I usually enjoy going at the store because all the time representative help and solve the issues. Today o went to pick up my IPhone 13 Pro max order, and it was smooth. Representative was helpful and knowledgeable. Store has plenty of space and it looks fantastic from inside. Today they were not fully staffed but still did nice job.

Like, Iegitimately came had to touch it to see if its real because it was unrealistic. Fancy with two pinkies up.And oh, their iPhone are okay, too.

I have to say that Shane was a great guy to work with on Thursday. I had not been able to use my Mac since early this year and had given up. I thought many of my great memories were gone forever, by that I mean our family pictures. Pictures are gold to me and Shane was able to get my 11 year old Mac back to work without having to do a hardware reset. Thank you very much Shane!!

I have been trying to find a way to send Apple an email about the great experience we had at Apple Oxmoor with managers Rachel and RJ, but have been unable to find an email address for positive experiences in store. Hopefully Apple will see this review as my husband and I had a great experience with Apple Oxmoor. It was related to an issue getting our iPhone traded in and receiving credit for it through our wireless company. Apple was not at fault in the issue, but they fixed it and provided excellent customer service along the way. The managers at Apple Oxmoor communicate with one another so well that although we started the process with the manager, RJ several weeks ago, another manager, Rachel, knew exactly what was going on when we visited this week. After working with the store again this week, everything was resolved. Over the years, all of the store representatives at Apple Oxmoor have been great to work with anytime we have a question or need help with something. This store clearly has great leadership and a positive culture which impacts the employees and customers.

I just left apple store in Louisville. I had problems with a virus popping up on my phone and while trying to get it off I lost all my contacts. I’m old school person and I didn’t know what to do. The young man that helped me knew just what to do. He solved my problems in no time. God bless you young man. I wish I had gotten his name to I could post it. I’m one happy old lady right now.

Man! The people in this store are magnificent! I had a probpem with my iPad and needed a replacement. The Genius Bar department were incredible. They took perfect care of me and replaced my ipad in less than 1 hour with no fees! The Genius Bar section should all be rewarded by Apple for their awesome customer service. God bless them!

Went to Apple to search for an iPad. Was approached by a worker asking to lend assistance. His customer service skills needed work, he had seemed bored and disinterested. He said someone would be right with me but no one ever came to help. Waited over 15 min and the store was not super busy and left. When was waiting the worker who approached me picked up another customer who walked right in to store from mall. I have had this type of service before at this store. Not worth going in store to get ignored. Would suggest buying elsewhere.

The tech Sara was rude and accusatory. Her tone was obnoxious and highly snippy. I was confused over a situation in which her response LET ME FINISH was interjected and I was just asking her a question.When I picked up my phone, once again I was accused of lying aka I thought the ATT store and it’s phone repair was parented with Apple not a separate facility to fix screens, and since they didn’t have me in the system, apparently I was lying 🙄. The screen was fixed however once again, loudly was accused of lying saying I never got it fixed. (Att repair service fixed it). the staff needs to learn customer service and etiquette.

I was having an issue with my mac book and took it in to get serviced. It’s my first time having a mac, so I was really anxious about potential issues. Lonnie walked over to work with us (fully masked and very respectful of space). He took the time to explain what he was doing and asked me what I was comfortable with every step of the way. Lonnie made it clear I could ask questions and answered them thoroughly without dismissing anything. He even took my laptop in the back to check a few things inside of it.While Lonnie was in the back, we decided to look at a few different accessories and other products. Ryan and Myron assisted us and were very friendly and knowledgable about the products. They were also masked, respectful of space, and were clearly following safety procedures (like letting us know where to put products we touched so they could be cleaned).We’ll certainly be returning to this Apple store in the future, and while I hope not to have any more laptop issues, we definitely hope to work with Lonnie, Ryan or Myron again!

I was having an issue with my iPhone SE. Not realizing that the store operated on appointments, I just drove over there. The person who greeted me worked me right into the mix. Dave was my Genius. Together we covered what tests I had been having with my iPhone and my Win 10 box. After that discussion, we knew it was a problem with the iPhone since it no longer would connect via firewire to my truck either. So, I ended up buying a new SE.Dave was AMAZING. This is my third trip to the Apple store at Oxmoor and EVERY time that I go there, I leave singing the praised of Apple. Thank you, Dave. Thank you Apple!

Apple advertise there iPhone 12 Pro as water resistance. I just got my iPhone a month ago, water got spilled over the phone and now one of the speakers will not work & the $1,000 phone turns off and the manager from the store will not replace it because they said is water damaged!!! But they did not even do any test to see if the phone was water damaged inside or to determine if this was truly what was causing the issue with the phone, I was honest by providing this information... the phone is still under there warranty, but yet you advertise the phone as water resistance. All lies!!! false advertising!! Never will I buy another product from Apple!! Stop advertising the phone as water resistance, it’s NOT!!!! The manager did not seem to care!! Horrible customer service!!!I called apples iPhone support representative, and without any hesitation they are going to mail me a brand new phone, at no cost. It’s so sad to see that I had to get someone from the back office to assist me, when the manager of this location could’ve handled it so differently. Management of this location needs improvement, you need to better serve your loyal customer, and help find solutions, not turn the person away and tell them they need to buy the phone to get it replace.

Showed up to pick up an online purchase and trade in my previous laptop. Was given a trade in price and when I showed up they told me it was no longer valid and offered me a reduced price. While this was occurring the sales rep formatted my computer. I’m not standing here taking the old and new laptop home with my while the sales manager adds a new operating system to the computer he just formatted. This is a bogus dirty trick.

I had gotten my mother the braided watch loop for mothers day, and she asked me to see if I could go to this location to exchange it since it broke unexpectedly. When I got to the store, Richard was less than helpful. I explained the situation to him and showed him the band, to which he said “It didn’t break on it’s own.” He totally dismissed me and refused to help me. Additionally, I found his behavior to be incredibly unprofessional.First of all, NEVER purchase the braided loop watchband. Second of all, don’t go to this location if you want good customer service. As someone who works in retail, I was very disappointed in the way I was treated.

He was picking up my laptop for me and the snobby male sales representative didn’t even allow him inside because he didn’t fit the appearance criteria while others dressed in fancy clothes were happily allowed to go inside.I hope the guy rots in hell.

Place looks good if you are an Apple fan. I would recommend everyone to go Best Buy instead for better deals and sales. The only reason why I went to this place is because I had an apple gift card from a device I trade in and I could only used at an Apple store or Apple website. That same day the Apple Watch series 4 that I bought was like $20-$30 less at Best Buy,Amazon or Costco.Just went back and this place looks beautiful. Wow 🤩, that view! Customer service is really good and the place inside makes you feel like you are not in Kentucky 😂. Still like I said before. No deals at all, no discount of any kind. Went back again because I had another apple gift card that you can only spend here.

My daughter ordered a phone from Oxmoor andWent to pick it up. 3 days later phone went out they refunded the money and she ordered a new one online. It’s been over a month and still no phone and they kept her money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from apple unless you want to be 12 hundred dollars down the he drain it more!

Worst experience ever. bought two mc book pro 3 months ago for my teens to zoom their schools. one of the laptop screen went dark. could not get an appt in my city because the store was moving to a new location. apple customer service scheduled an appt in the oxmore center. I the dront desk employee, then the manager that the laptop is new and we need it for school. The both kept repeating that they need 48 hours to put a diagnostic and possibly 10 days to send it to Texas for repair and there is nothing they could do about it. I asked them since the computer is new if they can provide me with an old something because 12 days with no computer is not an option. It seemed that i have a robot who kept repeating the same answer. I left them the laptop and told them i will stick around because i am living in another city so they can at least update me on the status of the laptop. 45 min later a technician called me and asked me to provide him with my child apple ID and password, which usually is a confidential information. They told me that they are working on it but 2 hours and half later still no word. I went back to the store but a gentleman named Robbie ( not sure about the name) told me that he is sorry bc they havent looked at my laptop. I told him that i am confused because i talked to one of the technicians and he was working on it. He kept repeating because of Covid we have a 48 diagnostic policy and kept repeating the same non sense policy. He finally told me that if i I am not happy I can take back my computer and go back to my city.This is a shame. worse customer service and rude answer.This is what happens when a brand has the market monopoly with no concurrence. Any other store would have treated their customer better that how apple is treating their customer. I will never buy this brand anymore and will never return to that store.Also,i would like to know why there are four security guards in front of an apple store?

Horrible service! Made an appointment and when I arrived a very rude security person demanded I show him my confirmation of appointment. Then the tech basically told me there was nothing he could do except take my MacBook Pro for 24 hours and wipe the hard drive clean. I would loose all the data. He wouldn’t even let me show him what it was doing. The only other option he offered was for me to call the help line and let them try to help me. I explained I had already done that and that’s who told me to make an appointment to bring it to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store Oxmoor.

Very frustrating visit to the Apple Oxmoor store in Louisville this week.The trackpad of my Macbook Pro is not working and their support said must replace the trackpad, batteries, etc (because they are all one) for about $600. The cost for battery replacement, which requires replacing THE SAME PARTS (which are all one, btw), is advertised on their website for $199. When I asked why, the manager was very irritated, even though I was just calmly inquiring. Of course, he did not have an answer for why they were charging me different prices for the same parts.Ive been an Apple customer for a long time and have many of their products. This was definitely my worst experience with them.

The management at this store headed up by Mateusz needs to improve. They mistreated me and my family as a customer. We were rudely treated by their covid security for no valid reason and caused my family stress and embarrassment. On top of that the security staff made up stories to their boss, who then sided with his staff, not the customer. When asked about their covid/appointment/wait-in-line policies, we were not given clear answers. We wont be dealing with this store ever again.

Took my mom’s iPhone 6 Plus in today to have the battery replaced, wait wasn’t long took phone back within 10 minutes of me signing in, gave me a time to come back went back about 15 minutes before I was supposed to and the phone was ready, they put a new screen protector on it but took it to the back and cleaned it up really good earpiece and everything, excellent work very nice and friendly people, would definitely recommend, probably buying my phones from there from now on instead of the Verizon Store

Too busy. Staff seems pressure to handle your situation and quickly move on to the next customer. Each tech has a specialized area of expertise and can not deal with other questions. You then have to wait for another specialist. After 20 minutes I approached another technician. It took 10 more minutes to get matched with the appropriate tech.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with apple oxmoor. I met with a consultant about understanding which product worked best for me. That service was great. Two days later I returned to purchase the product and there was over an hour wait. I explained I just needed to purchase the product. However, i was not allowed to solely check out and the wait was over an hour. So, I told the employee that I would return the next day due to a scheduling conflict. When I returned, the store was shut down. The employee told me due to the immediate shutting down, they were doing contactless 1 day shipping for products. I have called apple and to find out that it untrue. The shipping for my product takes a week which is truly disappointing to not have accessibility to technology during covid-19! I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication skills with Oxmoor Apple employees.

This place was a great experience! Computer was actin a fool til we went into the Apple store at Oxmoor Mall. They wanted to help as soon as I walked through the door and took time to explain things and concentrate on my problem instead of selling me service. Ryan was very helpful and I walked out with a fully working computer without spending a dime. This place will be my go-to from here on out.

Quick, great service! Good availability for the products, openness to answer any question. We appreciated the girl (Shelby maybe?) which helped me buy my new iPhone: she presented us with all our options (apple care products, different screen protectors, etc) and patiently waited for us to make up our mind. I have the entire Apple ecosystem and these guys have never done me wrong. They have went above and beyond to make me happy even when I either didnt expect them to go that far or when I had a truly one of a kind issue. My only complaint about this place and its this way with all Apple stores is its too small for the crowd it brings and is so loud at times you feel like you gotta yell at the Genius youre working with. For that I dismiss a star but they truly do have some 5 star service there.

We waited for a hour to make close to 0 progress. We had a appointment which we were on time for. Our “apple genius” left us half through the transfer. When difficulties arose he was no where to be found. We had to go find another person explain to them our situation, and then go through all this other stuff just to have to come back the next day.

Couldn’t use my Apple Card for the 6% cash back promotion. It wouldn’t go through. So our sales person, an Indian guy, said I could go through Apple and do the same monthly payments. I asked is it a soft or hard pull on my credit? Soft he said, so we did it. I was approved, and was then able to manually enter my Apple Card to pay for the first installment. So I lost out on the 6% cash back unless Apple graces me with the promotion for using my Apple Card and it was a HARD pull on my credit... Are you fing kidding me - Apple scamming customers- Nice. Moving back to android. Both the employee and manager should be fired immediately.

I came to your store some months ago for iPhone trouble shooting. You successfully corrected my problem and set me up for iCloud back-up. I just now dropped my phone in water and it is not working. I have purchased a new iPhone, as a loyal Apple customer, and the sales person tells me I have no backup on the cloud. I have been having the $2.00 per month fee auto draft showing on my bank statement. Thus, we have a problem. I will be coming to your store for assistance right away. Thank-you.
