The (I think) manager, Sydney, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as courteous and polite. I dont think anyone goes to harbor freight for tools that will last a lifetime, but if youre looking for a quick, disposable tool, as well as awesome customer service and reasonable prices, harbor freight is definitely the move.

Ive always gotten my tools at harbor freight. They are not the highest quality tools out there but they work and are at a great price. I always recommend harbor freight to my buddies and they always give me good feedback as well.

Pretty nice place, no crowd and manager was really helpful in explaining some sales were only for select few. Why it was not explained where the product was is just beyond me. Some kind if a paid member club, but didnt explain how to join. I guess Ill check with an employee at the next store I go to.

Great prices and many of the tools have lifetime guarantees. The staff is nice and will help as much as they can. Bought a reciprocating saw there 7 years ago for 20 dollars and it is still going strong.

1st time here. Loved it. Super convenient to my house and great prices! Got a reciprocating saw for $30 and it worked great. Job is done! Ill be back!

Westport Road HF is great tool store. Management is really friendly and helpful. Pittsburgh Pro, Dorsey and Quinn lines are perfect for the homeowner. Their regular (non-pro line) is still quite bad. The sockets dont stay attached to the extendions, and they are not marked very well.Go with Pittsburgh Pro, Quinn or Dorsey.

This is better than your local hardware store. You an find things here not in those other guys stores. Always savings. Signup for the coupons and event notices. Friendly and helpful staff always ready to help. Many of them are pretty handy. Ive gotten some very good advice for some diy projects that went very well.

The team at this location has always been excellent to work with. Very helpful and accomodating. The store is kept well stocked and maintained. And of course, because its Harbor Freight, the prices and products are the best value anywhere.Do watch your step when checking out however - as there is a support beam directly behind the East cash register and if you arent careful youll face-plant into it as youre turning to exit the store after a sale. The cashiers do a good job of reminding customers to watch out for it, but Ive walked into it ANYWAY at least once.

Have a lot of things cheap quite a few times I picked up a cheap tool to get me through the job for something that I was only going to use once but some electrical tools have no power in our waste of money need to know what youre looking at or what youre doing

Well since theyre getting to be fewer and fewer places to actually buy tools and stuff anymore since Sears is basically gone under, I have found that Harbor Freight is not too bad. A few years ago I would have said their tools were poor quality but I have watched them gradually improve the quality to I think that for the most part their tools and other things although not top-of-the-line maybe or a whole lot better than they were five to ten years ago. I find myself going there now more than a lot of other places to get my tools and they have a lot better variety of tools than some of your home improvement places carry.

Easy to get in & out quickly. You can always find a 20% off coupon. However, they exclude all the higher priced items like compressors, power washers, & chain saws. Nevertheless, they still have some good deals. They also have coupons to get a free small item.

Store is not cluttered up. Wide aisles and had two registers open. The always have something under 5 dollars you can use on a bargain table. Glad I stopped.

I called this store at 8 am this morning, talked to Eric who told me there were 2 Bigfoot Wood Panel wagons left in store and that he would put 1 on hold for me. I drive 30 min to the store only for the supervisor to tell me there are 2 wagons showing in the system but none on the floor and none on hold for me!! So what did Eric put on hold for me?? Matt Stevens, manager please train Eric in customer service. This is awful.

Always have coupons and special. A tool guys version of heaven. Tools are much less expensive than Lowes ect. Employee dont know anything except where items are located.

Harbor freight has some great tools at fantastic prices. Many of the hand tools have a lifetime warranty. Deducting a star for their shady marketing. This place is always holding some sorta fake inventory closeout sale where the prices are no better than normal prices.

We bought a pry bar and it was priced at 11.99$ but rang up as 18.99$ the lady at the register was so nice she let her manager know and she fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. Awesome customer service!! And great prices!

When you speak to the right person there, itll be breeze to fulfill your needs.

I recommend getting stuff like work gloves, sandpaper, and clamps here (things that have very little variation in quality). For bigger purchases where quality can be a big difference, I would recommend sticking to the brands you know (which arent sold here).
