Excellent work. I received multiple bids and Metro was both competitive and installed a quality product as well. We had a miscommunication at the start of the job on the clearance between our new aluminum fence with the grade, but they remedied that issue immediately and were willing to do whatever it took to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Metro for aluminum, residential fence installs like our project.

We were in the process of moving to the area and were under contract on a house. They were kind enough to put together a quote with drawings for the HOA approval process. As soon as we closed on the house, they were there to begin work. The fence looks great! The customer service was fantastic, even in these crazy times we are living in. Definitely recommend!

Overall, they did well. My only concern was timing and communication. I signed a contract with Metro Fence and it took them ~6 weeks to come out and build it. Also, they said that they would call you beforehand to establish a firm date and one day they suddenly showed up at my door with no warning and I had another project going on so they had to reschedule.

We are thrilled with our new fence and brick pillars done by Metro Fence. David made sure the project was done right and to our satisfaction. Weve gotten several compliments on how nice it looks. Highly recommend this company!

Is the best place to buy your fence

We live in Norton Commons and hired Metro Fence to install a picket fence around our courtyard. Metro Fence was prompt and courteous. Their installer was very efficient making sure to check out all the various lines coming from the house to make sure nothing was interrupted. He did a wonderful job of installing the fence and gave us instructions regarding the best time to paint, giving sufficient time for the wood to cure. He did a great job cleaning up the site. We love the fence. We were so pleased with Metro Fence and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed. Thanks Metro for a great job.

I run a BBQ restaurant where we have a high traffic area and need fencing around our wood. Metro Fence is our go-to for everything we need to do with fencing. They provided the sturdiest fence that continues to look great, and they help us whenever one of the many cars in our parking lot runs into it. Great place to get your gates built

Metro Fence are true professionals. The work is always high quality, on time and well communicated.

Run as far as you can from this company. They were hired to put a fence around my pool and in the process ruptured 2 water lines and nearly hit my 220V line. The owner refused to acknowledge the mistake or pay for his employees error. There are far better companies in town to use, do not waste your time with this excuse of a fencing company.

I purchased materials only. Prices are comparable. And staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a fence installed by Metro Fence in September, 2016. Not even two years later, the gate they installed has completely come off the posts. We had someone from the company come out (it took several weeks for them to have availability) and the guy admitted they do not install gates like that anymore and they use a new method. So, you have admitted that you did not do quality work in the first place. They have now given us a quote of $586 to build a new gate. Tell me, why would I give your company another $586 when you have admitted to doing bad work in the first place? I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work. So disappointing.Update: I spoke with a representative from the company and he AGAIN admitted the installation of the gate was not optimal and he was not sure why the installers wouldnt have noticed that when they completed the project. In writing, I have from him, Given the application of the gate, however, the method of mounting in this particular case was not optimal. This is what we want to improve upon.....for an additional $239.52.Do not use this company.In response to the companys response: as any reader can see and interpret on their own - you have admitted to doing work that is not optimal - your words, not mine. In other words, you are saying your work was ok but not the best and you know your company can do better work but I just need to pay you more money for that. Review still stands unless you want to fix your non optimal work at no charge.
