AND FIND SOMEONE OR RETURN THE SOFA I NEVER PICKED UP.... IM SO UPSET AND LIVID
