Ordered a medium jacket for work. When the jacket came the size is way off. The medium is more like larg to X-large. Their response was they cant do anything about it. Just shut you down didnt offer any help. This jackets are not cheap. Im going to tell my department not to order from them anymore.Updated review:so they responded saying the same thing they told me before. They should have known that those Jackets fits bigger than usual. They should have sent samples so people/ staff that are ordering can fit the product before buying. They did not send any. My co-worker ordered Large and its more like 2XL size. Poor customer service. Dishonest company! Overcharged products!

Excellent customer service over the 20 years that I have been a customer. Very knowledgeable with an excellent selection. They do their own embroidery and screen printing and can handle large volumes. They can be counted on the meet deadlines. Very pleasant, they take pride in their work and stand behind it.
