The young was very nice & assured me that my three items would be done by the next day. I got a text they were ready the same day. Thats good & fast customer service.

This store is horrible. This was my 3rd time shopping there and I don’t know why I even tried a 3rd time because all 3 experiences were horrible. The first time I went end I bought a baby shower gift which they engraved wrong and couldn’t fix it because it was the last one. All I got was “I’m sorry” they didn’t offer to allow me to exchange it or money off my next item for inconvenience or anything. Since they are the only engraving store I know of I went back a second time around Christmas. When I went back to pick up my purchased item they couldn’t find it. They said they must have handed it out to the wrong person by accident. I asked to speak to the manager and she was busy so I left called up there to talk to her later and she was rude and unapologetic and acted like it wasn’t her fault so she couldn’t do anything about it. She said I should have talked to her the day it happened. Then I went in this past Mother’s Day and I stood around waiting for someone to greet me and help me when Miranda (I read her name tag) stood behind the counter engraving and talking on the phone. She looked up once made eye contact then just continued her phone call. I was in there for 20 mins and couldn’t even get a smile. This place is unbelievable and I have no idea how they have gotten any good reviews at all.

The customer service here is terrible. Which surprised me when I realized the woman working that day was the manager. She ignored me the whole time I was in there then when I had to ask her for help getting something engraved she acted mad that I came in the hour before closing. She had an attitude about it the whole time. Then on top of it while I was in the store she answered the phone and started talking bad about one of her employees to whoever she was on the phone with. She just seemed a bit immature for a woman in her 40s managing a professional establishment. I will never go back there again.

I waited until the last minute to get a gift for my parents for their 25th anniversary and was feeling a bit panicked. When I looked at the products online, it was going to take too long to ship to me so I called the store. Lady #1 was very helpful and talked to me about what they had in store vs what I looked at online. The next day I went into the store and was helped by Jennifer. Jennifer went above and beyond to get me the frame I wanted and to have it ready for me in a couple days. I was a bit shocked by the cost of engraving ($10 first word, $3 for each subsequent word) but she was able to help me come up with something that was short and sweet! I will absolutely return to this location for future gifts!

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was beyond terrible. I went to buy a Christmas gift for a friend who recently lost her mother. The assistant manager accidentally put the wrong item in my bag. When I called back to tell her what happened she was very rude, never apologized, and after giving me the corporate office number, she hung up on me.Bottom line, I was unable to get the In Memory of snow globe that I paid for, because they sold it to someone else, and they were very unapologetic about it.
