DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!!! I ordered 4 boxes of tamarind balls and only received 1 in the mail. I tried calling the number on their website and nobody answered and the mailbox is full. I emailed them through their website days ago and still have not received a response, the items ordered, or a refund. Very, very poor service. If I could I would have given them 0 stars. I am owed the products I paid for or a refund of the money I paid (which they withdrew from my account the day I ordered versus when the products shipped, which they obviously didnt).

Was happy i found green bananas at this location. Was NOT HAPPY when I looked at my receipt and was charged a $3.55 fee to pay with a debit card. There is a sign posted but this is ridiculous. Literally charged to shop there. I feel this is taking advantage of the spanish community. I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER.

Maybe its just me - but I get a real negative vibe from these little tiendas. Both the Cuban and Mexican places. Again - maybe its just me. For me, its about common courtesy/decency. So Im sorry to make this a cultural thing. The prices were high, as well.I speak some Spanish...so I dont understand why I always get the cold treatment in these places. I come in wanting to spend money, and leave with a bad feeling in my gut and a sense that I probably wont be returning.Maybe its just me.

My husband and I just ate at a GREAT Cuban Restaurant Havana Salsa and met a really nice and EXTREMELY HELPFUL he is actually the nephew of this Cuban Grocery store and actually told us about your GREAT Grocery Store will definitely check you out this week.

Nice people traditional Cuban foods he will be opening a restaurant soon and selling beer along with lottery. outstanding!
