Hot donuts are pretty amazing. The kids really enjoyed being able to create their own donuts. They for sure hit the spot and the coffee was surprising good as well. Next time in town we’ll stop here again.

I love their standard cinnamon sugar donut. It’s soft, cake-y, warm, and delicious. Not too heavy in my system. Their southern pecan coffee is good, too. Lots of flavor. Perfect to balance out the sugar. The sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin sandwich was also satisfying and tasted great. The staff were friendly and full of smiles. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

These donuts are DELICIOUS 😋 and CUSTOM MADE each time you go in!! I highly recommend. My first experience with these donuts was in Duck, NC and when I saw they were coming to Louisville, I was SUPER EXCITED!! The donuts are incredible, soft inside, slightly crispy outside. Toppings are custom chosen by you. My *fave* is the maple icing w/ bacon crumbles & caramel drizzle. So many combinations, you can’t go wrong. Also, try the desserts and coffees!!

Great variety and selection of delicious made to order donuts! So happy Duck Donuts finally made its way to Louisville! The service was very fast and prompt even though they were quite busy. Wait time was very reasonable, not any more than a typical bakery. The donuts were made to order and were very delicious!

I would recommend ordering ahead of you are in a hurry but 100 percent worth the wait. These donuts are delicious and made to order.

Dear Lord! This place is heaven...the doughnuts are great, the place is clean and smells amazing and the only negative is your order might take a while BUT that is because it is made fresh in front of you, POSITIVE! AWESOME place...a bit pricey but personally, worth it!

Wonderful service! Girl at the front counter said her dad owns the place. She was very patient and explained everything to us on how to order custom donuts or to order signature ones. Love all the options! The donuts we got were very delicious. Soft, warm, and very fresh! We got a half dozen to try a few flavors and it was very reasonably priced for such amazing donuts!

Great donuts! However they were slightly undercooked. They have so many flavors and the taste was amazing! Got a half dozen and was in and out in about 5 minutes. I just wish they would have cooked them a bit longer. They were far too chewy. Will return to try again though!!

They make a tasty donut but with the price per dozen being triple what it is at Nords bakery I cant really justify coming here. I get the cost of custom hand completion of each donut adds somewhat to the price tag but for a third of the price you can get really delicious donuts elsewhere.

I CAN NOT say enough about this place!! They are hands down the BEST donuts Ive ever had. We totally recommend the Blueberry Pancake, Glazed and best of ALL the French Toast! They are so addicting so get ready to have all the cravings afterwards!! Truly better than ANY big chain out there in my book! Loved 1000%

You guys!! 🤤 These! These right here are BEYOND delicious. Sure, im biased because I prefer cake donuts over any other kind so maybe that gained them a point from the jump BUT, the donuts were nothing short of fabulous. We live about 10 minutes away but because theyre served hot, they were still warm and perfect when we got home. Advice, poke one of the vent holes at the top just to ensure that all the goodies dont slide off of the donuts during transport. The Sunrise (raspberry drizzle with lemon icing) was incredibly light but the flavors popped. Despite my love for peanut butter, I believe that was my least favorite of the 6 we tried. Maple bacon, how could one go wrong? Savory and sweet combination and tastes like a proper breakfast. My boyfriend didnt give me a chance to have a bite of the oreo donut but he can also eat them in 3 bites so thats my fault for being slow. I also got a cookie butter white mocha espresso which was pretty tasty but a bit too sweet for me. While we will continue to support our local shops, we will definitely be coming here again in the near future.

Who doesnt love making their own donuts. The wife and I feel like kids when were in a Duck Donuts. Visited this new location outside Louisville and as expected. AWESOMENESS. Bring the kids, theyll love it!! Try the NY cheesecake donut. You wont be disappointed.

Duck donuts are our favorite. We first had them in kitty hawk. The employee at the register seemed a little rough around the edges. It wasnt a bad thing but we could have told him jokes to make his day better. The donuts were still hot when we got to where we were going. They topped them correctly and put a smile on my face. Its just one of those things that reminds me of all of my adventures. Yall definitely have to give them a try. I love the smores one. We got the smores, peanut butter, glazed, powdered, a beach theme and Oreo.

Just had our first order of Duck Donuts this morn... as advertised, warm, delicious and made to order - I placed an online last night, and my order was just being completed when I walked in. We got a couple of Peanut Butter-Chocolate & Smores donuts, and they were decadently devine! The donut itself was fresh, fluffy and warm with just the right amount of crispness, and the toppings were absolutely perfect. 5+ stars for the price, quality and service... the shop is pretty dang nice n clean too.

Great Donuts. Love seeing a different spin on donuts in the local area. The wide variety of different donuts offers something for everyone.The only downside we experienced was ordering a donut with nuts a which resulted in nuts being scattered throughout the box. My fiancée is allergic to nuts, so this is something to think about if ordering donuts for multiple people with allergies.Overall Duck donuts is great! I would recommend everyone stopping by and giving them a shot. They truly have something for everyone, but if you’re ordering for someone with allergies be extra careful which donuts you order or specify you would like them in a different box.

Hot fresh and tasty. The line was a bit long, wear a mask youll be okay. A bit pricey, about 20 bucks for a dozen assorted, but they are super fluffy cake donuts. Most shops around do southern style yeast which are great in their own way, but the warm soft cake style was very unique and delicious. The sunrise with lemon icing and raspberry drizzle was my favorite

Best donuts I’ve ever tried in my life! No joke! Freshly made to order! Hot and Delicious 🤤 I tried the combo but my favs were the maple and bacon 🥓, strawberry cheesecake and lemon and raspberry. Lord you can’t go wrong here.

After seeing all the 5 star reviews about these donuts, decided to stop by and try them. Well if you like cake donuts these would be good, if you willing to pay high prices. As for me I will stick with Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts or Thornton’s donuts! If you like filled donuts, don’t look for them here. Pass the glazed donuts… not much glaze… stick with chocolate ones.

Online ordering not available - disappointing. Drove by and there looked to be a 40 person line out the door and people jam-packed inside. That’s good if demand is there, but it seems like organization and management is lacking a bit. Online ordering would make things much more efficient for the business and the consumer. Opening things up halfway tends to leave a bad first impression. I’ll update if things change for the better on that end.

Great tasting and unique but very expensive. Great to go once in a while if you have a sweet tooth and money to burn. A dozen will cost you just under 20 bucks. Staff is great.

If you craving for donuts don’t go dunkin, go Duck Donuts. Donuts are freshly baked, hot and melts in your mouth. I was the one who used to go dunkin but nowon only Duck.

The donuts where ok. I’ve had duck donuts in Tennesse and South Carolina and they were amazing so I was very disappointed when trying Duck Donuts here in Louisville. The icing was very runny so it was almost like just eating just the donut itself instead of the donuts and icing and toppings because the icing just ran off the donut. I was super excited to see duck donuts here in Louisville but HIGHLY disappointed. Kinda embarrassed because I recommend this place to so many people. The quality was rushed, and presentation was terrible

Came here Sunday, Feb. 28th. Line to order went quick but then waited 25 minutes in the rain for my 6 doughnuts. Several people who ordered after me were gone before me so I’m not sure what the interior organization is like. One doughnut was made incorrectly but not a big deal. The doughnuts were very tasty and even tasted good later that day. Will return but will wait for the hype to die down a bit. Also, highly recommend the sunrise doughnut; a cinnamon sugar with vanilla drizzle; and also a chocolate icing, graham cracker crumbs and marshmallow drizzle !

Customer Service is horrible. Man behind counter wouldt even acknowledge customers and cashier was mouthy. Not worth the wait.

Does Covid-19 not exist at Duck Donuts? Went to get some donuts and the line was ridiculously long with about 100 people standing right next to each other. There was NO 6ft apart or anything. They did a poor job with this opening. No curbside or online ordering to avoid this? 👎
