I went here expecting to find nursery furniture that was over priced and cheaply made; it seems like that’s all that’s out there these days. I was blown away by the quality of furniture they had as well as the tiers of price for families. They offer great bundled deals and they also have great prices on single items such as cribs. Everyone is extremely nice and very knowledgeable about what they sell. And you don’t feel pressured to buy the top notch, and they don’t lurch over you while you look around. They have books of everything they sell not only in store but what they can order as well and they have samples of the colors and textures of the furniture so you can actually see what you’re getting rather than just depending on an online photo. I ordered my crib through them and it came in in 4/5 weeks and got a quick text and was in and out to pick up in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming back for other items, and will be (and have been) recommending to all my family and friends. It’s a small local business and they’re awesome. You seriously can’t go wrong!

Do not finance through Molly Monkey. Their terms have a window to pay off. If the account is not paid in full in that window, the interest penalty is enormous. The furniture quality doesn’t not justify the risk, so if you do purchase here pay fully upfront. Or make certain you read the small print on any agreement and understand completely. The terms are as ethical as a same-day paycheck advance. I called Molly Monkey and was told this has happened to other people. So I’m hopeful someone will read this and choose to opt out of financing or shop somewhere with reasonable interest rates.

The staff in the store was very friendly and considerate of our needs. We were able to find exactly what we needed at a good price. Most stores were not able to provide product for several months, but our bunk beds were delivered the same week we picked them out. My girls love their new beds.

Wendy is wonderful to work with. there was no pressure. She shared different combinations of products. I have been very happy by my experience with this company from start to finish. My husband and I were in the market to purchase a full size bedroom set for our 3 year old but everywhere else we looked, bedroom furniture was backordered for 4+ MONTHS due to covid. We were on a time crunch to get our son furniture and tried this store and so thankful we did! It took less than 2 weeks to get our furniture in and delivered to us. Assembly was way easier than we had predicted and my son is so excited about his big boy bed and furniture. The quality is sturdy and will be able to last him through his teenage years. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable, did not pressure us to purchase anything and was patient with us while we were deciding on what to buy.I would also like to add, not all the furniture here is baby and young childrens style of furniture. The set that we bought for our son is more than suitable for an adult. I almost wrote this store off from the get go because I was looking for something that could work for him long-term and did not think this store could provide that. I am so glad I gave this store a chance because they have plenty of bedroom sets for older kids/adults!

Very nice kids furniture. High quality (with a price to match) but was very impressed with what they have. Our sales lady, talked pretty fast but was not pushy at all, and was very helpful. We asked a lot of questions and changed what we where looking at a lot, but she never seemed agitated or anything with us. Ordered 2 loft beds and will probably be back when we need our next kids beds.

We had a wonderful experience here! Ive been to multiple stores looking for nursery furniture, unable to find anything I like (either due to limited selection or high price point). Molly Monkey had a decent selection considering the size or their store and amazing prices. I was able to find everything I need for our nursery in one stop!! I highly recommend taking a look around if youre looking for childrens furniture. Our sales rep was amazing, too (I think her name was Jordan) she was very friendly and knew her products well. We had lots of questions and she was happy to answer all of them. She even pulled up additional items on the computer for us to look at if they didnt carry it in store.

Even thought the bed was out of warranty, Molly Monkey did all they could to work with the manufacturer and secure us a new bed rail. Amazing! We are on quarantine right now so I was able to purchase everything online and they answered every single question I had, which was a lot! They were on time for delivery and left everything on the porch so we could keep social distance. The quality of the furniture is 5*. Molly Monkey is amazing! We went on to look at the bunkbeds, the staff was super friendly, even when my lil one wanted to test out all the beds. There was a delay in getting the bed in, but they were not to blame. With covid getting almost anything has been a struggle.Day of deliveryRecieved 30 min heads up when they were on their way. Very friendly, even wore masks delivering & installing.The bunkbed is amazing, very sturdy & great quality!

This place has some interesting pieces. It doesnt look like somewhere youd want to stop from the outside. But its worth a look around. Furniture is a bit pricier than other stores or IKEA. It does seem to be of a bit higher quality and you can customize many sets to what suits you. The lady working there was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. Its worth checking out.

The owner is super sweet and helpful! I got a twin over full bunk & was trying to figure out ladders and drawers to get what I wanted, but would still work for my little girl to climb, or be able to pull out. She got out a tape measure to see if the ladder would work with the drawers so we could try to be creative (unfortunately, couldn’t do the one I wanted, but she sure tried!). She even called her husband to see if an alternate option would work. She explained different options, prices, and how we could change parts later on. When we had a problem with one of the drawers fitting under the ladder, she swapped out for a different style the day I called. She is very pleasant to deal with, & tries her best to make customers happy. She made our experience wonderful & definitely recommend buying at Molly Monkeys!

I strongly recommend Molly Monkey! We purchased a chair for our nursery and couldnt have had a better experience. We had shopped around at competitors and made several stops in Molly Monkey, as it was a big purchase and we wanted to make a good decision. The owners took the time to teach us about the chair and all the options we had to choose from. They allowed us to take fabric samples home to view our narrowed options in our own home and lighting. They even advised us that it may be cheaper to buy from a big box store, as we were choosing to go with a neutral material that was one of the options available at the big box store. We did our research and the base price was cheaper at the big box store, but there were hidden delivery fees attached. The price between Molly Monkey and the big box store were comparable, so we chose to go with Molly Monkey. We received excellent care and service through our shopping experience and the delivery. We have LOVED our chair and couldnt be happier for making our purchase through Molly Monkey!

Mollys monkey furniture place was a breath of fresh air. The husband and I went in like 5 times before we made our decision on what we wanted ( they have amazing choices to choose from so for me it was hard to decide on which one we wanted) Every time we went in no one followed us around to nag us, of course they made their presence known and if we had any questions they where right there to answer them. Their prices are amazing, the payment plans they have work for you, their delivery guys incredible, in and out in no time they knew exactly what they where doing as well as cleaned up after themselves. After going to another children’s furniture store in the city, and feeling pressured to make an on the spot decision, the staff at Molly Monkey offered a breath of fresh air. (Not to mention that their prices for the exact same items were much lower.) Each time I went into the store I was met with a knowledgeable and helpful staff and never once felt pressure to purchase. Once I did figure out which rocker I wanted for my nursery, they even allowed me to take home a few fabric samples to see which looked best in my nursery. They have great kids funiture for the bedroom at really competitive prices. Usually as low as on the internet. The place is small and the sales staff is very pushy. I really dont like high pressure sales so i looked here and decised to buy on the internet and bought the same thing at the same price.

My experience with this company was terrible! I would not recommend them unless you like to spend a whole lot of money only to be treated rudely and spoken terrible too!

Im not typically one to post a bad review and I like to give the benefit of the doubt to small businesses like this one. However, our experience with an order through this company was absolutely horrific. The company does not specify whether or not their items are in stock, even though they are rather limited on the amount of items offered. We attempted to order a trundle bed, which totaled nearly $1,100. In addition, they tried to charge us a costly delivery fee, although we were located within 100 miles of their warehouse and the fees were never mentioned prior to or even after placing the order. Finally, after not hearing back from them to coordinate the delivery for quite some time, we called the store and the woman was one of the rudest associates I have ever spoken with. She proceeded to tell us that it would be at least 2 weeks until the bed would arrive at the warehouse and additional time for delivery. I asked if there was anything we could do to expedite the process and she responded with What you need to understand is that we are a REAL store, not an internet store. As Ive ordered many items from real stores and from internet stores, Im at a loss for understanding the difference. Are real stores only required to do the bare minimum, provide little to no details about your order, be distant and incommunicative, provide awful customer service, and make the ordering process as inconvenient as possible? Also, as an individual that successfully runs a retail company, I am aware that any business that allows you to shop and order online constitutes as an internet store, as well. I HIGHLY recommend not ordering from this company.

We puerchased a bed from Molly Monkey competitor. We were unable to get into contact with said competitor when a part (under warranty) broke on the bed. Molly went above and beyond to help us out in finding, warranting and even delivering the part. Koodos Molly Monkey.
