Friendly staff, excellent food. Their ham classic Sandwich is one of the best around! I recommend this place. They also cater for business luncheons and other events.

Stop in all the time to get sliced ham. Taste great and so easy to make sandwiches. Always friendly and happy to serve. Once got turkey instead of ham for an order.

Went to the Shelbyville Road store bought a bag of the barbecue pot roast ask the manager was a good I will just like to let him know that it was good I will be back to get more it’s five star

Very disappointed with the ham that was purchased for Christmas. My son picked it up and asked to look at it. I do understand the steps taken for safety in this pandemic. At some time and at somewhere, someone surely inspected this ham. It looked like a marbled ham with black crust. Having ten pounds of ham and not being presentable was not what I expected. We have always purchased hams for Christmas and special occasions and even have purchased the slices. Was very unhappy with this purchase.

This is her kid on the review. The Turkey is like heaven on earth. I sobbed when my mother told me to stop eating it.The recipe of the turkey should be considered a holy grail and I would walk across a tightrope with snakes underneath me for it. All Im saying is it is AWESOME

I went to get a bogo free ham classic sandwiches they were good, but a little pricey $6.70 for a sandwich. But the clerk Ms Niaza was really sweet, thanks.

Very good, but everything is cold. I had the club sandwich, but the bread wasn’t toasted and the bacon was cold. Other than that it was very good. About $7-$8 for a sandwich only.

Honey baked ham is absolutely the best!! I ve had the turkey and the ham....phenomenal! Very much recommend.

I called the store searching for a way to get a ham delivered to my daughter who just had a new baby and lives nearby. The lady was so kind and helpful and suggested some delivery options but said if I could not find one she would drop it off after work. That is a great employee! EZcater ended up delivering it and they were so happy.

I love HoneyBaked Ham but my only complaint is the cost. The deli portion is very affordable for lunch or dinner but when you buy an actual ham I feel like it is very expensive for the pounds of ham you get. Although the honey glaze is so delicious.

The ham is a bit pricey but well worth the money. The sandwiches are really good and the cranberry chutney and mustard are delicious! If you are going there around the holidays the lines can be a bit long but they do move pretty quick. I would suggest going earlier in the day to beat the afternoon rush.

The ham is delicious but VERY expensive. A 1/4 ham was $62.00. I waited in line for 40 minutes and it actually moved pretty quickly because they had plenty of help.

Bill even made sure i knew all the sides and gave me a punch cars, Demetrius said i could adjust the sandwich for free and made the sandwich so perfect and timely! Wanted to say thank you to Honey Baked Ham for turning an order miscommunication into a positive experience. I was told the smoked turkey, dressing, and gravy would be hot and ready to eat for my work luncheon, but when I went to pickup my order the food was refrigerated/cold. The manager on duty, dont recall his name, hearing about the dilemma and that we had no means to reheat the food for our luncheon, made things right by giving us the turkey on the house. He did not have to that, but did it anyway to make things right. Im giving 5 stars for turned a negative into a positive experience, and the smoked turkey was delicious. Thank you!

I came into your store to purchase a ham, I have a service dog, seizure alert, I was asked if it was a service dog by the manager, I said yes she asked to see the dogs ID (I showed to police officer and employees behind the counter) I replied that I do have her ID but by law she may only ask two questions, if it is a service dog and what job is the dog trained to preform. She started to yell at me and told me she knows she the laws and would go and retrieve them from the back. While she was in the back, I picked out and paid for my ham. She then came out and told me to step outside and wanted to read me something off her phone, I asked her what the store policy was and she continued to be rude, not answer my question and walked away. I then called the police, the officer informed me that if she would not have allowed me to purchase the ham because of my disability then I could file federal charges, thankfully the assitant manager and other employees were more than happy to help. If I would have been stressed enough by her screaming to have a seizure then again I could file charges. Please speak to your management and help this woman understand that screaming at a customer is not the way to handle any situation. If she would have asked me to wait outside while they retrieved my order, just because of the food situation, I would have understood and been fine. Please inform me of the steps you will take to right this wrong.

I loved the food, that part was delicious. However, the two guys at the counter seemed like they didnt want to be there and barely said anything the whole time I was there. Idk if Id eat there again, probably would just order to go. Also, the hours for the restaurant are kind of ridiculous.

So most people dont realize you can buy a frozen ham bone for green beans or soup.I make a special trip for just that.Awesome flavoring.Lots of meat still on the bone.

Long lines last few days before Christmas. Call/reserve early. Love not only their ham, but also roast or smoked turkey, sides and rolls.

Food is good. No separate line for pickups though so it took about 50 minutes to get food.

Love the service there. The help know the product and are able to help you make a selection that suits your purpose.

On a recent Sunday my wife and I were looking for something different than the places we typically go for Sunday lunch, which rules out Panera, Which Wich, McAlisters, and the furniture movers at Jasons Deli. Having driven by HoneyBacked Ham, my wife said Why not?.Tucked away in the corner of a shopping area, its easy to miss unless its your destination. Indeed, if my wife hadnt brought it up Id have never even thought of it.So here we ended up. First and foremost, its (obviously) a ham place geared more toward that take-home element, offering a variety of hams and other meats as well as some side that are packaged for easy transport and preparation at home. The fact that there is a cafe is a bonus.The cafe menu isnt extensive, but it offers a good variety and you can create your own combination of soup/salad/sandwich. You order at the counter and they bring it out to your table. The dining room seats about 20 people and is pretty spacious and brightly lit.My wife ordered a chicken salad salad . That is, a salad with chicken salad on top, I ordered a create-your-own combination of a Tavern Club sandwich and a chef salad. Both were delivered surprisingly quickly (we were the only customers, so...) and accurately. The Tavern Club was actually amazingly good! The salad? Well, a salad is a salad, but it complimented the sandwich well.The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and kept themselves busy doing other types of food prep when not handling customer-facing duties. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms strangely located (go through the door by the drink machine and hang a right) but clean and well stocked. My only complaint was that the overhead music because it was skipping and clipping.All in all, a great experience. Well be adding it to our rotation of Sunday lunch places.
