Never been so disappointed in Pandora. My brand new bracelet won’t close and even the “Manager” had problems with it. It’s a brand new special edition and they are out of them. So she shrugged her shoulders at me and nothing she can do. Sent me on my way and could not care less. Of all the money and all the shopping trips I have had at this Pandora I have never been treated this way. If you know me you know how much Pandora I have. Not sure I will ever get more or even keep what I have. Very dissatisfied.

Waited over an hour Christmas shopping to get into this store at the Mall on Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY!! I had to make an appointment to shop in the store!! I tried to order what I needed online. However, everything was sold out. I called the store to ask if they had the charms in their store. They said they did. I asked if I could pay and do a curbside pick up, as stated on their website, I was told no, I had to come to the store. Nothing was mentioned that i needed an appointment to shop in the store!! I asked for a discount for my time and trouble and was told no. This was a gift for my daughter. If is was not for this reason, i wouldve not gone through this craziness!

Got in line to shop in store. I was then told to get out of line and to make an appointment. The woman was very rude and told me it would be at least 45 mins and asked me about a list. I was totally lost. How does anyone know to get on a list? Why a line outside if you cannot shop? Decided to shop someplace else.

I had very high expectations for this place and they have let me down. I have bought 2 rings from pandora the first one ALL of the diamonds fell out so I had a warranty and got a new and not even one year later ALL of the diamonds have fell out again my second rings most of the diamonds are missing and it has now turned my finger GREEN

I drive 45 minutes to get to the store because the website clearly says they open at 10. I get there at 10:04, a girl is standing at the door in front of me. I’m thinking she’s also waiting for them to open at 10, it’s fine they are a few minutes late. Another girl comes in opens the door, they both walk in. As I walk in behind her she shuts the door. Tells me we open at 11. So now I drive 45 minutes back home. That’s bad business, change the time on your website. As they will say I’m sorry for the inconvenience, due to the virus we open at 11. The whole mall is open, but they are not.

My boyfriend had taken me here for our anniversary he wanted to get me a ring I had been wanting, so he of course surprised me. Super excited when I walked in and then I get bombarded by employees trying to sell me things when I just simply wanted to walk around a look for a minute. Every other second the same lady approached when I previously told her I was fine and just needed to look. Then I proceeded to look at rings they got out in size 5 for me. While trying to decide which ring I wanted they were constantly trying to up sell me to 2 or 3 rings while I was saying no I’m simple and I just wanted one simple ring and then continued to say we’ll try on this and try on this. I just wanted to pick out a cute ring for my anniversary and enjoy it and it was ruined by employees trying to nail a sale.

I went to Pandora to see if I could exchange a charm I had purchased at Disney World. Although I was not able to exchange it, the customer service reps went out of their way to help and to see what they could do. They even called Disney World to see what they could do. The service was excellent and I highly recommend this store.

Ive recently become pretty addicted to Pandora. I received my first ring for Christmas and it was a tad bit too big. My exchange process was super simple. I brought my receipt, and box and swapped for a smaller size with no issue. (Associate did have to get a sign off from manager, but that is to be expected in 2019 when theft has become so common in many forms. I worked retail for 10 years, I know. Sad but true) Before Christmas we were helped very quickly to find gifts for my mother in law (and myself) by Lauren. She was fantastic, didnt rush us, and ensured we were happy with what we had picked out. Great atmosphere in this store! Thanks Pandora at Mall St. Matthews 😊

I purchased a Pandora ring for my daughters 14 th birthday in Disney World. My daughter wore the ring for one week and 2 stones fell out of it. My son also purchased a Pandora ring at the same time and place for his girlfriend. Her ring also lost stones within 2 weeks of wear. NEVER BUY PANDORA. They do not stand behind their product and REFUSED to exchange or refund. They treated me like a criminal and were very rude to me at my store in Louisville KY.

There was a very friendly staff that got me fitted for the right ring size. One of the ladies that was helping me was very educated on the ring names and prices and exactly where to find them in the book to show me. Today I was just looking for a cute ring and not yet ready to buy but wanted to see their options in store. They gave me the book of their products to allow me to keep looking when I left. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit.UPDATE:I went back a second time and the workers seemed very uninterested in helping me. So I guess theyre hit or miss.

I had the same experience as Cheryl at the St. Matthews store regarding exchanging a ring for the correct size. The young lady assisting me refused to even look at the jewelry and hastily told me there was nothing she could do. I called Pandoras customer service, was sent a shipping label, and sent my rings in for exchange. How hard could that have been to do in store?!

I purchased a Pandora bracelet and a few charms roughly 1 week ago. I noticed the bracelet starting to tarnish where the charms were so I decided to return for a refund. I went to the store in St. Matthews, informed the associate kindly about my issue and she began to argue with me about why I couldn’t return my items. (purchased at another location, must take to that store, most people exchange, there is nothing wrong) then took the jewelry/receipts and went to get a manger. After ten minutes waiting listening to 3 employees gossip, manager finally arrived. She demanded my bracelet couldn’t be returned as it was purchased at another location. Both tried to convince me my purchase was not made through a Pandora store even though it was. After looking up store info and proving so, she stated it could not be returned because of a scratch that was NOT there when I presented the merchandise. I informed her about the 30 day return policy/warranty and that the only thing noticeable was the tarnishing of the silver. She then tells me she’s not able to locate the item number or find it in the system (she didn’t try) based on a barcode issue and still refuses to return it. It has now been 20 mins. She offers an exchange but I refuse as I don’t understand how it can be exchanged but not returned being unlocatable. The 3 other associates (originally gossiping) and other employee are around adding their inputs. Nothing was wrong yet there is a gang of employees teaming against me trying not to complete my transaction. I call the store where I purchased the bracelet, the manager tries to convince me there’s nothing they can do to help me and they were closed (false info) I speak to the manager there and she locates the item number and sends a copy to me in one minute. She tells me there should be no issues returning and apologized; very kind, pleasant and professional unlike the associates that I dealt with in this store. Finally manager returns my items. Not only was she unprofessional and lacking knowledge but I also couldn’t help but notice her hands weren’t clean and nails needed grooming. I asked for a paper receipt and e-mail after. She provided the e-receipt but no paper copy for me. After all the hassle I thanked her and left. I couldn’t believe how badly I was treated, horrible experience!

The worst Pandora store Ive ever came across. I had to wait in lane for an hour just to get into the store and find out that they dont have about half of whats in their catalogue.The brand itself is overrated junk. A awful customer experience ensures I will never be a Pandora customer. I received a bracelet and charm as a gift. I went into this location with the Pandora bag and Pandora boxes that each piece of jewelry came in. I simply requested to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size.I have never felt so insulted - the associate began whispering with the manager regarding my request. Because I did not have a receipt or gift receipt, they questioned me beyond belief and denied my request.Clearly this was an opportunity to add to the Pandora customer base, instead of seizing that opportunity, they choose to treat me like a thief. Had I requested anything other than an exchange, I would understand. This request would cost them nothing, but rather gain a customer that has a whole bracelet to fill.Shame on you Pandora, perhaps a few courses in customer care will prevent this from happening again.

I would give the store in St. Mathews a minus 5 stars if possible. I bought three Birthstone rings from Pandora here in Va. Beach for my Granddaughters, I sent Jamis ring for her Birthday in Oct. The ring was too big so she took it to the store in St. Mathews to exchange for size and was treated rudely by the immature staff... I pulled up reviews on the store and saw the only two reviews on this store were bad.. I can see this is not an isolated incident, so I will be contacting the store owner and Pandora directly. I feel they should know how these girls are treating customers and hurting their business. I have no worries that if my Granddaughter cannot get the ring exchanged for size, she can send it back to me and I can exchange it here... We have a Great Pandora store, geared to customer Satisfaction
