They do embroidery now fair prices too

Stuff were not helpful, looks like they need more training to assist customers

Beware of their Fraudulent return policy, if you removed the Stickers (Tags) they refuse to give you a refund. No where on the receipt does it say the stickers must be on the hat because of some trend thats going on. Very disappointed.

Just drove 15 miles to buy hats only get there at 11 when they are supposed to open and had to wait outside the store for 25 minutes while the guy was hiding behind his computer with the gate locked. After waiting I had to leave to go to work without a green hat for St Patrick’s day on St Patricks day for the bar I work at. I’ll never come to the mall or lids again.

Didnt have a great selection of Indianapolis Colts hat, but found one I would buy.

I had a funeral to go to and I told the man before that I wanted this hat customized for the funeral and he said ok and I said I will pick it up tomorrow morning and I waited an hour and no one is in there right now it’s absolutely crazy

Great customer service Keith help me find the size hat I needed and suggested that I check the on sale rack.

This is a great store. I always say not buying a hat somehow they manage to hook me up with two and put something on my hats. Even knows what hats my son likes when he isn’t with me. Have them hook you up with some crazy good stitching.

They had the fitted new era hat I wanted. A+++

They messed up the embroidery. Tried to bring it back the next day after reflecting on the $48.74 and their “good news” was that if I bought another one the embroidery would be free. Their holiday deal is buy 2 get 1 free. I asked if I bought another one would the 3rd be free? Not a chance. This easy move would’ve made me ok with the mess. Never going back. Get your hats somewhere else. Don’t ever get your purchase embroidered

Staff were very rude to our Girl Scouts yesterday during our visit and said too many of us browsing in the store (4 middle school girls and 1 adult) threw off their sales margin requirements. We didnt mess with the merchandise, but they still felt the need to talk to security. Very disappointing.

Bought two hats, one customized, and the sales person was very helpful and polite. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for caps especially customized ones.
